KFC Grimsby - Birchin Way in North East Lincolnshire

Poor! Drove across town looking forward to a KFC! Order I asked for was wrong! Food was poor and very small portions! The piece of chicken in my box meal was pathetic...literally one bites worth! The place wasn't busy at all and the girl on the drive thru had a face like a smacked Ball bag!!! Sort it out there's no need to have such Shite service at a major Food company!!

It was absolutely freezing. This establishment needs to sort out some heating.

Bit disappointed today. The chips didnt have that gorgeous seasoning that they normally do. The gravy was very watery. And the drink we get with the bucket had to be diet pepsi as they had run out of everything else and I dont like diet pepsi. However the chicken was lovely

Ordered food, was missing items and food was cold when it arrived. Put in a refund with Just eat after being ignored multiple times when trying to call, very poor.

It was nice of the girl on the front counter to take a break from texting to cut in front of me at the ordering station I had been waiting for, with a customer who obviously couldn’t read the very visible sign about ordering from them and not the counter (otherwise how would they have time to text). Customer service was about on par with the food with lukewarm chicken, raw chips and greasy hot wings. Used to visit regularly, but won’t be rushing back!

No way to contact them, constantly ringing with current number. No way to leave a note or select option of leaving certain bits off food via ubereats. Needs to be more accessible.

food was cold probably because the driver was at the store for minimum 20 minutes. my bottle wasn’t delivered. cookies just lobbed into a bag. haven’t ordered from here in a while but wanted a change, won’t be ordering for a while again

My food was late, due to a driver not being assigned - not a problem must have been busy but I rang up KFC in Birchin Way Grimsby and spoke to a lovely lady called Fran - this was sorted, food excellent, hot and staff so helpful, Thank You So Much x

Ordered a KFC and nearly 2 hours of saying courier at the restaurant went straight to delivered yet nothing has been delivered at all. The estimated time was updating for the first hour then didn’t update at all for the last hour. Absolutely shocking.

Where is my food? Says delivered at 1900 but I called the just eat telephone number and was told there wasn't a delivery driver in the area to collect my food and it was still at the restaurant? 10 minutes after clearing the phone call I get a notification to say it was delivered at 1900? It's now 20:39 and I still don't have my order?

Fast delivery, nice food, hash brown abit burnt but overall tasty.

I ordered a double chicken burger with a stuffing patty. I got a single burger with edges hard enough to break teeth and more paper than chips, gravy isn't usually a solid.

Ordered through just eat waited over 2 hours. Rang store took them over 30mins to answer phone. Finally got to talk to shift manager Sam, wouldn't give us surname. Was told that delivery had gone to wrong address and it was nothing to do with kfc. Sam wouldn't resend order. Sam wouldn't refund. Repeated constantly that kfc have no connection or customer service responsibility for our problem. Speaks leaps and boundsabout thee company when the manager says he has no responsibility for the lack of customer care.

Gave us the complete wrong meal. Whoever didn’t get their 2x tower burger and got a twister wrap instead, I hope you enjoyed our cookies cos we are gutted 😭

Im sorry, but the customer service is very poor. The staff speak to you like your one of their team, typically obstructive by default, and do not want to help you, for example: trying to redeem a voucher. They are just not that interested in helping you or they give you the wrong information.

20 minutes later than requested, despite putting the order in early. Courier spent around 15 minutes at the restaurant, as he was picking up multiple orders. Due to this my food arrived cold. Not exaggerating. Actually cold. Obviously the food had been sat for at least 15 minutes after being prepared.

the food NEVER got delivered! after waiting for over 1 and a half hour AFTER the expected delivery time I suddenly got notification that my food was delivered in the estimated slot. Well it didn't, I don't know what happened to me but whoever received it I hope they at least had their day made because mine just got destroyed. Thank you very much.

Yet again things missing. When you order 2 meals there are 2 drinks. Sure someone should think why is there only 1 drink hear. Also chicken missing. Food was really cold aswell. My order never arrived and even though I provided footage of my ring doorbell to just eat they did not refund my money. I think it’s appalling how people steal other peoples food and hard earned money and there are no repercussions for this.

food is Luke warm and can of drink is room temperature. is that drivers aren't exclusive to kfc so they stop at other shops to pick up other jobs whilst on the way to make the delivery so your food turns up cold. £20 when I could of just grabbed some chicken out the fridge and ate that cold for free

Original recipe chicken was all squashed in same bucket as boneless pieces and the bottom of the bucket was all soggy and fell apart when taken from bag! Wasn't very warm either.

Half the order was missing and ALL of it was cold, despite being on time according to the delivery time! Phone the KFC to complain and they tried to blame just eat driver…dispute the order being prepped by them, and then told me to “order again”!

Worst experience ever. All items haven't been delivered but app says it have been delivered. Could see courier was circling around area and could not find correct adress just put "Delivered". I even added tip to my order. Hopefully I will get refund back

Half my chicken was missing and my drum looked like it had a bite out of it. No dip with the chicken strips and should have had 4 and got 3. Plus no hot wings with my bucket for one. £26 for this order and wouldn’t have fed a toddler.

Excellent guys. ordered the 20 chicken wings as usual absolutely beautiful. Tipped the driver very nice guy. Stop moaning people in reviews if you order it is your priority to listen for your order. Stop blaming the drivers and KFC.

not for the first time I have items missing from same restaurant I submitted refund request for items missing not had and reply or refund again not for the first time not only poor service from the restaurant but just eat communication very poor but that is something that not just me but many customers have become used to now every time we order we expect something to be wrong as its a running joke in our family think we will start using Uber eats thanks 😊
