KFC in Bolton

It was yum, gave free extra mash. I ordered a krushem and the machine was finally working for once and i got it fast. one downside was when these little girls were messing in the toilets a male staff worker went in there and shouted at them. totally reasonable in my eyes because they was spilling drinks everywhere. OVERALL its good.

Lazy staff. Wouldn't take my order over the counter unless I was paying cash. The self service machine had hot drinks removed, so I was told to come back to the till to order. Made it out as if they could only take cash payments at the till.

I had ginger box meal with two hot wings and calslaw with coke zero drinks. The food was excellent and service was good. I am regular customer here never had bad service.

went to one in farnworth Bolton the food was disgusting bland no taist the chicken was watery if that is possible the gravy taistless and stongy chips mmmmm no salt no wipes

I have had bad stomach ache since coming home from here. the staff were rude to my partner when he asked for the gravey they forgot to give him then the extra sauce he had paid for. Chicken strips were dry and both pieces of chicken on the bone were pink inside and couldn't be eaten. Won't be eating there again!

Ordered the box meal on offer and the honestly have never been so let down. Chicken fillet was so hard and burnt, seemed to have not been cooked proper as was so chewy. In the end had to eat just the bread as was hungry

I had to write this review as it is obvious KFC do not want you to sit in here to eat. Why...? Simply because it would make a snowman cold with the temperature in there. It is Baltic. You could store meat in the seating area. Food is fine, service decent, but I feel sorry for the staff who have to work there. Mind you, they have the fryers and servery to bring some heat to them. This is a relativity new site. The AC is switched to about 15 degrees. If you don't want people to sit in, make it into a drive through only and you can rent the seating out to Iceland for additional freezer storage.

I use to visit this place a lot, but then one Saturday witnessed a man come in with a child in the pram who clearly knew someone behind the counter, he proceeded to put the child on the counter to stand up in outdoor wet muddy boots, it was raining and the staff member (two of them) didn’t seem to care about hygiene or cross contamination, and this child stood on the counter for about 6 minutes, in front of other customers. Once the child was removed, I didn’t see staff wipe the counter down, it was just disgusting to see in a restaurant. The ironic thing is the staff member in question then proceeded to tell a customer off for vaping in the restaurant, talk about double standards, I reported what I saw to KFC Customer Care who couldn’t have care less about the issue raised, clearly a franchised restaurant with irresponsible staff who really should NOT be working in a food environment.

Had to wait 10 minutes for a chicken restaurant to make some chicken which ended up being cold and dry as though been ready for hours. And the order was missing items and had the wrong burgers. You couldn’t get it more wrong if you tried.

Good was very tasty and spicy. Had ginger box meal with hot wings. All tasted fresh and very good customer service.
