We went to Ely K>F.C. for a bargain bucket. The amount was short, they did amend it. But it was very greasy, not the usual that I have had before.

Super polite, nothing was too much trouble for Akmal. Food was as it's supposed to be at KFC, and was finger licking good. We'll be back!

Time and time again we give chances. Went through drive thru months ago to be told no chicken. Today served a salad with no fork. Told me to wait while went to stock room. All food went cold. Sipped on our half filled drink as they out of right size cups. They had Uber driver bring me a spoon!!! Husband went to refund and manager named Akmel wasn’t going to refund the drinks we had sipped on. Drove out of our way in rain and cold to come here. This place is always beyond diabolical. No more chances. Rude and ignorant staff. Asked for franchise owners details and refused. One star is far too high.

Cleanest KFC I've been to in Cambridgeshire. Thank you, Akmal and staff for the service. Food was cooked thoroughly and served fast. Very seldom that we go here in the Ely area and was impressed by the service given to us. Well done!

This is a pretty terrible KFC. The wait times are always ridiculously long, even when it is not busy. The food is rarely fresh and never as nice as other places I have had KFC

Absolutely shocking!! Went through the drive through, no other cars inform of us. We got told at the last window to wait in one of the bays! We waited 20 minutes & no one came out with our food, but all the other cars behind us that eventually came all got their food straight away. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DO A 6 PEICE BARGIN BUCKET??!?!? Had to go into the restaurant & ask where our food is? They hadn’t even started it. They’re more worried about the people inside. I’m sorry but I think you need to think more about the drive through & how long you’re making them wait. Will not be going back until they sort this out. Didn’t even get a sorry or any ounce of urgency when I said we had been waiting 20 MINUTES for our food.

A bit of a scruffy dump but the meal was very hot and tasty and reasonably priced.

Food was as good as usual just like other shops. My orders at this KFC have been good and hot. Sometimes the tables need a bit cleaning (although customers should really put the tray and rubbish to the bin), but overall the shop is clean!

Once a year whilst on holiday in the Ely area with my family who live there I go to KFC Ely. Two years ago they had run out of chicken! It was a week night at about 2130hrs which is I believe an hour before closing. This year, in August in the evening of a Monday night I ordered a bargain bucket. "We only have drumsticks" I was told. "The breast portions are more popular. I can give you some chicken bites with it" I was somewhat taken aback by this situation since KFC only sells chicken in some form and I'm guessing the bargain bucket is still popular. Why if the manager knows that people request breast portions more than a variety of portions, does she not compensate in her ordering? I was additionally told that an order was expected in 15 minutes and that I could wait. I elected to do that and 30 minutes later, not 15 as promised, my order arrived. I had been offered a free drink whilst I waited which I declined. I didn't see a delivery truck or van arrive but perhaps I missed that. I consider this very poor service on both occasions. The food was great as it should be. There is no atmosphere in the shop.

One member of staff this side of the kitchen on a Friday teatime.... She was great and managed to keep smiling despite being rushed off her feet. It took 15 mins or so to get our food and then it was wrong but this isn't her fault, it's yours for leaving her in this situation. Food was a mix of hot and cold, chips roasting, fillet pretty cold, Twister good temperature. Tables needed a clean but understandable that they were like this given the lack of staff.

Previously happy but lately something's been going wrong. We tried ordering online twice in the last couple of months. Both times the app declared our order "undeliverable" and the second time I would have been out of pocket if I hadn't complained.

We had received a very good service in KFC , staff member Chandu was so friendly and helpful. I appreciate the service and hard work of every colleague in KFC. The Manger is also very good who is looking after the staff and well managing the store. Thanks to everyone in KFC who is putting their efforts in satisfying the customers.

Not sure if I’ve ever received the correct, full meal. I usually avoid, and only go here when someone else wants it. KFC fries are terrible.

Multiple times they have messed up an order. Once they only gave me 2 pieces of chicken when there’s men to be 3 as well as giving me 2 pots of beans instead of 2 chips honestly the service is horrible how can you be this stupid

Smallest chicken wings I've seen so far

Be careful when ordering a zinger tower anything online from this KFC. We have never received a hash brown or cheese in our Zingers and the food was cold. When I called I was told it was ‘costly’!!! But when I order and pay for a Zinger I expect a Zinger! No refund was offered only the offer of extra food next time but surely that is costly! Won’t be ordering from this awful Ely KFC again online.

Very slow service. Ice cream machine broken and money not refunded. Food either way to hot or freezing cold. Decor is weird and feels too open. Staff have very poor hygiene, with kitchen staff not wearing gloves or any PPE. Everything looks greasy too. Very much do not recommend. Just go to McDonalds. It's much nicer.

Went in again recently, and they seem to have been listening to customer reviews - things are getting better - still some way to go but they have obviously made a big effort to improve their offering.

Of the fast food on offer at the Leisure Village, this KFC is better than the alternatives. Queue is usually ok, the drive through is pretty efficient and the food is as expected.

Its alright but nothing exceptional really. Slighly slow recieving orders and the staff seem to not know what they're properly but its decent enough for some quick grub and I've seen much worse. Its average.

The Ely KFC team have now taken to giving themselves fake 5 star reviews to increase the review score. Lies wont cover up this awful place!

Ely branch is in a completely different league to the March branch. Far better service.

Good branch of KFC because it has fast service and staff is cooperative. Althought taste is same as other branches but I would recommend this branch due to fast service and less rushy area.

Went because I'm originally from the US and thought...why not try the difference between the UK and US KFC. Normally I'm not a huge fast food person, but sometime you just need something for dinner quick. I've been to numerous KFC's growing up in the US. I have even visited the original KFC restaurant/museum in Corbin, Kentucky. There is always going to be differences when this chain goes international. Some items are different and some are the same. Chicken was good at this location and less greasy than in the US which was great. They didn't have coleslaw available when I went which was strange seen how KFC is known for not only their chicken but their slaw too. Staff working were kind and friendly. Now I can say that I visited once. Not entirely impressed but not disappointed either. Service was fast, staff was kind, food was just ok.

Went to KFC last week. It was a wonderful experience. Food was nicely cooked and served professionally. The signature fries were awesome... The staff was well trained.
