KFC used to be the best chicken in town but this restaurant is average. Food is average and service OK. There are better chicken shops put there now.

Unfortunately, the behavior of two staff members, Assia and Safi, was shockingly unprofessional and rude. Additionally, there were several issues with both the service and the quality of the food

I love this place ! Good quality food , clean place ,clean toilets, and not busy of customers ! Best lunch without having stress ,like many places around Croydon

KFC in Colonnades is the best that I even been to any outlet. Their food is fresh and service is great and it's Halal!

Burger came without a top bun, and when called, the KFC guy started to laugh and talk in another language. Disrespectful and doesn’t care about clients. Will never buy food from them again

Went in and walked up to the till waited 5 minutes then a member of staff turned up and said i have to place the order on the screen by the door. I asked if they could take the order since they are standing next to the till. That was not possible. I walked to the door then out to Nandos and got great service and food. The best bit was that i only paid about £2 more than i would have spent at KFC. Don’t be dumb like me, pay the xtra £2 and go next door to Nandos. The service and food is 100x better.

I ordered a fillet burger and large fries, and once I got home I realized they gave me a chicken burger and small fries. Useless.

I’m very disappointed In the services I got today I waited for my order just to see people after me receive there order before me and let’s not forget I ordered 3 Burgers box meal just to not get a portion of chips that was missing and I went to tell the lady at the front that the burger was missing she didn’t even believe me and had to check herself when I asked nicely then all she did was give attitude well I won’t be coming back

Really dissatisfied with this KFC branch, size of fried chicken was very small. They've taken small literally and given it a new name! As a result of this experience, somewhat put off KFC now. Read previous reviews and all saying exactly the same.i think KFC are more interested in profits then customer satisfaction 🙁

I asked chicken legs they said come back tell us with your order number so we did and they said no we cant give you chicken legs even though the girl admitted but a man was refused what we wanted he tryna change the order weirdly try to decide what we eat but the menager came and sorted than the legs came it was obvious over salted 😅

Rude staff(specially Mr.SAFI) as always, poor service, refused to serve on till, automated machines were not scanning QR code for in app offers and rewards. Food quality was way below KFC standards. Staff is unprofessional and untrained. I will never go back to this restaurant.

Super rude staff . Your a paying customer and they just seem so annoyed to be serving people . Got my kids order wrong no dessert but I didn't feel comfortable approaching them after the previous service I got . The manager is also so rude just shouts at people. Staff need better training or just work elsewhere If they are so unhappy.

The better of the two nandos in Croydon. Always had space when I visited, good parking, Very lovely atmosphere and good staff service. And food is lovely as well.

Children love it and once in a while it does not hurt. This branch was not busy and we were served very quickly.

KFC is located in a complex, with a large parking lot, free for up to 3 hours.

Closing time 11 pm stop selling chicken 10 pm.

Since when did chicken pieces become wings size?? And why is the boneless a thin piece dried up salty chicken. Absolutely disgusting food and never go back!! Go McDonald’s next door!!

What can you call this food? This is a thick layer of cornflakes with very little chicken. First time and never again. Just plain bad.

The food way too expensive, but it came hot. Music is horribly loud. The place is clean, the staff the 2 young girls behind the counter are very good polite and quick with the order. They are keeping the place clean. This is so far one of the best KFC I have T Being to eat in. Also it’s halal.

I only buy from here because it's the nearest Halal branch from my house. However, their staff always know how to ruin your orders, always make mistakes, miss items, service not as usual at other KFC restaurants

The fries tasted really good and was cut big and the chicken were more crispier than before and has more flavour and the gravy also tasted good as it wasn't runny and it was just the right amount of thickness and the flavour is not lost in the gravy, it's very well balanced. Had a very pleasant meal!

Multiple times I have collected food from this outlet and often they they forget to give the complete order, Today they forgot to give 10 wings. I called them but they have not mechanism of refunding or even issuing a voucher. Can;t believe this is a global franchise.

Possibly the Best KFC LOCATION IN CROYDON LONDON!!!! I am from east london and we tried KFC HERE for the first time as we drove past!!! oh my God WHO IS COOKING??? Who is the backbone of this place!! I MEAN serious business. How delicious KFC it’s like whole new level… i am eating KFC pretty much all my life!! How did i just discover kfc in colonnades here in CROYDON!!!! What's there to say? Was ok. Takeaway order. No real human interaction, not even when collecting. Staff looked like they were miserable.

Ordered a bargain bucket through Deliveroo - it came with the tiniest pieces of chicken and some of it tasted disgusting. I then made the effort to take the pieces we didn't eat back (at my own expensive) and at least get some of it replaced... and was told they couldn't do anything about it. Since when can't a restaurant replace bad food?! Appalling service and food to match. Never going back here again.

Used to be the better kfc around but now every time i go in its empty. Last time i went half my order was missing so theres no checks. They tried telling some guy he cant pick what bit of chicken he gets... never heard of that before only when there was the delivery issue. They were only giving out wing pieces and got annoyed if you asked for no wings. Took ages getting someone to come to the till, a customer came in, waited and left whilst the person was having a casual convo with the kitchen through the shelf.

The lady who served us was quite polite. However, when one colleague came over, they started talking in a different language while we were waiting there to finish our order. Eventually, the food came out some cold and some scorching hot, so there was no consistency. We ordered the family feast. However, some of the chicken pieces were so small that I would say they were nuggets rather than pieces. Over all my experience, there was as you would expect from a kfc, although slightly more disappointing.

The manager is rude. I took some salt and then he told the staff to take away the salt bowl making me look greedy or something. I don’t take any sauces, my only joy is salt okay.

We've just ordered via uber eats to a hotel and there is no sauce, no cutlery, no tissues, nogravy ehoch we specifically paid for. Do not recommend this place at all.

Rude and dismissive staff. Refused the dine in that we ordered, claiming that the lobby is closed at 20:00 when the app and website states 22:30. Then after being thrown out we then discovered our food was stone cold to begin with, the cheese was still rigid squares!

Utter chaos! Self service screens not working, no sense of order amongst staff, orders incorrect, chicken so greasy, it was impossible to hold in your hands. Oh, and as per usual for these fast food chains . . French fries barely warm.

Food was ok ONCE we actually received it, asked for table service only got half the order and even the half we got wasn't all there. I would understand if they were busy but it wasn't busy at all.

Been here, 10 minutes standing at till, only to be ignored by staff and management. Eventually (only when requested to speak to manager), told “we aren’t taking any orders from the till” in a very blasé manner by Rese (as I was something you wipe off your shoe). Still waiting to speak to one of the two managers that has time to Swan around, but not deal with Customer Service!!!!! Finally, the manager that has only just clocked on shift had the decency to talk to me, where was the other manager (TOM) seems to feel that Customer Service is to ignore the customers and walk off! 20mins at til waiting to be acknowledged!! DISGUSTING!!! Training OBVIOUSLY NEEDED!!

Only two self-service machines were working...

Due to delivery not being available I had the misfortune of visiting this branch on Friday at 7:15 (27th Jan). The staff responsible for take away were all over the place (it wasnt overly busy) . No logical process was followed. My order was skipped to deal with a large order that came in after mine. When I asked why I was spoken to dismissively. I asked to speak to the manager. The individual refused saying "I'm getting your order now aren't I" . On handing me my order I insisted to speak to the manager. She disappeared somewhere around the back for some time, food was getting cold, so I left. I was shocked by the attitude of the staff towards me. I was shocked at the lack of process especially for a brand like KFC. I won't be going back to this branch.

I complained that the chips and nuggets were not hot, was told that they wouldn't be. They apparently changed them after 1min, still not hot. Won't be going here again!

Such poor service! Our order was missed/overlooked. Was left waiting when I approached a member of staff he didn't not apologise but just put a meal together that was not my order. When I finally got my order the burger was dry and HARD and extremely salty. Never had such awful KFC! A shame I couldn't give it no stars.

Absolutely awful experience, I wasn't able to pay by cash and was referred to use the machine that ran out of till receipt, so I had to make a note of my order. I was flabbergasted to be told I couldn't request my favourite type of chicken pieces, and on that note, I had asked for a refund. I don't believe I should be forced to accept something I don't eat as I have 'PAID' for it. If a customer requests a particular piece of chicken, unless its finished, they should have the entitlement to choose what they want to eat as they have paid for it, and no staff should challenge paying customers what they can and can't have.

PLEASE READ TILL END IF IT GETS POSTED…! Firstly I’d like to say if I could give ZERO stars I would… 😁, I went in at 18:00 with my family and used the computers to order but the system used looks like it’s from the 90s so gave up on that and joined the queue of other customers, waited behind two customers before me only for the boy(staff) to tell the first customer “will be with you in a second” 15 minutes went by and then called over again by the customer only to be told by the same boy(staff) be with you in a second, at which point I stepped in and asked when will the it be a “second” to which he smiled and disappeared to the back of shop, I believe the manager popped out looked at the queue then went back into his office, when we finally where served and paid, I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order even though I was told it would be 10 minutes, the three girls that were processing the orders they were clearly choosing to pack the smaller orders, when asked by several customers and stating been waiting over 30 minutes for the food the girls looked smiled and just looked back away from the customers, I paid £50 for my order my food was given to me but only half of it when I questioned them for the rest of my order they said that was all I ordered then I showed them my receipt and they looked at me and sighed as if I had asked them for extra, then one by one they passed me my full order, Honestly everyone working in this KFC should be sacked especially the manager who can’t keep his staff in order and if not sacked then they need to be re-trained to uphold KFC’s reputation… Until then I don’t think anyone should go here if you do then good luck to everyone who does just don’t go with high hopes…

What a time at KFC, waited over 25 to place an order. They had 3 member of staff all looking at each other as the queue got longer. When asked if anyone was taking order they just looked at you like yours not there. Manager just liked at the queue are walked back into office. After waiting 45 minutes for my food when I got home the cron was open and brown. Just to I will not be going back again.

We always give this KFC the benefit of the doubt and for some reason always come back. The past 3 visits have been disgusting. Often due to burnt chicken, missing items from orders, orders taking a long time to be served, poor hygiene in the toilets, an unclean lobby and untrained staff who clearly lack support. Todays visit was my last, we queued for 20m as several staff walked past the building queue carrying on what they were doing, we waited 10m for our food to be served. Thankfully this time no items were missing, however we heard others complaining that items were missing from their order. They are clearly understaffed and management have left them to run a shift without assistance. I have never seen a manager in there and there doesn’t seem to be any team leadership. I have attached pictures below of our visit today.

Ordered multiple meals for 8 adults & 2 children - mostly Zinger Burger/box meals. The zinger burgers were a sorry excuse of a burger. I do not think they use Zinger patties in this branch, they are most probably cooking the patties in house rather than using the franchise ones. Extremely thin chicken breast (not their signature chunky thigh), cold, fully of salt, more like a stand-alone chicken shop than the standard global franchise. KFC need to take action to investigate as it seems as though they are trying to cut their costs of this branch by using sub-par chicken. Definitely not KFC Zinger patties!! Furthermore, they forgot to add the 20 wings to our order, then we had to drive back to collect and they said we were lying. Thankfully one of the ladies was very kind and believed us! Why would we lie and drive all the way back for more wings?!

Do not order from this KFC as twice now they have only delivered half the order major items missing .just ordered 2 x 4 piece meals and only received 2 pieces of chicken and 2 portions of chips in total and 1 can of drink instead of 2. They do this with most orders Beware.

The one thing that never changes is how dirty the place is! On busy days and evenings you should have an employee just cleaning constantly....not seling behind the counter then cleaning then behind the counter again. The employees overwhelmed with work but very polite and helpful and fast! Well done staff! Very bad employer!
