KFC charge me but Don't sent me my drink.

Had to cancel my first order as the delivery time was getting later and later plus I had one very hangry little girl!!!!! Not good enough

food was tasteless graveyard had no taste all watery chicken tasted burnt and too dry

once again missing children meal

didn't turn up but said it has so sitting here hungry

Delicious food, great delivery, no problem that it was a tiny bit late.

Withheld the seasoning on the chips as requested and was hot when arrived. Very nicely done.

All the food was cold, the chips were wet and soggy

Driver was rude and has no understanding of how to deliver food to the door that's what we are paying for as customers and that's what I expect he hung the phone up when I asked him to press the buzzer to let him in and the rung again to tell me he is waiting in a rather rude manner! appalling service!

Disappointing not as good as Cheriton branch, can’t understand why, chicken not as tender, skin not crispy could not eat it , have always loved KFC Very disappointed.

Delivered me the completely wrong order and then when I attempted to call the store there was no response.

this is the second time we have ordered KFC and both times we have had bits missing and it's always the kids meals absolutely discusted

Dry chicken too much chicken mens toilet door oversized and our order had no drink,or coleslaw.

food was not hot but was delivered quickly and in a sealed bag so am happy.

Absolutely SHOCKING!!! Gravy had leaked all over both meals in the bag. Bag was dripping. Will not order from KFC again!!!

Paid £28.00 . 3 drum sticks in chicken order, little meat on them, not many chips, gravy all over, not happy still hungry!

The driver turned up with my order but it wasn't mine it was for someone else. He took it and said he would take it back to the shop and pick up the correct order and deliver it to me. Order never received

they didn't put in properly beans when I got beans spill in bag on all over other food

the chips were hard and only half cooked and the chicken burger was extremely tough unedible

The best KFC I've been to, meal was served hot and fast. But staffs are not friendly which I don't mind as long as I have a good meal

The food was extremely dry, and the hot wings were disappointingly not crispy at all. Overall, it was quite a letdown.

I am not happy you have not refunded my order as it said delivered and never arrived i will not stand for it no more and will be contacting a legal advisor because it’s ridiculous this has happened multiple times!

Gave me the wrong order which was for someone the driver said he had gave it to the wrong person absolute joke telling me to keep it when it was not what I ordered

I didn’t receive my order, it said it’s been delivered but I have received it

I just went in store to order a deal of 2 chicken fillet burgers and 2 popcorn chicken. They told me I have to order that specific deal online. I said OK I'll pay separately for all of the items I would like 2 chicken burgers 2 popcorn chicken and 2 pieces of chicken and they still wouldn't sell me the items I want! That's not an online deal I'm just ordering some food. They actually said no to my order, disgraceful customer service. When someone orders food at a restaurant how can you tell them no? That's the whole reason we came... Because you sell food. So I had to go to the KFC is Cheriton and they gave me the food I wanted with no problem.

Was out with some friends and was hungry and so we ate here, the service was good and food came fast. Have ordered here before for takeaways and will continue to go here in the future

Hardly any chips, not only was the chicken wrong it was the smallest piece of chicken I’ve seen was basically a nugget, no salsa, only lettuce, no other salad, can of drink was HOT. Awful will never order from here again.

Took 45 minutes instead of the 15-30 it says online, just for one small meal !? And it was not hot when it arrived

My gravy had spilled all in the bag all the food was drenched in gravy we had to bin the whole thing the gravy was empty and the burger and chips had all wet paper stuck to them we said to the driver why’s the bag wet and he said he doesn’t know and walked off we rang kfc and said there’s nothing they can do so we no have no dinner tonight

I have always been a fan of KFC from this location, but this time my experience was a major letdown. The food was cold and over-fried.

Ordered at 17:50 with delivery ETA of 18:10-18:30. ETA then updated at approx. 18:30 to 18:30-18:50. As of 19:10 ETA still 18:30-18:50 and no status update. Food eventually arrived at 19:40.

Took 1. 5 hours to get to us, delivery time kept getting pushed back. Not delivery drivers fault. Was kfc being so slow.

We were handed the wrong delivery 3 times. Food cold & nothing like KFCs usual chicken, small chicken in both burgers, cold chips ! Courier needs Training, but biggest disappointment was the low grade of food, a first for KFC. Will expect a refund at least !

showed as delivered although the map showed the courier was a distance away when that was changed. no food, no response from kfc and no way to contact justeat directly.

Looks like KFC use delivery a chance to get rid of the smallest pieces of chicken they have without complaint. I may as well have ordered hot wings going on the size of pieces I got. Won’t get KFC delivered again.
