KFC Eastbourne - Terminus Road in Eastbourne

I do not normally eat this type of food but went in to eat with a friend. My friend offered a meal deal for me with a drink. She asked me what I would like. I asked the chap what they had with the meal. Not very forthcoming. Stated look at the board there and it will tell you! Ither than that it was ok.

No one that works there talks a single word of English

I found a chicken feather within my food. Thankfully I was very picky with it and examined it before eating it.

food shouldn’t take over 1.45hr from when ordered..the whole point of ordering this way is for convenience,i have no problem with it taking some time but believe this time frame is unacceptable..add on to that the fries were stone cold

This service was beyond shocking and quite frankly, so was the food, cold chicken and rice would describe it in the most vague way. It was practically inedible and should be I should really be entitled to a partial refund for this issue. An hour and a half for a salad isn’t acceptable in the slightest

food tastes chemically and burger is drenched in grease and sauce sloppy and un injoyable

We ordered the food this afternoon for delivery at 7 pm. Food arrived late and was cold. The driver even said it would be cold as he had to wait for the food. We took the food back to KFC which is a 3 minute walk away. We were told the food was handed to the driver at 6.50 pm in plenty of time to get to us before our allotted time. unfortunately it was late and cold. My family were far from impressed. I never have this problem when ordering from my own town in Canterbury.

after waiting 95 minutes I decided to go to the restaurant to collect the order myself. After being told the order had been sent we found the order sitting on the counter which had turned cold. I took the order as we had been travelling all day and needed something to eat as it was late and there would not be anywhere else to get anything. This is the second time we have had a problem ordering from the Terminus Road restaurant. Reluctant to use this app or restaurant again

Yet again for the SECOND time within in a week or two that the FRIES in the mighty bucket have been forgotten... our orders state FRIES as well as the MASH..

Every time we order the party bucket for our family we get 12 hot wings and 4 boneless instead of 8 of each. Also only one gravy when we ordered 2.

Despite the 'Large portion choice' it was actually a very small portion of popcorn chicken and fries. I am wondering what the small portion is then....Not worth the money. A bit disappointed tbh.

Won’t take orders at the till they try and make you put your order through on the self serve screens and the chips look like they are old ones floating around in the oil! Overall it’s disgusting service and disgusting food! Considering they’ve not long opened you’d think it would all be a slightly bit better!!!

Im very very unhappy wirh my order I recived. I was having some friends over for bank holiday weekend and order came completely cold. The original kitchen was so dry I was disgusting. Chips were soggy and the gravy was like water. I powered through as I was entraining but what an embarrassment I’m so unhappy and want this looked into.

The order was stuck on finding a driver for ages. It would not let me cancel, despite the progress clearly stating that you were still trying to find a driver and NOT that the order was being prepared. I have screenshot evidence of the chronology.

He almost threw my order in my arms, then left without giving me any explanation why my order is not complete, missing my can of Pepsi Max.

portions always seem to be smaller when ordered on JustEat vs collecting in person. Chips were soggy, gravy was poor but not necessarily restaurants fault.

My food never arrived!!! I’m fuming I’ve seen the driver stopping in front of the house and just leaving saying she delivered the food.. I didn’t manage to get to her on time she left so quickly I request full refund

Food was totally stone cold, didn't like it at all. More over in tracking driver he came from totally opposite directions as restaurant from my house is just 5 minutes drive. Very bad experience, disappointed.

given delivery time of upto 45mins ....at 44mins they changed the time and added another 1hr ! unfortunately they must have prepared and packed the food as soon as order was received, and at least an hour before a driver was allocated! food was stone cold ,soggy and hardly any coating left on the chicken ......chips inedible and rest of the order was very unappetising,most of it being left .....over £60 of food ......first and definitely the last time I order ......

Delivery was on time, as had requested for a specific time. However, all the food was cold. Giving the impression it had been cooked when the order came through and sat on the side.

Not the best experience. Got an extra large pot of gravy instead of corn of the cob and our dip was forgotten. Fillet burgers were crushed and chips were mildly warm.

Its an actually Joke i was one minute late to the door to collect my my just eat order and they were already gone, im not blaming KFC but just eat app is a joke and I’ll never order from them again. They delivered far more than we ordered but only around 25-30% of it was edible. It looked like they just gave us a bag of rubbish they were going to throw out. It was dry or just completely burned & dehydrated to the point that it looked aged. I normally love kfc but this location is awful.
