KFC Catterick - Richmond Road in Richmondshire

Easy food. Love KFC they forgot 3 items of our order but easily rectified

Greeted by a very miserable member of staff, ordered a mighty bucket for one which consisted of around 12 chips, 2 of the smallest pieces of chicken and hot wings that weren't very hot. Overall £10 spent that was poor value overall.

Was after a party bucket, used to cost £25... now a staggering £36.. its a one off as I don't tend to eat fast food much, is what it is.

missing a big part of a box meal order, fries and gravy, took the chance of a midweek order for KFC delivery thinking they will be quite so wont be hard, a local restaurant that have only managed to get the order right 3 times out of the 7 times I have visited for pick up, maybe I'm the bigger fool, food was hot but missing some of the best parts of it, i paid nearly £20 for half a meal for 1, don't disappoint yourself

Where are the beans option on the sharing bucket meals ???, the chips were still hard on places no seasoning on chips , the chicken was very soggy and not crispy. Probably the worst kfc we’ve ever had .

delivery time went up by 5 minutes each time I checked to see when my food would be ready. Delivery driver was great and the increase occurred whilst still at KFC.

Absolutely shocking no fries or bottle of coke rang kfc said they couldn’t resend missing items but I could collect (not the point)and still waiting for a refund from just eat absolutely appalling customer service

Delivery driver polite and respectful, however, food was barely warm and had to be reheated in the microwave. Notification said delivery 7.55pm but it was around 8.10pm

Bottle of 7up was missing from order, but the delivery driver offered to go back and get it .

Went 2 our local kfc at 9 they dont close till 10 and they never had any chicken left correction they had one chicken on the bone left

Order was missing half the food and bottle of pop rang up and they just said sorry nothing we can do won’t be pry from there again plus food was nearly cold when it got here

Was a couple of things missing out my order, the popcorn chicken and still water, what I got in place of that for some reason was hot chicken wings a cookie and a can of Pepsi max and a can of tango 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

It was briwn dry rptten, couldnt eat it and had some kind of stone in one bit of chicken i am waiting for a refund whats happening with it

Last meal was awful and extremely expensive

Food was ok last time we went, but this can be hit & miss. The main problem however is that the coffee machine hasn’t been working for months!! I was told it’s because it’s a pain to clean out at the end of shift. If this is true, they seriously need to get their act together. We are a family of 6 and the two adults want coffee with there meal, not half flat drinks!!

The intercom or the Mic on your drive through head phones is faulty. Also the attitude on the bloke taking the orders is discussing and needs sorting out. Also educate your staff how the blue light card and your app work

Clean, tidy restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. KFC at a good location. You just can't go wrong if you like fast food chicken.

I haven't had my food, it says delivered but it hasn't been and this service is terrible, the money has also gone out my bank

Good value and well prepared, be aware if you order takeout to check before leaving as mistakes can happen if you order something a little different. Ordered ice tea on special and recieved diet coke. Had another one when chicken fillets ordered ad extra and recieved pop chicken bits. Doesn't stop us going back as the food is good, tasty, hot, and plentiful. Now drive past McDonald's when one is close when outside area.

delivered my food freezing cold ,When on the phone complaining the women on the phone started raising her voice . Not happy with this one bit , got a refund in cash even though paying on card and told me i was never getting served at kfc again!

Not happy...bought a 6 piece bucket. Asked for no wings... what did I find in the bucket when I got home...3 wings 2 drumstick and a breast. Meat was dried out and seemed like it had been cooked 2 hours before....won't be going back there... this is the second and last disappointing purchase from there.

Ordered via the app… Waited in the drive thru for over 10mins at the window, got home and missing half of my order. This store really needs to up their game.

Service was slow. Food not hot and chips rubbery but made no fuss. Week later got a £100 parking fine because over 60 minutes. Never go near the place

After my nephew pass out parade at ITC went for a family lunch to celebrate. The waiting was over an 1hr. I received a parking charge of £100. I stayed over 21min. The service was poor. I got charged because of the incompetent of the staff at this KFC on Richmond Road, Catterick. If the food came quicker I would never be charged. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The customer service was horrible as the lady in till she was super rude.

I asked for the twister wrap of the day, for my mum. I asked if it was spicy because mum can't eat very spicy. They said yes, and I asked if her wrap could be without the sauce. She was told NO, they couldn't leave the sauce off because it wouldn't be the wrap of the day then. Very dissatisfied and upset for my mum. It was a treat for her, as she can't drive.

No fruit stick in kids box The chicken was all bone and no chicken no variety of peices drumsticks only

Haven’t had a KFC for years and really fancied some spicy chicken. The zinger burger was luke warm with no crunch, chips were cold and barely cooked through and the chicken (£2 a drumstick) was very dry. Won’t be back !

Came in today the till girl was sat on the window sill behind the till with her feet up. Took her time coming to serve me. Got food quickly but while we were sat eating the staff could be heard swearing at eachother loudly. One saying "you made me look like a a D*** head' loud enough so our table and the one next to us commented. Then they went on to loudly sing a song on the radio. Tables were dirty aswell yet had their feet up when we came in. Really annoyed at how unprofessional they were not sure if there was a manager in just seemed like there were three kids running the place

They use the oil for too long before changing. Everything tastes burnt.

Waited 25 minutes for a box meal was like it was being run by people who couldnt handle it

I’ve been to a lot of KFC’s and have eaten at this one at least three times and it’s one of the best ones I have been to, consistently. I normally order a filet tower box meal and wings and every time I have it has been great.

Standard KFC restaurant, with one exception - sound system making rly annoying noise and it's like that from more than a year

Great food. Really helpful staff. I really wish you'd fix the blown speaker or clipping music played in the restaurant. I looked and I mentioned this nearly two years ago! Still broken. 😩

Sat and waited at the drive threw for over 5 minutes and was not seen too, I then drove round to the window where you would pay, too ask for assistance only to me told by a young boy that he was busy. After finally being seen too, I got home to find my order was incomplete on 2 out of the 3 meals I ordered. I ordered 2 coffees with my meals both of which were half full, the whole experience was horrendous. There was no customer service at all.

Scored low because they had no salt or pepper don't know whether that is normal now

Ordered through the app so our food would be ready for us. We pulled into the car park to find no disabled spaces available for us to park, fair enough, we'll go through the drive through. We were passed our food in just the box, no bag, napkins, salt etc. So we pulled up and I went in to get some (what's the point in a drive thru?). Upon leaving, I saw staff sitting in two of the disabled spaces in their cars having their break! Billiant.

Warm milkshake, cold fries and asked for no sauce on burger but got sauce on burger! Good job it wasn’t for allergy purposes! Food kept disappearing and reappearing from one bag to another giving the impression orders scrambled were all over the place.

I recently visited the Catterick KFC and was blown away by the sheer awesomeness of it all. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful, I'm pretty sure it was marinated in unicorn tears and deep-fried to crispy perfection. The fries were like little strips of fried heaven, and the sauces were out of this world. I mean, seriously, if you haven't tried the sauces at this KFC, you're missing out. I'm pretty sure they're made from a magical blend of fairy dust and pure, unadulterated awesomeness. And the staff? They were like a group of fried chicken angels, smiling and handing out buckets of deliciousness to all who entered. Overall, the Catterick KFC is good.

Absoulte jokers at this place stood at the self-service to order food only for it not to work.. there was no sign and when I approached the staff, they were clueless and said there should be a sign up. Second to this, I didn't have half the items on the menu. Won't be going here again.

The coldest place on the planet. 15 minute wait.... It was empty. Cold food except beans which i used to warm my hands. Zero atmosphere (no music) I nominate for the worst KFC in Britain.

Very poor was sat in drive through for 10 minutes ordered and paid and then parked up waiting for 25 minutes to be given the the wrong order and after observing the girl bringing food out picking her nose we ended up just asking for refund . Worst thing was is there was only 3 other people in the queue so God knows what was happening there Overall worst KFC drive through I have ever seen they have no idea how to run a fast food service and are not hygienic Will not be using again

Can't beat a KFC and this one is nice and clean with pleasant staff
