KFC Addlestone - Station Road in Runnymede

Very poor service, staff rude and do what they want. Best avoided!

Just had the fattest munch from here and absolutely loved it! The establishment itself though is really small and uncomfortable, but the staff are good and the food was fast.

Keep that driver seems he followed my directions and I actually received my food hot and drink cold rather than other way round because the ignore my directions!!

The service at this store has always been shockingly poor. It always takes so long to get your food, and they somehow always and I mean always manage to forget something. Something needs to change quick.

Stone cold. Driver driving around completely the wrong area in a van. Messaged back once and didn’t call. No reason for the food to be stone cold when the driver could have called, or just known what road they were on. Rediculous.

Ordered a 10 piece family feast from KFC Addlestone. It was missing 4 x hot wings and 4 x mini fillets. This is not the first time that KFC Addlestone have done this. Will not be using KFC Addlestone again. Abysmal !!

I placed an order at KFC with gravy. I didn’t get gravy but a piece of sweetcorn instead. I am not complaining about what I spent because they sent a replacement but had I known they had no gravy I either wouldn’t have ordered from KFC or I would have changed what I order. They need to grey out what they don’t have on offer as for me the meal was ruined without the gravy.

delivery was on time but the food was cold and chips were very soggy and cold like they had been sitting around for ages , after spending a considerate amount of money I don't expect to heat it up in the oven/microwave

Everything was upside-down the Wrap was destroyed very badly mad. it was shredded and torn. the burgers were squashed. we had to rebuild everything. Well disappointed you could see that this was rushed and not a lot spared for quality.!

Quick delivery, food arrived piping hot and was tasty. I’m fussy about what part of the chicken I eat but KFC were great at accommodating this. Five stars from me and will definitely order again!

I had an outstanding experience with kfc . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. The staff were incredibly help me find exactly what I needed. Prasad was always a kind person always helps and greets with with smile even in the rush

Drivers clearly delivered a nothing order before ours that was further away, this is why I don't use Uber eats.

The time of arrival kept changing from 18:37 with it eventually arriving at 19:15. The food was cold. Could not understand the driver, was not making sense. The order was incomplete as only received one drink. I want a full refund.
