Slow service. Would only take cash. Food was sub par and service messed up the order3.

Staff is really very courteous and helpful, helped me to activate my student discount, a pretty girl named Sindhu really helped me to sort out the things. Specifically the chiken in this branch is more fresh and crispy as cmpared to other branches. Will visit again soon.

Items missing Purposely ordered corn as that's what the kids like only to end up with one plus no popcorn chicken. Wings were also just thrown in the same box as the chicken

Where do I start? This KFC is diabolical, incorrect orders, uncooked chicken, greasy tables, recipts not printing, workers arguing. This place is a mess, the state of this establishment was a shambles, the food was cold, soggy and just overall unappetising to eat, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

Absolutely appalling…had to wait 34 minutes for a triple gravy bucket that was missing 3 chicken pieces. One of the employees told us that a fryer was broken and they were struggling to keep up with the orders, but if thats the case then simply put up a sign for customers to take it into consideration before ordering?

I have been ordering through uber eats and trust me this KFC taste better than any else i tried in london. 10/10 at taste, never had the chance to visit but delivery time and taste 10/10.

Tried wings. Not bad. But you need to better with the drive through. Literally had to honk after 5 minutes as nobody knew we were there.

i had an very worst experience in kfc..because when i went over there to eat and before i ask for the washroom to the worker boy then he said no first you place your order then you can go to the washroom.i mean what is this behaviour am very disappointed to them.moreover i call to the manager then she said the same thing ..how could they do that to customers,i thought customers is their first priority but am wrong..i never had this thing before in any place this is really to much..i am a kidney stone person i can not control but they don’t listen to me.they just said first you can order food ..at the end i am leaving but its to hard for me.this is not a right thing fir them they do not learning when they join how to treat the person.

Just ordered and was server by Muskan. They didn't give my gravy and that was the only reason why I choose kfc over other food shop. I didn't know until I came home with my food. They took forever to take my payment. Just gave the food in a box. No straws were there. Didn't offer sauces or even a thank you. Was rushing, and all the staff were giggling and talking in their own language. Dont have minimum level of service. Not recommended.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I came tonight and sat at an empty drive thru for 10 minutes, while making eye contact with staff inside and several attempts of getting some recognition of my presence. After a staff member finally alerted another member of staff, who came out of what I presume to be the office I was then greeted with the bare minimum level of customer service and demonstrated how much of an inconvenience my order was. I was then given very cold food And unseasoned fries to top it off. Disappointing.

Most staff in this kfc are rude delay your order and I order on the app to collect but they get it ready in 30 min instead 5 which is a joke.

Their customer service is really terrible,if you go to drive through you have wait at least 10 minutes.No respect of customer service.

They never have wipes, never have sauces. Don’t offer student discount inside only at the drive thru, tables are always unclean, KFC need to send someone to review the franchise because they are clearly not up to scratch.

Got take away at Friday night 10 pm. Meal box. They hide food under the chips and one hot wings was missing. Im not cheap for one wings but felt bad for the service. Its surely intentional….no one cares

Customer service is terrible. Self service machines were out of order so had to go to the tills. Till operative did not pay attention to order being placed, kept turning around to speak with colleagues so had to repeat order. When we what our food, 1 portion of fries were missing so went back to the till. They held up the bag as if to imply it was correct and then I pointed out there should be two. Then saw a member of staff clean several tables off with one jay cloth without using spray or rinsing it in between. Not exactly hygienic

No milkshakes, no WATER. I had to select one of the disgusting sugar free sodas which I strongly dislike! I’ve been coming here since January and it’s the same situation. I will never bother to go there again!

Changing my rating from two to one stars because the way you cheat with the potato fries is so pathetic and annoying. Three months ago I complained that you're charging for normal portions and giving out 4-5 chips in a bag. Also, the burgers look like someone has thrown them together in the biggest hurry and with great lack of care. Nothing has changed since then. Don't buy take away from these guys, they clearly don't care to deliver good customer service.

Always missing stuff the food is missing and if u call them they will never pick up they need more improvements half of the stuff is missing so what the point of paying full price when they not going to give the food we order

I have ordered 10 pieces of chicken and 5 were wings I paid almost 20 pounds for something like that and what's more they made a mistake with my order and I had to wait go fries 10 min what caused that my order was cold

The service was absolutely disgraceful. Got refused tap water (no bottles of water ) and spoke to the manager about it and she said not allowed but had to plead as don’t drink anything else it’s warm had to look for the mayo in my wrap - tables and floor dirty had to ask for them to be cleaned even offered to do it myself - filler rice box disgusting -grandaughter works in Mayflower Basildon can’t fault that kfc. Hot food and clean and can actually get cold water out of the tap

After ordered 7.99 Chicken bucket, there is female staff member was disrespectful and arrogant, she stood with her hands crossed ,leaning against the worktable, ask for me to do refund, said no 7.99 chicken bucket , without apologizing or providing any explanation. This kind of service attitude won't make me come back again .

No milkshakes, no tissues. No wings offer available either. Staff say sorry we don't have wings in stock. Even they advertised on window £7.99 for 20 chicken wings.

Went this kfc last night food was good but the staff is very good especially guy named Jawad is a star he is very humble and calm and serve us with a big smile on his face. Definitely come back for jawad and food.

KFC has to shut some of their stores inLondon.One of them is definitely the dagenham.Was a fan of KFC menu for a long time but not anymore. Jees,I don’t know how they make their fried chickens.Its watery that I have to threw them straight to the bin.I knew its not good to threw the food but this is just awful that the person eating it definitely choke to death.Will never try KFC

Normally this KFC is alright however I went here recently with my mum, it was around 8pm in the evening so I understand staff must’ve been a little tired, however, we ordered a bucked worth £24 only to get home and realise there were literally 4 chips in their regular chip bag, 4. I can’t make this up I was so annoyed because my whole family was starving and all 4 bags that came with the boneless bucket meal had a maximum of 4 chips in each bag. I have no idea what we paid £24 for. I wish I could’ve take a picture but In the moment we were just hungry
