KFC Harlow Retail Park in Harlow

My order: zinger tower box meal with gravy two wings and chips. We also ordered the bbq chicken bites on the side and I tried the milkybar krushem shake. The zinger tower burger is always good, especially with the gravy. The gravy at kfc is amazing, standard at every place, and the chips are really good with it too. The wings have definitely declined in the years and I got probably the smallest one I’ve ever seen. The bbq chicken bites are nice the barbecue sauce is really good. The milkybar krushem shake is ok, the lumps of chocolate sort of counteract the savoury meal and it’s very small so would recommend a large. Food came in about 5 minutes so not bad and the atmosphere was just like any other kfc, table and shares were a little sticky though

Check your food as they always leave things out, ask for fresh chicken as its normally luke warm

WORST KFC IN MY LIFE. Without doubt the worst KFC I have ever eaten. I ordered a two piece meal through the drive through today. Midday on Wednesday 8th January. The lady who served me was friendly the female handing out the food was awful. Just stared at me ,didn't communicate at all. No "thank you", No " have a nice day". Now to the chicken, AWFUL one of the pieces was nothing but a wing, the second was a rib cage and breast. Full of bones ,dry taste ,no flavour rude staff. Didn't taste like the usual KFC chicken. The chips were not fried properly,raw potato. This place needs shutting down. AVOID THIS KFC AT ALL COSTS. WATCH OUT FOR FAKE REVIEWS FROM MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES. I THINK TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD PAY A VISIT TO THIS PLACE AS WHY WOULDN'T YOU COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS ?? . THEY ARE PROBABLY REPLACING KFC SUPPLIED CHICKEN WITH THEIR OWN CHEAP UNDER THE COUNTER CHICKEN WHAT OTHER REASON COULD THERE BE FOR SERVING SUCH TERRIBLE QUALITY FOOD.

Food not hot and waited for some time for our order. We dined in so expected food to be hot.

The food is consistently good. In occasions we did get what it looked like the world's smallest chicken wings. We tend to go Friday evening and it usually is very busy so we sometimes had to do takeaway rather thank eat it. The wait for food is OK. At those busy Times the tables and floor can be quite messy (but this is rather a reflection of the customers' behaviour and the low number of staff at peak times, rather than anything else).

Order was completely wrong, not even close to what I ordered, very disappointed with this experience ordering from kfc with just eat, nothing good to say

Always been my guilty pleasure takeaway food. Used the drive thru got home and no chicken gravy. READ THE ORDER AND GET IT RIGHT.

Put order in at 6pm. The time came up at delivery would be between 6.20 to 6.40. Then the times just kept going later and later. Finally got the order delivered at 7pm. Also the driver had been sitting at pick up for over half an hour.

Delivery wasn’t delivered to us as driver got lost and rang me for 15 mins explaining he was lost! Had to go back down to kfc myself who rectified the issue for me

Fillet tower burger has cream sauce and brown lettuce, which is not described and would have been refused had I known. Driver was waiting for 30 minutes to collect my order and took less than 5 to get it to me.

The service and the staff skills are just getting worse. On drive thru which we go the staff pay little attention to what we ask as I’m autistic and I only like my food hot they pretend they took it on board and when they served the food every time it’s either warm and old or not hot at all. And they don’t take certain customers needs seriously

In the ad when l was ordering it said delivery was free. I won’t be using you again

The wrong food was delivered. We ordered boneless chicken and received thighs and legs.. with bones. The chips were soggy. The gravy luke warm. Was not good

Not very clean and staff not that helpful

Driver admitted he had to stop at the shops, also sat outside in his car before bothering to deliver our food. Shocking service. He had the worst attitude as I asked him why he stopped and he needed something from the shop… I’ve just spent nearly £50 on a takeaway and it’s all stone cold and stale.

My order was supposed to come with salad and 8 wings but I never received the salad and I also received 6 wings instead of 8 and everything was hot except the chips , which was cold.

Although the order was on time, there was no corn cob in my box which I’d specifically requested!

The standard was as expected. Staff were helpful, food was warm and quickly served.

It was a decent place, and the food was very quick and still hot. The only negative was the tables were still dirty after others had used them previously.

When I order online I just get a box of greasy bones yet here I have always enjoyed the quality. I can hardly believe it's the same place. Learn customer service.

The driver was unable to communicate and we needed up on the phone with him for the best part of 15 minutes as he wasn’t at the right address. When he finally found us the food was all cold and un enjoyable. Treat for the weekend turned into a headache

The chicken had a horrible smell to it like an off sort of smell, it went in the bin as I wasn’t risking eating that.

KFC gave me the wrong food, that I did not order. Don’t waste your time, I got 5 chips and the wrong overcooked burger.

the chicken was a brown colour meaning the oil hasnt been changed and it was really soggy and tasted off. The wings were the driest wings ive ever got from a kfc. if you cant cook a fresh batch in the evenings then close earlier.

I have had kfc delivered from here on 4 occasions and each time the chicken has been top notch I'd highly recommend I haven't eaten in but have gotten drive thru years ago and that was good too

The food is BUSSIN but we all know it is unhealthy! The Service is on a screen or up front but every time I order something it takes about an hour! The Atmosphere sucks as there is tons of greese on the floor making it slippery ALL THE TIME!!!!

My meal did not get delivered on this day I have all ready complained about this and I was told I have to wait 7 Days for a refund. Yet I am still waiting to receive this refund. Please explain why I have not received my refund and why you have not dealt with my complaint

I found what looked like to be a hair in a piece of chicken after eating some of my food and took it back to the desk . The manager on shift on Thursday 9th at around 3:50 was extremely rude , asking first of all where all the food was when I had only found this piece as id eaten some on top and then proceeded to argue about where the hair was , tell me then it was not a hair . My cousin asked for a refund as this was gross and he snatched the bucket off me and threw it on the counter with attitude saying fine he will give me a refund. I don’t see how this service is acceptable , questioning me about what is visible there what was a hair and then getting rude about it . We was polite and got that back.

awful food, wrong order again!!!!

Worst KFC I have ever eaten at, food was terrible I tried it few months ago and again today to see if it was a one off but sadly not. If your in harlow go to staple tye kfc or another restaurant. Chicken was very greasy wing were nasty and beans were slightly warm but dried into a lump of mush with no liquid. Only good thing was the bottled water

might aswel sold me a bag a salt, could not eat them due to the amount of dehydration eating just two, extremely over salted chips, shame as this is the first time for me.

This kfc gave me debilitating food poisoning immediately upon consumption, the burger caused me severe stomach pain unbeknownst to man. When expressing my concerns to the manager he walked away from me and did not provide a solution to the problem. Do not consume this food.

Food was normal kfc as expected but the drinks were not delivered driver said that restaurant stated bottle of drink was in bag but it was not
