Helpful stuff, quality food, with nice portions

Love their chicken wraps. I tried the teriyaki dish, lovely, I'll have it again. Love their chicken wraps too.

Food took 2 hours to be delivered. When it did finally arrive all completely stone cold.

I don't go to KFC for atmosphere for heavens' sake. I go for quick, easy, I am hangry food. And I go straight for one of the window seats. I am not there to people watch, funnily enough. Cracked it. However, they do sh-t Heinz mayo. Disgusting. There is only Hellmanns. So you bring your own in one of those tiny hotel jam pots. One better = bring Alloili - it's called. Made by Chovi. Spanish and available in Iceland and Morrisons. Bright yellow plastic pot. Accept no substitute. Sweet and sorted. The combination of garlic mayo and KFC's chips is divine. Happy tummy, happy me. Lastly, order 2 legs - nowt else.

Once again, missing item. Standard from this restaurant and not worth the effort of complaining as nothing comes of it. Just accept you like KFC and hope most of it turns up. 🙄

Really good. The stuffing was really nice. I would order that as an extra side order if an option. Courier was fine aswell.

never delivered. rung us two times, listed it as delivered. tried recalling but blocked our number.

delivery took too long and nearly an hour. i also received 6 pcs chicken which 4 of them is drumsticks whick im not happy with.

Submitted my order at 5pm. Didn’t receive my order until 7.20pm. We ended up going out and buying food and bringing it back before we even received our food. Apparently the restaurant said to the driver that someone had stolen our food. So therefore we had to wait over 2 hours. We have a disabled child. This is unacceptable

This was the best KFC we have had delivered in a long time. It arrived hot and delicious and nothing was missing. 😊

Order arrived 30 minutes earlier than the initial estimate, and 2 minutes after the lowest revised estimate. Food was hot and of high quality. Very happy.

Missing gravy again from meal also delivery guy was a bit rude

My order didn’t come, it said it would be delivered but it didn’t show up at all. I didn’t even renew the code that was given to me. It was supposed to come at 19:14 it’s 19:33 and it’s not here. I’m in distress I’m so hungry please I’m so upset.

I paid 80 pounds for my order less than half got delivered and what I did receive was not what I ordered.

Kept delaying the order every 5 minutes. On the delivery receipt it says instructions not to cook until notified? Had I had known it would take an hour to arrive I wouldn’t have ordered. Food was lukewarm as the driver had stopped off somewhere before me. He did apologise and said the restaurant sent him elsewhere with another order

I wasn't aware of the code number. that should be mentioned when ordering.

As always with this KFC outlet, items are missing from the oder, corn on the cob, gravy etc - this is not through first, second or add whatever number you like, this has happened, expected and boring.

Good food fast service.nice seating.wheelchair accessable.

Sat outside down the road when we called he wouldn't pick up we was shouting are you just eat and he was just on the phone

The gravy had leaked in the paper package and all over the chips making them soggy. Back split and food ended on the floor!

I would like to Tip my Courier as I meant to by forgot to do so.

Delivery was missing chicken!!! KFC refused to refund or replace! Ordered a 14 piece party bucket and only the sides arrived! Uber’s best offer was to refund £12 out of £45!! Very dissatisfied!

when we order food online, we would lile to get it at the door, not outside the apartment or in the parking lot. It has happened a number of times now. Its so inconvenient for me to go out and collect the order all the tym.

Always love a KFC, this one is generally a very busy one, so seating can be limited, especially in good weather

Very very bad experience all ready second time after a while. The food is not fresh, drumsticks 🍗 the meat is blue, which means is not fresh from frozen! Very dirty inside, the floor, tables, toilets! 😦🫨🫨 Also, the amount of food is so small, so make sure, if you will order a meal for £10 you will leave the place hungry and unhappy! I don’t recommend this place!!! Management is rubbish as this place if there’s any manager does exist! CT

Instead of serving at the door, The delivery guy called frm the parking area, and i had to go there in my home attire to collect the order. I didnt feel comfortable for ordering a "Parking delivery" iinstead of home delivery... 😏☹️

We usually give five stars for excellent food but today's was tepid, but tasty chicken, with cool floppy chips. Perhaps we'll order from a different outlet next time.

1) condensation from drink made bag soggy which soiled the fries and chicken 2) chicken is NOT fresh. Tastes like it's been left in heater for long time as opposed to being fried recently

I went here on Sunday around 11.30am. Nice clean shop with good seating inside. Food was lovely and the person who served me was polite and helpful.

Out of a 10 piece bucket there were 9 legs. Strange chickens you are breeding or just a scam? I wonder. You will not be seeing me again.

Something from my order was missing

The bins are overflowing and the tables are dirty there's gum stuck under the tables and the food is horrible 😭 I ordered a chicken bucket and I found a chicken head in my room I screamed and thru it across the room and I also found a chicken foot a week later , the staff were rude and dirty, they looked depressed, the drinks are watered down and it tasted disgusting I would not eat here !!

Delivery guy put our order down as delivered and we never got our food paid out the money waited the time and didn’t bother calling us or nothing kfc manager himself over the phone said it happens all the time, if that’s the case then he should be getting new drivers . Absolute joke no refund or reorder.

Good afternoon Sir/Madam, Tonight, on the 22nd of March 2024, I ordered KFC from your site. I ordered 2 two piece hot wings and a 4 piece Colonel's meal. However, when I went to eat my order, I found out that there was only 2 pieces of original chicken and a very small portion of chips, and I also got only 2 hot wings when I paid for a lot more. This is unacceptable service and poor quality food. Therefore, I would please like a refund of the money I spent on the order which was £17.51. We didn’t receive many chips and the bbq bites weren’t even mixed. It was just chicken slapped on bbq sauce

On time but took a longer route which led to food being cold.

Well Every team members is very friendly and the shift runners are super cooperative and friendly towards people and to their members.

Meal was supposed to be boneless strips in the banquet but had a spicy chicken wing. Luckily I wasn't allegic but hate spice so couldn't eat it. Poor quality checking for the food before sending.

The food was good however this is completely let down by the state of the place. I had to clean my own table which was covered in rubbish however I could only put this on the table behind me due to the bin being completely overflowing. Two members of staff were sitting in the restaurant presumably having a break whilst one lady tried to sort out the mess. The atmosphere was then wrecked by some half cut teenagers coming in and sitting behind us. The place wasn't even that busy so there was no reason for the place to be in the state that it was in.

I am less than 5 mins away from kfc and my order was stone cold, also there was around a dozen chips in the bag that you were charging nearly £3 for. I don't consider it value for money paid, needless to say will not be using you again.

The delivery guy was polite and perfect. But many items were missing from the order. We got 4 portions of fries instead of 6. Two portions of chicken wings were missing as well. I ordered 3 dips (supercharger) and got nothing. I don't know what the KFC staff was doing, but this is disgraceful for a £61.20 cost order

I visited this KFC and was met with incredibly rude service from the cashier, Cristina. She displayed no manners and had difficulty understanding English, which made the interaction frustrating. It's concerning that KFC would hire someone for the till position when they lack basic customer service skills. I would recommend avoiding this KFC location to save yourself from similar unpleasant experiences.

Pre ordered 3 hours in advanced and the food was still late. Chose for it to be delivered for 1pm and food didn't even start being prepared until 12:50. Which doesn't make sense

Despite giving clear instructions as how to get in it seems the delivery man wàsnt told if I was in the shop I wouldn't be given 3 small drumsticks A three piece box at every other KFC I have ever ordered from contains at least 1 thigh
