KFC Bridge of Don- Broadfold Road in Aberdeen City

Never had an issue here before but half of my order missing. £40 wasted

My food was not delivered i had to go out and get food and pay again

Went in to order a meal only to get it shoved at me and then turned her back. As I am disabled, walking with two crutches, no help from her. Not even at the door when, a couple of teenagers helped me with that. Piss poor service and the food was overcooked chicken and fries were disgusting. DON'T GO NEAR THIS ONE.

Was served by Ugne (Oognee? Ugny? Lithuanian girl) and she was a wonderful energy and face to be served/greeted by. Food was excellent as per what I'm used to.

The food came cold and chips were soggy the delivery driver got lost and we had to walk around the street trying to find him while on the phone assisting

Fast service altho very full of rowdy teenagers in the evenings to be honest.

6 piece Bucket, 11.99 5 legs, just warm, same experience last time,thought one off but obviously not, staff leaning back, arms folded, looking uninterested, never again

Food was better than recent experiences at both BK and McD. Lots of rubbish on tables, people are so lazy not using the bins.

As on most occasions with JUST EAT I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED 1/2 AN ORDER SO CANT EAT AS NO MONEY TO COVER ANOTHER DELIVERY FEE

Food freezing on arrival and wrong items delivered

Hi. I immediately contacted Customer service here when my order arrived without regular chicken popcorn. The chat told me there would be a refund but I haven’t heard anything until now. Can someone sort this please.

They forgot what meal I ordered and didn’t do anything when I asked the lady politely I dont have the right meal all she said would you like a box also out side bins were way over filled and seagulls and crows every where also very over priced and we didn’t even get half the stuff we ordered thank you

Very good hot food from a bucket, what's not to like?

Late arrival. Missing one 2pc chicken from order when I was meant to receive 2 x 2pc chicken.

Food was cold, missing fries, missing 2 hot wings from the mighty bucket for one, felt like the chicken had been sat out for hours.

Ordered 3 meals, one was missing popcorn chicken and fries but got the drink and additional side… how the actual meal part can be missed is beyond me!

Football hit and fine but KFC seems dear to others now

Ordered the food and was saying preparing order for over an hour and food was delivered cold and wet

Food was luke warm, chicken coating was soft, litter piled to the roof on every single table as bins were full, rubbish everywhere outside as seagulls were going to town. Far from service with a smile.

We ordered the BBQ ultimate burger well nothing like the picture very disappointed nothing ultimate about this and for the price shocking!!! Also nobody answered the phone when I rang to complain.

Asked for 4 chicken legs and Coke without ice, was told that would be ok, 3 chicken legs and drink full of ice, not good. Also chicken had obviously been sitting around for a while as quite dry

Only 3 lots of fries, despite asking for only 2 and 2 corn on the cob. The fries had a taste of hot and spicy so they all went into the bin. This is the first time I have ordered a KFC to be delivered as I had a fall and have a broken hip, so unable to drive, and will certainly never order a delivery again. Edna Clark

Stopped it here on my way home from work.Primarily because the queue was outdoor from McDonald's but I do love a good chicken dinner service was fast.Staff seemed pleasant enough food was adequate

Sat in here waited for table service for over half hour, went up and asked where my order was? it was just sitting there and they said sorry we forgot to take it over. I bought the 3 piece original chicken on the bone, The Chicken was slimy to the point the coating wasn’t sticking to the chicken, I thought that was odd but ate it and well it ended in disaster. Most savage food poisoning I’ve had, woke up at 1am feeling like death sweating shivering and projectile vomiting for 12 hours 🤮

Really helpful, friendly staff and well cooked KFC deliciousness with all those secret herbs and spices 😋 Only an occasional treat for me so makes all the difference when you get such lovely staff and service when we visited mid afternoon on Monday👍 Thank you! 😊

Cool soggy Chips, very greasy not cooked properly chicken, 2 male staff acted like they didn't Want to even be there let alone take our order!

The app glitches and changed my address even tho before ordering I changed my address to a different place, but fortunately the delivery guy knew what he was doing and delivered it safely to me.

Driver came up to my floor with no issue, reminded me I had ordered a soda instead of letting me accidentally leave it in the bag. 10/10. Would be extremely happy to get him again, he was really nice.

Disgusted Tryed To Call After food was Delivered with gravy spilled over everything, no answer, after trying to call at least ten times. not good enough. Really upset as this was a once every two month treat. And it was ruined by no way to contact delivery company and kfc. You totally ruined my night.

Been here for the first time, friendly staff, food was good. we were actually going to get burgers at the next door establishment but nowhere to park in their microscopic car park so we went to this KFC instead (with car park 4x the size) and we're glad we did. All thumbs up

Very poor service. It’s not the first time when I order and not receive my order all items is missing very poor service KFC, Bridge of Don. There is no problem with the delivery drivers only problem with the staff who has worked there.

The food was complete cold and took over 90 minutes to arrive.

Today 1st February 2024 about 16:10 I went to KFC Bridge of Don went inside and ordered from service desk a takeaway of 14 pcs bargen bucket asked the kfc employee if possible no drumsticks he said your bargen bucket already prepared and maybe it has 3 pcs of drumsticks so I said nothing Went home and found 9 of 14 pcs are drumsticks...! so 7 pcs went to bin What a waste and poor distribution of chicken pcs from kfc employee at this branch I will not vist this branch again

Store was very quiet when we were in. Usual self order in-store after standing at the till and ignored. Food was typical of this style of restaurant. Staff were actually polite but need to remember to acknowledge you when waiting.

Visited on Saturday night restaurant wasn't busy didn't look like there many staff on as all tables were needed a wipe down, also the restaurant was Freezing! Our finger looking chicken arrived it was Very Pink looking, I just left it on table ! Usually I would clear my tray etc but there really wasn't many staff about To challenge at the time .. chip was fresh & beans was tasty! Don't think I will be returning soon unfortunately.

Kfc has messed up my order I have received 1x popcorn chicken 1x bottle of water 1x chips 1x some other kind of burger phoned kfc direct got told to cancel the order but I said no I want my food so went to collect myself to get stupidy from the staff refusing to accept they have messed the order up trying to blame just eat when it is my receipt on the bag definetly 100% kfc mess up they then tried to hand me stale food which had been sittingforover half anhourI've askedforfreshrefusedgotnothing

Large popcorn chicken missing from order

i waited an hour and 20 minutes for it to come and when it came i was over being hungry you really need to sort out your drivers it doesn’t just reflect on you as a business it’s affecting the places that it’s coming from aswell and this can lead to bad reviews and it ain’t the first time i have had problems with them app and complained and not heard anything back because you can’t get threw to no one sort it out !!!!!!

Ordered food and had an estimated delivery of 30 minutes - arrived over an hour after it was ordered. Missing fries and the bun from the burger was stale. Chicken was a bit overcooked (coating was a bit too crispy/harx).

The corn didn't taste and smell fresh. All others good.

The delivery driver askes me to meet him outside which I did nit agree with. Fave him simple instructions to get to me. I did freak out after the 4tg phone call to the courier. Not happy with this service and would like a refund please.

Just ordered 2 mighty buckets for one and a gravy mega box. The whole bucket was full of grease and the chicken fillets were absolutely disgusting. All I could taste was salt and more salt. Time this was tested for food quality. A complete waste of money. Won't be back.

All the food was cold. The estimated delivery time went passed saying driver at restaurant then changed to allocated driver.arrived 1.5 hours after placing order. Driver was mute no hello or apology.

It was on a Sunday afternoon. We went through driveway. Selected and paid for food. Just when I lpaid cash. I was told to wait on the outside parking as chips were not ready and they were going to be late and was promised someone will bring it out for us. Wasn’t given the recipt. we waited about 15 mins. We have to go ourselves to collect and while the chips getting ready almother food was in bag was a bit cold. The pieces were very chewey and tough, chicken tenders cut way to big and they were pinkish. Chips soggy oily. I have never experienced this quality at kfc. A but surprise will avoid from here on. Someone need to train people there. Food is an issue there.

Always something missing when we order KFC. This time missing popcorn chicken, corn on cob and 2 garlic mayo.

Go here on my way home from work sometimes. Between my husband and I, we've probably gone 8 times in the last 2 years, and of that, they have gotten our order wrong 3 times and left us sitting in the car park for over 15 minutes twice, those times only being resolved by one of us going inside to complain. Not a great service. The food is alright for KFC standards.
