order came 1hr and 45 mins after i had ordered, delivery time kept changing! disappointed, put me off ordering from this kfc in the future.

Warning!!! That's simply awful!! I have ordered a burger. Although it was totally raw snd not grilled they didn't accept to change it. Moreover the place is very dirty. Finger weg!!

We ordered food, and one of the 🍔 burgers was in a bad state . When we went to the counter and asked for the exchange for another burger, they refused to give us another burger. Eventually, the manager of the kfc came and asked me which country I am coming from. This is so ridiculous. Kfc should be sham of it self that having Manager for their branch, so rude like this. This is racist, KFC shame on you millions 0f times.... Also, the place was so dirty tables a nd the floor

Asked for a twister zinger with white peppered mayo. Only found out once I'd waked away that it was nothing like I ordered. I suppose it helps if you can understand spoken English. I did repeat myself a few times and thought they had understood what I wanted. How hard can a simple order be to take & make🤬

Recently visited this shop and was served by Sangeeth and i can assure it was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

One of the worst things I have noticed, the staffs are very slow in customer service, they don’t even talk to us even if are waiting at the tills to order we’ve to call them out for ordering. There was a Lady Manager, she was one of the rudest person I’ve ever scene. She doesn’t even care customers just doing her on stuff and talking to others rather than helping out the customers.

Order takeaway. They turned it into eat in. Staff asked me whether they could pack everything in the same bag. I said fine to save them trouble. Throw all the hot wings, boneless chickens and 3 piece chicken into a tiny bag. Got home instead of 12 hot wings gave 4 hot wings. Absolutely useless and incompetent. Food quality terrible and not fresh.

Problem with KFC app. Again. When I made the order and tried to pay, after ages of waiting for the payment processing, I had to give up and restart the app. When I tried to make the same order, the promotion offer disappeared from there, had to order something else. The long bar table by the shop window was full of rubbish, huge pile of leftovers as if someone emptied the bin on it. Very gross. So I had to put my food on the bar chair and stand by it. No other space was available.

Firstly I have to wait for 15 minutes for just a mega box. In service station they will give you a larger one but instead they give us the smallest one

Generally not a great place to dine. I came here with a friend at first and after she had ordered i asked for the code for the toilet. The lady stared me down and very rudely said i had to order something first before getting the code, and so i did. I ordered a gravy mega box and though the gravy was good, the chicken and chips were extremely undercooked. The chicken was pretty much raw and the chips didnt have seasoning unlike the other KFCs, not to mention it was basically just raw potato. Upon entering the toilets, it was just filthy. The guy who gave me the code though was nice enough. Overral, just wouldnt come here again 😬

I have been this KFC for months and I feel the service in this KFC is much better than compared to others. Staff are very friendly, especially Hassan and Anaja, they look pleasant and calm even though they are under immense pressure. I know most of the staff here, they work hard. I didn't get my food delayed at all. They are very fast and quick and very helpful. Till now I don't have any complaints about food. I got what I ordered in sufficient quantity. So overall I recommend this KFC.

This was place was so horrible. Don’t waste your money. I ordered a gravy mega box. The chip portion was like a baby grabbed a few and put it in there; so small! It was so sad to see. I opened the box to only see one wing and one chicken that was mainly bones. Where did the rest of my food go? I noticed it only once I got home so it was too late to get my food. It’s annoying and sad when you’re so hungry and you get this type of meal.

Preordered a delivery more than 2 hours in advance but order was still 30 minutes late & no communication. Phone number for the restaurant doesn’t work. Due to this, I had to go to my night shift with protein bars as I didn’t have time to eat or make anything else.

Tracked the delivery they went completely the wrong direction then somewhere else eventually it arrived cold

Food delivery never arrived, driver called and hung up on me. By the time I had made my way down stairs had driven off. Use the East Road kfc at least you get your food.

It ia good to have a halal kfc in cambridge. The friyes are really taystie. And the chichen is well seoned. And jucy. Where the chicken is falling of the bone. will come agine.

Very bad experience overall !!!!! My friends asked for some napkins, souses and tubes, but this guy said that we need to order more to get it. Why is that? In any other KFCs they give it for free, but here this employee was answering badly. Please do something with it.
