I don't know why we go to this kfc because everytime we go there's always something missing from our order 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The service was quick and simple. I ordered with the staff member rather than at the touch screen and I was helped to make my order and received good customer service. The staff were very friendly and very good at their job. My food was prepared very quickly and was nice and hot. Everything came that was ordered too without any mistakes. It was nice and quiet which helped my order to be made quickly. Overall would come back to this KFC

A decent kfc. Best I've had for a while.

Be careful its very easy to get a £100 parking fine here just as you pull out,if you stop to check your food like i did,expect a fine for not being parked correctly within a parking bay,cameras are watching 24/7 to issue fines.

Partner had a christmas stacker burger came with just cheese and a bit of chicken.. no stuffing no Cranberry sauce turns out it was a zinger burger lettuce was brown looks like it had been there ages ... rang up explained what was the matter the guy didn't have a clue what to do couldn't find my order number and then said he couldn't do anything because apparently you have 10 minutes to basically inspect the food before your order is wiped from the system hmm strange asked for the managed an apparently I was speaking to him I asked for his name and he then put the phone down on me so I didn't resolve my problem of having rubbish food but also had the experience of rude staff and a manager that clearly has no idea how to handle a complaint very very poor service would not recommend this kfc

Food was typical of a KFC, great. But, sitting in was a poor decision. The bathroom was disasterous, water all over the floor, toilet paper and the sanitary bin was over flowing. The seat itself was gross and squint. Can't say much better about the seating area as the floor was also wet and covered in food

Chicken was pink and undercooked and my burger was rubbery and had a awful big bit of gristle in it did not end up eating any of it and cost me £47

I always travel out my way to come to this kfc the lovely lady laura who serves me is a credit to the restaurant she's bubbly and friendly and makes my experience great the food is always amazing expecially the gravy.

We hadn’t visited KFC for a long time so fancied a change. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the food was delicious. Not too keen on the seasoned fries but that’s just my preference :) will definitely visit again!

Chicken was over cooked , very greasy , …very disappointing

At 15:30pm today the order was delivered, and as always we received it still piping hot and freshly made, however….a little late is acceptable…what do you class as a little late? Because our order was placed yesterday around 9:40pm arriving 3:30pm the day after, I made the order on the 03-12-2024 the order arrived 04-12-2024, hours later than expected and not even at a discounted price for the time it took, nothing extra in my order too service as an apology for the day and 1/2 hrs late meal.

The food was vile, one piece of chicken in the Stacker was all hard gristle and tougher than Rambo, chips were soggier than an otters pocket and everything was colder than Steve Austin. If I could give a lower score I would. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Driver had to call me claimed he was only 1min away 15 minutes later he arrived after I had to call him back and basically go to the end of my drive and direct him to my door !! This then resulted in my order being cold !!

The food is good but missing the "free" regular chicken popcorn. I spent over £21, which qualifies for the free item, otherwise everything was good.

food was cold when finally arrived i asked delivery driver why he was late his reply was he was lost then knocking on a big gate down my drive instead of knocking on my front door

The staff is very unfriendly, barely looking at you , apart from the older lady at the till she always jokes around with everyone and is very polite . The place seems very messy and disorganised , food is bad ... dry and mostly overcooked , I would not recommend.

Service is so slow and it's not really busy and they only have 3 machines and you can only pay by card.

Always order from them. The food is always hot and fresh. Tasty as well

i always appreciate this kfc. there was most likely a reason they couldnt serve chips (probably the time of night or closing) they replaced with bbq bites. i prefer cold chicken to cold chips and im not a fussy eater when it comes to kfc chicken. foods a bit cold but fair for this time or night, always my own risk but it tastes good. thank you

Asked for burger to be plain in the notes at the end and burger came with ketchup on. My son doesn’t like ketchup so never ate his burger. What have an option to put notes if there not read.

We’ve had a couple of issues here, one was a missing item after leaving the drive thru, we were then treat like thieves when trying to get the order that we had paid for. Second was dining in, all the chicken was an awful grey colour, not sure if that means it’s burnt or if the oil is old either way not good. Also while we were there we saw management really shouting at the young workers. Also it seems to be more expensive than other KFC? Like service station prices.

the order never arrived. I was charged and the app tells me it's been delivered. Now I have a house full of hungry people and a 60+ bill paid for nothing. horrible

My order was not delivered at all. I contacted just eat and they said the delivery driver left it in a safe place. I’ve checked my cameras at work as we are a storage facility and the driver did not get out of his car he did try to ring but o was on a call and missed it and when I rang back the call went dead. I have been charged for a delivery that was marked as delivered but no attempt was made to deliver. We have a reception with a shop open to the public there is no reason for not

Ordered 2 mega box's with gravy the place was not busy left got back to the hotel there was no gravy in the boxes I got one piece of chicken the girlfriends had no gravy one chicken strip and one wing not what they advised won't be going back to KFC anytime soon absolutely rubbish

Not first time. Back again for not using this establishment for a while do to very very disappointing visit. I can say I'm pleasantly surprised. How understand it's new staff and new management so this is why got fast service, accurately fulfilled order and food was well cooked not like last time. So yes now I can say this one establishment is worth visiting

I thought I would try a mighty bucket for 1 today. I placed my order in-store at the touch screen thing and it didn't print my order ticket out. When served, despite ordering takeaway I was presented with food on a tray. I explained that I ordered for take out and my food was chucked in a bag and then back at me 🤣 No sign of a 'bucket' anywhere! The atmosphere was very stressful there. One lad looked like he was going to explode while prepping orders. 2 girls seemed to be doing nothing while he had all the pressure. They couldn't even be bothered to get the 'dine in or take out' bit right and I really couldn't be bothered to argue for a bucket after waiting so long. The shop was almost empty as well so it's not like they were being bombarded with orders. A few people were already eating and there were 2 men in front of me. The mighty bucket unfortunately falls flat on its face as for £9.99 all I got was a few bits of chicken, a few fries and a coffee. There should at least be a serving of coleslaw and some fresh wipes but no, seems like nowadays quality is rapidly declining and prices rapidly increasing.

My food didn’t even come been sat waiting 2 and a half hours and the order never updated and now saying it got delivered at 14:25 I want a refund

Ordered each meal with a Tropicana orange which I paid extra for for them to be replaced with fruitshoots. I understand they didn't have the orange but I've paid extra and got no refund!

delivery was a bit slow but probably peak times. all the food came and was nice quality, only the chips were a bit cold but i expect it due to my location disrsnce from the kfc. the delivery guy was so lovely. i get confused about some of these reviews as ive ordered here a bumch of timws over the past few months so to me it just seems like entitled people especially the one where the mum says her kid paid for her kfc. so you got food for the family but your child had to pay for his? weird!

Worst KFC ever!! Chicken was so burnt there was virtually nothing left inside. One person serving behind the counter which too ages to be served.

I spoke with the driver after watching him on the map doing other drops before mine and all the food was freezing cold and just eat won’t do anything about it poor customer service
