KFC Birmingham - Great Bridge Retail Pk in Sandwell

Went for take away today and the chicken tasted undercooked and a bit slimey inside.

Took a little time to order and pay, due to how busy the location was, staff came across rude and unhelpful. Although the food was hot and enjoyable

Worst Kentucky Chicken we have eaten . !!!Smell of food most unappetising - had large chicken fillet burger meal - Chips were cold and greasy and flavoured with some flavouring ! My Husband had large fillets of chicken and chips which were so hard he couldn’t chew them I wonder what hygiene rating is ? The smell of the “food “is STILL permeating the house . Needless to say we definitely do NOT recommend this eating establishment as most of the “food “went into the bin

The food was lovely and the delivery driver was excellent.

I was reluctant to ordr again after getting the worn meal lady tine and yet again I have a wring item I ordered Pepsi max and got tango seriously this is a joke

Late delivery and cold food. Spent £28 and get reimbursed £6 as a ‘good will gesture’. Don’t want good will, just the edible food I paid for. Will not be ordering again!

My supercharger sauce was forgotten and also the burger that came in my meal was very badly prepared. The burger was very messy and had batter missing from parts of it

fed up with missing items I ordered an extra single piece of chicken for my dog £2.79 and it's hasn't been put in the bag , last order had salad instead of rice very annoying and expensive 😞

Rip off. KFC charge £7 more if you order online for the same item and then also add a delivery charge.

Super quick delivery, nice food, only gripe is condiments, never no milk or sugar for our teas....

not enough lighting in my area at night. sometimes hard to find, sat nav sometimes sends to opposite side. it's something I'm used to. not the drivers fault

delivery driver was late. didnt ring buzzerto the flat and refused to hand over food so had to go up 7 floors for my phone. He refused to come up with me so delivery took even longer than necessary

the driver didn't read the order right for the address proceeded to call me and tell me my address was wrong this is not the first time a driver had done this and I've lost out on money and the food because they won't take the time to read the address properly or call on arrival instead of delivering my.food to a different address

Food was delivered on time and was warm, unfortunately they didn’t read the order notes which asked for no spices on the fries, and no chicken leg pieces (both of these were in the order when delivered).

my order was delivered to the wrong address a I the order for the address mine was delivered to, the lady of the address rang me to let me know she had my food and to let the driver know, bu the time my food arrived, it was cold, burger was wrong and was missing a dip & gravy.

Very bad customer service have no manners at all so rude the staff they work like there half sleep every time I go have this experience with them when you ask for leg pieces they don’t listen when you pay for something you would expect it right.if this happens again I will be taking this further your staff need re training at great bridge KFC.

The food never even turned up and said it had been delivered but when it said look out for the driver I was outside and nobody came. £24 just for the food never to turn up is a joke.

Very hit or miss food it is either really good or not good, never usually busy however the food takes a while to get to me. Would recommend for a quick bite.

hardly any chicken inside ,mostly coating,it's like the chicken had been reheated,dry as the desert,not at all happy,and i can't ask for a refund as it doesn't give me the option.

the staff at the drive through are NOT helpful or enthusiastic about anything. Get better customer service from the many rats roaming around the carpark and the bin store. TERRIBLE KFC!

Went here yesterday, ordered 2 x Zinger meals to go at 11.05am. When I got home myself and the other half agreed, the only thing edible was the fries and even the drinks didn't taste the same. Clearly the food they were serving 1st thing was the left overs from the night before...........disgusting. Will NOT visit here again. In respect of the service, I was the only 1 in there yet it took 15mins to serve, god help em when its busy

Refused to serve disabled person who was clearly parked in disabled bay and machine un-accessible to said person. Then given wrong food after eventually getting somewhere. They won't take any orders from till regardless of whether you're disabled. Food rushed and burnt. Young staff unable to solve simple issues. I go around testing these establishments and this was one of the worse so far.

It’s always a great meal. As always, it was a great meal today. It came piping hot- lovely!
