KFC Carlisle - London Road in Carlisle

I ordered the tower burger meal and I liked my meal, I was happy that this restaurant had a drive-thru, as I was able to get my order without waiting too long, good professional staff

Visited this restaurant (Carlisle) using the drive thru ordering a 12pc family bucket with beans and gravy as sides on the 6/01/25around 12:30. We waited over 15 mins for our order and drove 6 minutes home on arrival beans gravy stone cold, chicken fillets warm popcorn chicken hot chilli bites lukewarm, chips were again lukewarm and dark brown ( usually a sign that the oil hasn’t been changed in ages. Over all a waste of £28.99. I would never return to this place staffed by young people with no sense of customer service

I read the feedback on here and I thought the customers may have been a little harsh on them But I couldn’t believe how slow they were this must have been the slowest fast food place I have ever been too unbelievable There was around 5 o 6 staff behind the counter mopping the floor and cleaning around the floor I thought it must be closing and they were looking for a quick getaway but it was only 19:50 It took nearly 20 minutes to get our Bargain Bucket too give them there due it was hot so I don’t know if they were just cooking on demand I don’t like giving bad feedback to be honest

To call this place KFC is a disgrace! Tasteless undercooked chicken! Never go here!

came into the store and ordered on the kiosk ,went to the cashier to go pay and the attitude she gave me was horrible I think her name was izze or izzie? she made me feel really unwelcome and if it wasn't for the manager Camerons apology and reassurance that'd it'd never happen again I'd of asked for a refund and never returned, that lass needs taught how to talk to the people that pay her wages!!!! food was nice atleast, Thanks Cameron.

Just been 30th December 2024 Did not get full order and food was cold.

Place had people in it but practically empty and they were taking ages just to call out our number. Probably 10 minutes in between every number. Obviously young people working who take their time preparing everything and don’t care about everyone else.

Craving a KFC, said it opened at 11. Drove across town, closed! Asked the guy emptying the bins what time they open, he said "about 15 or 20 mins". This isn't a local coffee shop, it's KFC, if it says it opens at 11 it should open at 11. Anyway I tried my first McCrispy today, would recommend

We come here every Saturday and twice now that we have been and it's been shut at 11am when it should be open at 10.30 no notice on the door well thats not good enough and to top it all of there was 2 staff members inside sitting eating kfc and it was cold outside and other people waiting to get in

I drove 20 minutes to get a meal and when Ive got here it was closed the time is 11:18 They supposed to be open from 10:30

Food is okay but customer service was awful, the girl had an attitude and was slamming drinks amd food down, asked for key to baby change and waited 20 mins before I just left to go elsewhere..

Food is always good and hot, the queue and wait is sometimes quite slow

Very very slow seem to only care about delivery's and not the customers waiting inside

This is the only restaurant in Carlisle which bundles the cold drinks inside the same sealed bag as the hot food, so the condensation builds like crazy and ruins everything. Just put them separately, you're giving so many drivers a bad reputation because they get blamed by default

Visited recently on the way home for a treat however what a disappointment. Food was average with little chicken on the bone along with watery gravy. The actual restaurant was disgusting, bins overflowing, toilets dirty and the staff just walking past ignoring the issues. Maybe the duty manager could do with a little guidance on customer care. KFC in response provided a partial refund.

My order was set to arrive at 3 different times ended up coming 2 hours after ordering and was cold

What a steal! Came in with £1.20. We spent £1 on 4 cookies. And the person who served us gave us 2 drinks for free. We can't be happier. Excellent.

chicken was chewy and couldn't be eaten,chips were so cold too.really dissapointed.

We placed the order at 5:19pm and we collected at 5:56pm. I think is unacceptable for a place called fast food to take 40 minutes to deliver an order. Also the bathroom absolutely stinks and was no toilet paper. No tissues at the counter either and the chicken was very greasy on the outside and pink…like almost not been cooked to the right temperature. Not the greatest KFC I’ve ever been, it’s seems like is poor management and lack of organisation!!

Waited nearly 40 minutes for a burger and a couple of pieces of chicken. We where sat there that long multiple delivery drivers got there first order and then came back to take a second before we even got our food.

Amazing food. I ordered the chicken sandwich and salad it was de-lic-ous. The only downside is that the smell of the bathrooms was flooding the main room. And these 5 young men were vaping and drinking alcohol. Otherwise best KFC I have ever had.

The food took 45 minutes to come, it was cold when it arrived, it had items missing from the order and the staff thought it was funny when I complained! Will not be returning!

Worst KFC I’ve ever had. The service is none existent, food is dry and tasteless and always seems like it’s been sat there days. It’s been diabolical since it’s opened. Fast food? Ha

Best choice pieces of chicken, crispy, fluffy hot wings, nice thick gravy, and a random free bonus of boneless strips. As close to perfect as it gets with KFC. A 1/1000 order.

My food was freezing items missing from the order and my bottle of pop. The gravy was like water.

Some food very cold. Most good temps. Yet again missing a bottom of drink. 2 star only because chicken beans and gravy were hot.

I ordered a take away for a member of my family. I don’t live at their house. When it arrived there was an argument on the doorstep because my son was unable to give the code as he hadn’t personally ordered it. So despite the fact I had ordered and paid for the meal this resulted in a twenty minute stand off on the doorstep and, when it was finally handed over - the food being cold - this is ridiculous you should be able to order for friends and family without being harassed!

My chips was missing from my order and so was my dip.

Took 1hour 45 minutes to be delivered, cold drinks put in same bag as hot food so when delivered the drinks were warm and the food cold, one item missing from the order. Dreadful - never again.

Zinger burger was full of sauce and salad and I asked for it to be totally plain as I am allergic to mayonnaise and don’t like salad

I love KFC and although 10 miles away, it's my local. Generally I'm happy with the food, staff and service. However, I've had a couple of visits that didn't come up to standard, occasionally there's not enough sauce put on the food and 1 time I got the zinger salad box and there was a little maggot wriggling around in the box. Gutted cos I like salad but never again. Also kfc make it impossible to complain online

Ordered a burger which had been thrown together. It was put in the box upside down which is no big deal but had so much mayo on it it was inedible and the lettuce was just thrown on it. I swear my toddler could make a better one blindfolded.

Took 2 hours and wasn't warm , and my order wasn't even correct.

Not Just eats fault. It took over an hour for KFC to start prepare my order. From placing my order to receiving it, it was 1 hour 45 minutes.

Very poor service Chicken for 2 thrown on one small tray No serviettes Toilets dirty, the only toilet roll was on the floor as well as a corn on the cob! Tables dirty a lot of sauce packets, straw papers and food on the floor We WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Food was delicious and piping hot! We used the self checkout and it was fast and easy to use. The food was prepared quickly and was made fresh.

Order never arrived and when tracking it on just eat map could see driver on a completely different road to my address so no idea who he/she has allegedly delivered to

Time kept increasing every couple minutes

When the delivery driver came he apologised if the food was cold. Well it was not cold but just lukewarm. He said the problem was with KFC. The original time for delivery was meant to be between 7 and 7 15 but the food didn’t arrive until 7 30

Fries were left out of the order. The free popcorn chicken was also missed from the order. What is the point in having gravy when you don’t give me the fries to dip in it?!

So much for making sure the foods correct before sending it out. I asked for a fillet burger and was given zinger, manager said he won’t give his name and the fact I’m allergic to the zingers his reply was sorry we are very busy!! Not good enough

I got my food and when it got to me there was things missing from it I called the kfc up and I was told I would have to go and get it but couldn’t get there so I had to place something else for them to come to give me the food and it cost me over £6 to get them to come with it all not happy

Every time we order from KFC London Road Carlisle we are always missing something. Last time we only had half our order delivered and today we were misssing our chips. When I phone them up they just say there is nothing they can do. They messed up our order therefore they should rectify it. If they don’t want to have these issues, then how about they get the order right first time.

orderd a chicken salad meal and bbq chicken but got a bucket of wings not the 1st time it's happened. fairly poor wings to ve honest.

Guy behind the counter apparently shouted me twice before giving me freezing cold chicken, only ordered them 2 mins prior but were freezing cold so I told him and he said “well I shouted you twice so..” I said okay, feel them there freezing can I have new please and he reply’s “yeh I did shout u twice tho” then proceeds to give me 3 more immediately, and were even colder than the last ones, obviously had been on hold longer than were meant to. Sweetcorn was also rock hard and had been left on hold longer than was meant to. Also within the kids meal our pineapple was out of date. Won’t be returning.

I have never received my food, I'm furious and not happy that I can't contact anyone for even getting any information on how to get my food or money back. I will not be using this anymore.

Slowest drive through, always short staffed even if you order in advance Don’t give you ketchup packets even if you remind them while ordering More worse is that they get your order wrong, miss something All of above is based on my experience on multiple days, but still stuck as they are the only kfc here

Hi, I'm not happy with the order as i didnt recieve the bottle of pepsi max.. Which i did pay for in the order i had made..

Absolute disgrace, ordered via food hub, sat waiting near an hour for my food to arrive to find out they had cancelled my order 5 minutes before i checked where it was!!... all because they couldn't get a driver! Shocking communication, instead of cancelling it how about giving me the option to come and collect it! Totally unacceptable! Will never buy from there again 😡😡😡😡😡
