KFC Grays Thurrock - High Street in Thurrock

If I could give half a star, that would be generous. The staff could barely speak English. The food was totally tasteless. What has happened to the Colonels fine herbs and spices? I know nothing will be done about the appalling meal. But at least I have let other people know not to waste their money here. I'm passing my opinion onto KFC's main office. Totally disgusting

Order a dinner for kids after school. They send me all the foods is hot but tasteless. It was so disappointed ☹️. Meals come with Pepsi they gave me cherry Pepsi,hot wings doesn’t hot spicy and tasteless.

The delivery was quick and the food was hot. However, the quality of the chicken was awful. The coating was wet and falling off, and the chicken was really poor. Largely legs in the bucket, not one breast. Also, KFC chips used to be the best, don’t know why they changed, they are now small portion and poor quality.

Ask for my burger without mayo or lettuce. Arrived with mayo and lettuce. They also forgot my drink

Ridiculous, the regular fries is literally just 3-4 pieces of frices. Is cost £1,99 and you receive 3-4 pieces of fries. Totally disrespectful!

Got old chicken. They should be golden brown but they were dark. Another chicken shop trying to sell old chicken and scam the customers. Not recommended. Place is dirty.

Awful service from the driver. Wrong address put in but was literally the house next door. He/She made no attempt to contact myself to ask where we were. Then put Delivered on the app when no food was actually delivered.

After 2 hours of driving, I asked to use their toilet ony. Attitude was fine

You need to order your food own your own at kiosk( computer ).staff was good and polite. But on week day it's hard to find some parking. Cheers

2nd time I have ordered over the last few days. 2nd time items are missing. 1st time was supposed to have a 1.5l drink got 2 cans and there were more drum sticks in my 10 piece meal the Reading festival. 2nd time no fries and my drink is warmer then my bath water. this place is seriously shocking. How gard is it to reason an order and place the right items in the packaging?

won't be ordering again chips cold chicken greasy I asked for legs only I got 1 leg not sure what the other 2 bits were I didn't eat it I fed it to the foxes!!

I asked for one burger to not have the sauce on but that was ignored and I did not receive my free popcorn chicken either

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED THAT KFC HAS GONE DOWN HILL. THE CHICKEN WAS NOT COOKED FRESH (TASTED LIKE IT HAD BEEN STANDING IN THE WARMER CABINET FOR HOURS) AND AS FOR THE CHIPS ...... WHAT ON EARTH HAS KENTUCKY DONE WITH JUST NORMAL SLIM CHIPS? THESE WERE SPICY POTATO SKIN FRIES! AND IT WAS ALL LUKE WARM BY THE TIME IT WAS DELIVERED. NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered a twister meal, asked for non spicy mayo, it arrived but was barely warm, super spicy and not edible for me! £34 for two meals! Expensive for what we received, nothing like it used to be, ordered a bucket meal for one and it came in bags! will not order ever again!

This is not the riders fault… Order was made and time for delivery was shown as 09:15pm… kept showing as being prepared… it is KFC. for goodness sake… it arrived at 09:48pm and was cold… microwave was needed, but it is never the same…. Very disappointed.

Everything ok, but when u leave a note and your paying nearly £5 for 2 piece of chicken, and ask for breast or side breast as for little children and ask not for drum stick, then they send drum stick and thigh???? Why add notes when know one kin reads makes me so angry , I said no drum sticks n they sent omfg

I made my order at this branch, waited 22 minutes before my order was ready. Got home only to find that there was no chips as ordered. Terrible service, and very expensive. I love KFC, but after my experience at this Grays branch, it's put me right off spending my money there.

It never turned up. Got delivered somewhere else.

It's the only KFC in this area that hasn't got my order wrong yet...

Delivery was excellent but KFC Grays should be ashamed. Ordered a 3 piece meal and got 3 chicken drumsticks. Charging £9 for those, a few chips and a can of drink is taking the ‘p’ not the first time so it’s obviously something they do for deliveries. Not impressed at all. Shame as had there been breast or thigh included, this would have been a 5 star review.

The chips are always stall and always will get chips from metros from now on. But, the chicken is cooked with the crisp and he drink is the right temperature especially in the summer but the cookies are hard so 8/10

No chips for the kids meal and food was slightly cold. Annoying when you child doesn’t have chips and only chicken. Simple thing to add really.

I watched on the tracking the driver go all the way into lakeside roughly 4 miles 15 minuets in the wrong direction to then have to come back to me , food was cold as ice and crushed where it was sitting in the bottom of the bag I’m guessing he took two orders !! Absolute waste of £30 half became dog food !!

disgusting the way the food was all thrown in the bag. i wont be orsering from rhis branch again. the food looked like it ut had been scrapped up and thrown in, beans everywhere, bags all ripped there was even a chicken strip in the bottom of the bag all on its own underneath all the other food 🤬🤬

my gravy has leaked on to my food and it soggy and I am very unhappy I was Hungry and just finished my gym session and I wanted to have a nice meal and relax but now my gravy has split can I please get a new meal or a re fund for how the for the food

Put on order no cheese lettuce and mayo. Burger came with it.
