Food was lovely, delivered still hot, delivered on time, recommend.

Not a lot of people eating in, so fairly quiet, .........but, FAIRLY QUIET 😀 The peeps behind the counter where NOT depressed teens......they were helpful to an old sod like me 🤣😆

Over half the food didn’t arrive waited over an hour absolutely appalling

Delivered and to a completely different town and dispatched from another branch that I didn’t select and I am still waiting for a refund

The order came with half of the items missing. After calling them they couldn’t help . The chicken was not cooked well and oily. After spent £28.00 I end up cooking some eggs for dinner and the KFC order end up in the bin .

I was sent gravy and could have an allergic reaction to it’s Ingredients I wasn’t asked if I would like a replacement or a refund for the missing beans I didn’t receive and the gravy was sent with the rest of my order so cross contamination an item I didn’t order due to allergen concerns this is an issue that could have been resolved correctly with a courtesy call from the store this did not happen

Chicken was good but had to search for the lettuce in the roll though. Chips and gravy were good.

KFC were probably busy, but delivery time kept being put back and when food arrived it was almost cold.. Also didn't receive mash potato. got given extra popcorn chicken instead

Ordered 10 pieces of chicken but received 6 pieces. How can I receive my remaining 4 pieces?

x1 banquet box short, looked back on cctv and the delivery driver put the other bag (that had the box in) back in his delivery bag, so i had no lunch and he probably had free lunch on me!

It was delivered on time, however ordered a box meal and extras and only received a can of tango. Paid £30 plus delivery for a can of tango. Dreadful - it’s amusing how firstly the staff at the restaurant didn’t give the full value and handed a small bag, and secondly how the delivery driver hasn’t checked to see that the food and value ordered clearly won’t fit in a small bag.

bought the triple gravy box but only received the hot wings and mini fillets, no original recipe pieces, not happy....

Nothing like paying for delivery to have to wait while the delivery guy picks up another delivery and deliver that before delivering mine.

The one way system is rubbing and parking is rubbish, also there's no bays to wait for food if they tell you to drive off, so you have to drive around the car park 3 times to find a space

Technically it wasn’t late as the delivery time was changed but way longer than expected when ordered food in the first place.

Its always hit or miss... can be good and how its supposed to be or very greasy as if the chicken as been sitting on the bottom with loads of chicken on top... skin soft and full of grease

The food was cold, I had to warm it back up.

As with most orders these days from KFC, orders take over an hour and the couriers always have to hang around!

Delivery wrong, I order a tango and I receive a coke, I order mash and I received some gravy,

I got a free popcorn chicken but they didn’t send it and £5 for delivery and service charge is too much

They always get the order wrong. Last time they forgot the chips with the meal deal. This time we ordered a meal deal plus mashed potatoes, one piece of chicken and gravy. We got two gravies, 4 pckts of chips and no mash - totally wrong! Not acceptable!

When I ordered why do I always get chicken legs always the same when I ordered and I don’t like it .

I hardly ever get to a KFC so this was a real treat. I live some distance from the nearest town so some won't deliver here. It had cooled down a little on its journey but that was easily remedied. Thanks KFC

When I initially ordered at 16:45, this was on the basis that the delivery would be in 20-35 minutes. Well, the food was delivered lukewarm at 17:52 - over an hour from the order time.

Visited the KFC drive thru this evening and placed an order for the Vegan burger meal but had to change my mind and cancel the order as I discovered that food was already on the table at home! The guys inside couldn’t be more helpful at refunding me - even though the food had already been made! Really sorry again to the guys inside, you were all very kind!

I had never put a review of a fast food restaurant, but this time I cant avoid, it is incredible, the team is very attentive in special a person if I remember his name is Darl, a person of the most attentive to everything, from the entrance makes you feel comfortable, and the team is great super fast, the food without delay and hot, everything was incredible, I am very happy with the environment that was there. The atmosphere was non-existent considering there were people there. The food arrived in reasonable time, but I noticed the drinks seemed smaller from the last time I had ordered a milkshake. By the time I got home with my children the food was cold (which we expected), but the fact that things were missing from the order was the most annoying thing. How can fast food restaurant staff screw up an order that is on a screen and they can check list it. It's not as if they were rushed off their feet. KFC has gone down in my estimation as a fast food place as everything seems to have changed food and drinks wise and hiked up their prices also. Used to be my favourite quick bite or treat, but now far from it.

Food is fine, what you expect from KFC. But the service was so slow. Nobody will inform you why there is a delay. If you're informed, then it's not so bad. Full of people waiting for food, and screaming children.

I have no issues with the restaurant itself but the order took double the time that was estimated by the app and the driver was really struggling to locate my address which caused further delay resulting in cold food. I have ordered plenty of times from KFC but today really was a let down on multiple levels.

Very busy Sunday lunch time - 35 min from order until ready.

Food was well over an hour late

Went in to order a takeaway so could spend more time looking over the menu. Very easy to order and pay using the self-service terminals. Sat and waited in the restaurant which was very clean. The food arrived quickly and was still very hot after a three mile drive home. The food was cooked perfectly and the chicken especially was very tasty and moist so we knew it was all very fresh. Highly recommend.

There is always something missing, this time the beans, time before that a portion of fries, before that the dips. The food is good the delivery is always quick but it’s always wrong

Food is really good here, and the drive-through is very fast. Have forgotten things in the past, so just check before you leave and ask if needed. the app is very good as you can get free stuff

Driver was stuck in standstill traffic jam, you could see on the tracker he wasn't moving for a few minutes on the motorway, called to let us know he would be there as quick as possible. Food arrived still hot. We appreciated the heads up.

Was amazing though I didn’t get the cookie I ordered but apart from that absolutely perfect

I ordered the TRILOGY BOX MEAL But mine didnt have the zinger burger just the original so was alittle disappointing but it was all this hot, not too greasy or soggy. So still good just would have preferred the Zinger it was meant to come with.
