Is ur chicken halal plz as me and my mate was in the one in northfield last night and the burgers was like rubber

order was late, food was cold, chips portion was pathetic and they forgot my hot wings.

Hadn’t had a nice Boneless Banquet from KFC in quite a while, so it was quite nice to have one today trapped inside with this awful storm, and that it arrived early. The courier was a bit tetchy, though, when I had trouble finding my PIN number. Quite glad I didn’t leave a tip now.

There were missing drinks and the food looked as though it had been thrown together. All the burgers were in bits

Delivered cold not worth the money

BELOW IS A SERIOUS ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN NOTICED UPON 8 TIMES VISIT TO THE BRANCH Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Service at KFC Northfield Dear KFC Team, I am writing to formally address the issues I have consistently encountered during my recent visits to your Northfield branch. Over the past few days, I have visited the outlet 7–8 times and, unfortunately, my experiences have been highly disappointing. Here are the key issues I have faced during every visit: 1. Dining Option Not Honored: Despite selecting the “dine-in” option on the self-service ordering machine every time, I have repeatedly been served my food in takeaway packaging. Upon inquiring, the staff always claim that trays are unavailable. This has occurred during, dinner hours, which suggests a systemic lack of preparation or effort to cater to dine-in customers. 2. Unclean Tables and Poor Customer Service: The dining area is consistently unclean. Tables are left dirty, and there seems to be no effort to maintain a hygienic and welcoming environment for customers. Furthermore, only one staff member is present at the counter, and they often disappear after serving orders. When customers need additional items like ketchup or tissues, there is no one available to assist, even when calling out loudly. 3. Lack of Basic Essentials: On one occasion, I was told there was no ketchup available because the delivery had not arrived. This is unacceptable, as ketchup is an essential accompaniment to KFC meals. 4. Closed Toilets: The restroom facilities are frequently closed, even during peak dining hours. This is highly inconvenient for customers, especially when there are no tissues available at the counter for basic hygiene. It appears the toilets are closed intentionally after being cleaned, which reflects poorly on the level of service provided. 5. Customer Frustration and Arguments: On multiple occasions, I have witnessed other customers expressing frustration and even arguing with staff due to these ongoing issues. This further highlights the poor service quality and lack of attention to customer satisfaction at this branch. Overall, the service at the KFC Northfield branch is far below acceptable standards. It feels as though the staff are unwilling to provide a proper dining experience, neglecting basic responsibilities such as maintaining cleanliness, honoring dine-in requests, and ensuring the availability of essential items. I strongly urge the management team to address these issues promptly. Staff training, better resource management, and improved supervision are critical to resolving these problems and restoring customer confidence in this branch. I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously, and I look forward to seeing improvements during my future visits. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

food was rubbish cold and missing fries

Fries were cold & so were the chicken fillets, had to reheat, which isn’t ideal with chicken. We are not that far away from the shop, don’t understand why so cold.

Overdue delivery!...drink was not chilled!..food was better than last time just..kfc really do not care..I've had some awful previous deliveries from them..read other customers reviews

Went for a lunch dine in on a week day. Food was delicious as in other KFCs, however, service was not great as it was obviously understaffed (not because of staff’s attitude). Staff were friendly and helpful. Baby changing facility was broken as well so not in service. Not very impressed overall with this restaurant.

Food was great nothing wrong with it , but the workers are just so ignorant and moody I was served by the women didn’t say a word to me looked miserable she doesn’t have any customer service what so ever, how do these people even get hired? They’re so rude

Lukewarm food very disappointing for £30

Poped in today to get a quick dinner, 20 chicken stripes, chicken wrap and zingerburger meal. I was served by a nice girl who informed me, how long, roughly it would take. I was there for max 8 minutes. My food was freshly cooked and delicious. Thanks KFC Northfield 🍗

The food arrived fairly quickly hence the 2* rating. I treated my partner to his 'favourite' takeaway after he'd had a bad day. Unfortunately, it made the day worse when the order arrived with a very overcooked, dry coating. He started eating and the chicken looked quite grey. He ate a few pieces out of courtesy to me and hunger but he said it had a peculiar taste. The chips were dry and tasteless and the mash was soggy. Within an hour of eating, he began to feel quite unwell and was unwell all night. What was his favourite is now not even a second thought. An expensive treat that became a 'sickening' experience

Toilets are atrocious very smelly of stale urine which is also visible Inside and outside toilet bowl dined in at 12:30 no other customers no excuse for dirty toilets when just opened!

They’re are always items missing when I use just eat

Get the impression that deliveries get what’s been left on the shelf for a while, not freshly cooked. I use this KFC as it’s the nearest, only reason.

Food was nice but fed up with putting a comment on the order and it gets ignored

DO NOT ORDER WITH THE APP, order cancelled and still taken funds from my bank Account. Refunds take up to 10 days. Abismall service considering some people have only got the funds for the food once and once this happens you’re left out of pocket and no food.

I ordered a veggie rice box and it stayed coen on the cob in the description. I ended up with a spoon of sweetcorn in a dressing reminiscent of some 70s style tinned salad. Nasty and definitely not worth £6

Food was delivered on time and delivery person was polite. My drink was missing from my order however but I didn’t make a fuss only because the weather was bad.

I live in a block of flats and always ask on the order notes for the driver to call upon arrival. Driver never did so, instead came and banged on my door demanding the code. I gave it to him and asked where my food was as he had an empty bag. He stated that he had given the food to a guy outside who stated he had left his phone upstairs. He had given my order to a complete random person before confirming the code. Tried phoning kfc to find the number does not exist. Awful.

Still waiting for my refund for a missing item & ruined burger. Terrible service by KFC & Just Eat. I will pursue through PayPal & will be claiming for the time you have wasted of mine.

Me and my youngest son, popped in here after a busy day of shopping. The beautiful Asian lady who served us, was soo sweet, kind and patient. If I'm in the area again, she would really be the reason for popping in again. What a credit to this establishment.

No delivery. Been waiting over an hour & a half, No telephone number in use & emailed Just Eat who said they would follow up in a couple of days!

The bottle of pop was missing, very annoying.

Cold can of pop put inside the bag with hot food. Pop was warm & fries were cold & burger was barely warm. My dog had the fries & half the burger & I had the other half & the pop. There should be an option to have plain chips as well as spicy.

Been to this kfc 3 times each time they miss items off order. I actually checked with the person before I left as she had just put it in the bag .she said yes every item was in there. Terrible service. How can u mistake popcorn chicken for coleslaw.

Some of the slowest service I've ever received in fast food here. My son loves a popcorn chicken snack box (nice simple order).....without fail you'll wait 20minutes plus. Consistently this bad for at least 8/9 visits over the last few months.

Who approved burnt chicken to be sent out to customers? This is poor quality control the popcorn chicken was fine as you can see

I ordered KFC & I was following the delivery driver on the app as he was getting closer to my destination, but suddenly stopped for a couple minutes. After a while the order was marked as delivered when it wasn’t. I drove to the restaurant shortly after to explain the situation but they said it’s just eats responsibility not theirs. The delivery driver couldn’t be bothered to do his job! My food was stolen & I need a refund ASAP!!!

Ordered £30 worth of food and half the order was missing. This isn't the first time this has happened. Tried calling the store and the number didn't work kept saying incorrect number. This is the worse store I have ever known.

missing 4 items and given wrong burgers!? not just that either it's cold and even though the burgers are wrong they're cold and dry!

So angry! I specifically put in the order notes “NO SIGNATURE SAUCE” because my partner is allergic to mayonnaise . So what have they done? Sent it with MAYONNAISE!

The fillet burgers we wasn't able to eat because they were that dry they were like rubber.

Cold overcooked and missing part

I got a 10 piece bucket and it had 4 strips in it. Not only is this cheeky it’s just disrespectful and rude. A take away is a big treat now and to not sure really how hard it is to make it correctly.

The food was cold and the boneless chicken had been dipped twice by how the batter looked and tasted. The sweet chilli dipped bites had hardly any sauce. Plus having to wait 3 quarters of an hour is not good.

Every time we order from the Northfield branch the food is cold & always items are missing, why oh why is this always the case from KFC Northfield.

Delivery driver was awful. I'm disabled and the delivery guy said he couldn't come in to my block of flats, even though I'm on the ground floor! he had a very bad attitude. I will not be using kfc or uber eats for a delivery again!!

Lovely fresh food provided, the staff were lovely and had good rapport with their customers. The service was swift also. The restaurant was clean and tidy as well as being in good condition.

Every visit to KFC is a joy for my son, and yesterday was no exception. We had another amazing meal with you, and it truly made our day.

The meal was completely up to standard the chicken tasted fresh even with the chilli bites with sufficient sauce on them. The bun was nice and soft and overall everything as right and nothing missing. Overall a nice meal.
