My mistake. When I came to pay I didn't notice that the delivery address hadn't been entered when I indicated the payment address was different. I have just moved and the change hasn't been registered with the bank yet.

The driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite leaving clear instructions in the delivery notes to press the buzzer and deliver to the front door, he resisted and spoke to me in a very high tone. This behavior was unnecessary and quite unpleasant. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure better service in the future. Thank you

The sauce on the burgers was sour it tasted nasty (mayo)

I’m 100 percent my driver kept my extra things in my order he still had thing in his bag am fuming that 5.99 given away again

That was a joke, delivery time changed 11 times to equate an hour later than first projected

so i ordered for 2 meals i’ve received one box meal and also missing two drinks really need to sort this out

I eat in this KFC since it's open. But lately it's been shocking. Place is dirty, wrong orders or missing food in orders when u served by drive thru. Tills aren't working or drive thru system is down. Constantly no rice. I would not blame the staff they do their best. I would blame management. As its their responsibility to run place properly. Get more stuff make sure you have all the food u advertise and if place is dirty give a hand. Or shut it down as hygiene is shocking. Two years later and at this point I'm convinced to start to go MCDONALD'S The self order system via screen is absolutely shocking. Everything is so slow, it took over 25 min to get the food and there was only one order before us. Its faster to go drive and bring it in to eat. Place was obviously under staff, staff rude as obviously under pressure. Management needs step up the game and help or sort out the problem.

I spent £62 and they only sent a quarter of the order ridiculous won't be ordering from there again

i ordered two box meals and got one and also the driver didn’t know where he was going and i kept telling him which way he was to come but he just went opposite way

I am from Liverpool from Anfield the food is very good very good service better than in Liverpool .the vegetarian meal is simply delicious I ate 6 veggie burgers at once 😀

Went to the drive through at 1630 today with my children and the male staff member who served us was extremely rude, he practically threw the food at us. When l requested for Ketchup he threw 3 packs it at me with one falling on the floor. I found his behaviour unacceptable.

Also, we should receive 4 fries but unfortunately we didn't receive any. Disappointing again!

Delivery driver was great and waited patiently for a response as unfortunately I’m in A&E with a family member in a place I don’t know.

My food has not been delivered, I have not received my food..The driver went to a wrong location and the driver is very rude and he has been busy my call.. Please I need a refund.

I always order from the Harpurhey branch and I've never had any issues with the food. The quality and taste is as expected. My only concern is the cleanliness of the tables. They used to give out hand wipes but last time even the hand sanitiser wasn't filled up. They have drive through and plenty of parking space shared with Asda (max. stay 4hrs if I remember right, please check).

Never again will I go to this KFC ordered a two piece chicken meal and small gravy.the chicken was the size of a sparrow there was more skin than meat the fries 7 fries I got was soggy and disgusting and the gravy was like water.for the price of £9.88.absolute joke.

Go to another KFC or actually just don’t go to KFC at all anymore as it’s not what it used to be, especially at this restaurant. My whole family got food poisoning from here and instead of refunding in full like I asked, thought it would be a better option to give me a £15 voucher. Why would I want to eat somewhere that I’m going to get ill at??? Of course when KFC ‘investigated’ the case everything came back clear and there was no evidence of wrongdoing on their side. Multiple people have complained about the cleanliness and hygiene of this restaurant, and evidently, KFC don’t care. When I responded to their offer with this to back up my claim, they fell silent. Spend your money elsewhere.

The delivery estimate was 20-30 mins but it was almost an hour before it even left the restaurant! When I rang they said they had to make the chicken fresh, I mean, KFC, running out of cooked chicken?!

Absolutely filthy No hygiene in place from staff.whole place customer area and kitchen area very dirty Witnessed a staff member clean cutting board with his hand.and another member of staff wiped his hands on his top to clean. Very poor

Food arrived freezing, ordered to entrance 1 at north Manchester hospital, driver said he’s parked at entrance 3 and refused to come to entrance 1 until I demanded it to be delivered at the address given, drink attached to food which wouldn’t help with the temperature, also the food had been on its side causing the lid to open on the rice box and everything leak out into the paper bag. Extremely disgusted with the service

Love the experience and this specific kfc. Manager Anthony is a top guy. He sorted our wrong order without hesitation. As always top customer service at this place because of the leader.

I am allegic to mayo and some ingredients contained in white bread. Wait ages at the drive through to finally talk with someone no please thankyou..it was just like the person didn't want to be in work ...this has happened a few times here know there mustn't be any staff training or at least limited ..there never seems to be anyone person in charge ..And it isn't value for money

The food was ok but not completely acceptable but we had to be content with the overall standard. PS: We wanted to buy Subway, but it is now impossible to order Subway as we continue to get a notice that says we have taken too long but this is nonsense as we just list the two items of melts then go to the checkout and then payment where we are blocked, so you need to do something to stop this blocking of Subway orders as we like their food but are now prevented from using them.

Been coming here for years and they are always friendly and polite. Food is always hot and presented well.

Spent nearly £60 on first order and half was missing, had to spend another £16 to replace missing food for it to be left in the back garden near the back door lying on its side with food all over the bag

Food was freezing when we finally got it. Chips were soggy and cold. Who put the cans in top of chips that’s aren’t in a bag? Absolutely livid. Not sure if it’s the staff or delivery driver. Not happy at all. Waste is nearly £25

Not the delivery persons fault. My address is placed, in not quite the correct location on your map, meaning delivery went to the wrong street before delivery.

I orderd a Trilogy box meal and regular popcorn chicken. And a large Pepsi max the trilogy box didn’t come just the Pepsi max and popcorn chicken so I had to get on my bike in the rain to go to kfc they said they couldn’t refund me I’m really Angry about this as my order cost nearly 20 pounds and I barley got anything just a empty bag with sauces in it and a bag with my popcorn chicken and drink I would like a refund asap

KFC Harpurhey, what can I say? it's more of a drive past then a drive-thru, in fact carpet bomb the entire region! I think the chicken is actually cooked in Sunseekers over the road then moved through under ground tunnels constructed before the invention of manners!
