Got everything but my frigging pop I hope I get my refund

paid £33 no gravy the driver was late by 20 mins and no gravy

Out of the 3 portions of chips you couldn’t make up 1 potion of chips and the food was cold. Will never order from them again

order not turned up ..just brought a gravy..disgraceful!!! ordered chicken burgers an d fries x2

ordered a mini fillet burger side...the didn't send this butninstead put in 3 extra bags of fries..might make the total cost the same but the meal already came with fries so why would I be able to eat 4 lots of fries on my own, should of been replaced with a chicken side as it was a chicken side I ordered if they had none left

can never send the full order ,given enough chances now , avoid unless you like giving away free money

The Food waa freezing cold. 5 soggy chips in the bag. Wings bland.

I did not receive my food but was charged for it.

Ordered a cookie onto my burger meal as a little treat , was the best thing I had out the whole meal 10/10. Beautiful chicken as always

i ordered from here last night and all the popcorn chicken i ordered came cold i ordered a large meal and a snack box popcorn chicken with gravy and the gravy was also cold

Ordered a trilogy box, missing the popcorn chicken. Not the first time I've had things missing from my order and I don't usually complain but this is a regular occurrence and it's not acceptable!

arrived 25 minutes late and stone cold as driver was walking around with my order in a paper bag instead of the heat bag to keep it warm

Stale, dry bun, the order was not hot

£25 for cold chicken and forgot about a whole meal

How hard is it to read off an order and put it in a bag everything wrong absolute joke. Sort your staff out

The food was cold so we couldn’t eat it. We also had items missing , for £46 you do expect better.

I’m so angry, the delivery was sent cold and missing x2 portions of chips , not only the one for box meal as standard but then nothing further which I paid for, definitely won’t be wasting my time or money again

Don’t answer the phone. Tried to call a few times. Paid for a boneless banquet and a trilogy meal and extra gravy. Got a trilogy box with no chips and just chips and chicken for my ‘ banquet meal’.

Didn’t send gravy and instead sent me some stone cold stale chicken bits… the two fillet burgers and fries were also cold

the Gravey was cold and the chips. chicken lutwarm. I asked for orange thay sent me Pepsi what I don't even like.

Incorrect burger and cold fries had to eat it to take medication

No chips with my meal and it was all absolutely freezing. I watched him deliver straight to me with no other stops so must have been sat bagged up ready before the delivery drive got to KFC.

TERRIBLE..sent nothing I ordered from my £55 order. Note in the bag said 'WE RAN OUT OF PRODUCTS' should have cancelled my order instead of sending just a bucket I didn't order. went straight in the bin, luckily I filmed us opening the bag as I knew it didn't feel right. WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

the food was delivered late and on tracking the driver had been on a tour of burnley first. then the wrap received was a single piece of chicken including bone and was inedible.

other than food items missing it were actually tasty and still warm when it arrived there were just items missing that kettle it down

Made order online, drove to collect and when we drove back home part of the order was missing so had to drive back down. By the time we got back home the remainder of our food had gone cold. Wont be ordering online again

Rubbish!! Missing 3 items told just eat about it and they’ve done nothing

Food always tastes great but every single time we order there are no sauces!! Kfc is our go to takeaway and out of all the times we’ve ordered 9/10 times there are no dips, it’s just expected now that we won’t get any when we order. Not good service with it being so frequent

Very poor service. No wonder it's virtually empty, no traffic. Customer service is the worst I have seen around here.

Ordered at drive through 22.10. 2 cars before us, waited for 25 mins before getting served. Thought they were trying to catch the chicken and growing the potatoes themselves!! Food was mediocre, won't be using again.

Absolutely embarrassing service. We decided to treat ourselves, last day at work for Christmas. We made a near £60 order, you would expect such order to be checked to make sure it’s correct. When we got it half of the items were missing, I also ordered a stuffing stack which came without stuffing, how can you forget the one thing that makes it a stuffing stack. Oh and if you have an issue with your order don’t bother trying to call because they just won’t answer. What a waste of time and money.

I paid for a Christmas special gravy double bucket and only received my original chicken and no fillets. I will be making a complaint.

Please do yourself a favour, do not use this KFC. I had to give it one star as it’s the only option I got trust me you will be disappointed. My dogs will not eat this chicken as it’s been cooked three weeks ago and they keep reheating it and reselling it. I am now in A&E at the moment with Our. I will be going taking this further.

Vegan burger missing from the order, seriously! How do you miss a burger when you bag what it tells you on the screen. Just to top it off it was lukewarm. Pathetic and will not use again.

Had a zinger stacker burger missing. Went through correct channels only to be emailed asking what was missing when I tried to reply my emails wouldn't send so did it through my other email address only to be told that account isn't managed and to go on to the help section on the app. I'm going round in circles here.

Don't go here! The service was very slow, food cold and restaurant filthy! If you have the KFC app for blue light discount then good luck as it never works and the management is a waste of time.

Yet again items missing 4 x dips

Had kfc last night and it was 10/10 no items missing, fresh hot and tasty and on time, ordered again tonight for the children for my daughters birthday and how is there such a huge difference in one night? Clearly staff are the issue. Ordered the boneless family bucket came with no chips, no sides no dips and the bottle of drink missing, how? How do you not double check especially when it’s so expensive! Now had to order elsewhere because 8 fillets and one popcorn chicken between 5 is impossible

The only problem was a lot of sauce was on the outside of the wrap making it messy to eat

The order was late, I watched the delivery driver go and delivery other food before coming to mine on the map the food was freezing cold!!

The only negative I can say is that there is something always missing, your happy to charge extra for sauces & dips but never get them, this needs to be looked at.

only ordered about 5 times from kfc trafalgar Street burnley and 3 times now my order was wrong ..I would wait longer as long as they make sure the order was right then it wouldn't spoil the meal

Staff really poor. Chicken hit n miss whether it's cooked right. Not the best. Update. Cash machine not working on Sunday even though ordered on the app Cash only. Say no more.

Food Missing. Packaging damaged. Driver admitted fault then left.

Food received and the gravy had split in the bag so when passed to me the contents fell out of the bottom of the bag and gravy split over my rug. Food taken away and he never returned and Just Eat refuse to give me my money back!!!

Don't order after 10pm as they will just send you cold food. Order before then and it's still 50/50 on that and whether you get the right food to begin with. Colne Road kfc is far better to order from.

all food in the order was given, delivery was on time no issues

Not a single bit of my meal arrived and there is nobody to contact to get my food

Wrong meal and did not follow what I said in the notes. Told me he's here I told him he is not I am out side. Wouldn't listen and put phone down on me so had to wait for him to finally drive to where I told him to go In the first place.

The bottle of Pepsi max was missing. Seems too happen a lot.
