KFC Manchester - Middleton in Rochdale

No complaints at all about the service or the venue, it was clean and the staff were very efficient and polite but the food was pretty disappointing. Not heard that KFC has officially lowered the source quality of it's produce but the reviews from my group were all that it was pretty poor quality when we visited, way too much untrimmed fat and overly chewy. Tnf Might have just caught them on a bad day. Won't be going back to find out.

Ordered of just eat well what a waste of money. You pay extra, meant to be be fast food. Waiting over 1 hout 30 and still no delivery yet they just keep stating they are preparing it and the time of delivery just keeps going up. Never order from here ever again. Even rang the store and not one person answered

Staff friendly and the food was freshly cooked. Its good

I went in to get a 14 pieces share bucket, what a disappointment when I got home to get 12 drumstick and 2 wings, this is totally wrong, pieces should be evenly packed, I urge people to check there order before leaving the place, I would not be going ba k.

Must be the worst KFC in England! Said I wouldn't go again but due to convenience tried it - drive through, had to wait 15 mins+, other cars were waiting longer than us. When the food was brought to the car the young guy never said thanks, sorry for the wait or anything, just grunted and walked away. Ordered the gravy megabox x 2, got home and guess what - no gravy!!!! Chips were awful - complete waste of money. Please avoid - needs closing down!

I don’t understand why the reviews are so bad. It turned up quickly and all items were hot. No issues at all and it was great quality.

Order arrived 20 hours late! Had to turn the delivery driver away and refused food! Terrible service don't plan on going to KFC or using Just Eat again had to re-order another take away with great exspense. Avoid, no refund or apology.

I paid for 4 pc boneless fillets and 2 pc of hot wings and 2 extra hot wings and only got 2pc of wings instead of 4 pc hot wings what a rip of will never get it from the middleton again never have this trouble with elk mill or oldham shops

Everytime I order from the Middleton branch my order arrives wrong or is missing items. This was the last chance for them to redeem themselves amd my order arrived without the drinks!

Ordered £35 worth of food and all I got delivered was 2 drinks. Rang KFC to be told there’s nothing they can do I have to get a refund through just eat.

I waited with my family 40 minutes for my order.

On 3 different occasions I have placed orders at Middleton KFC, and every time something has been missing from the order. They don't seem to double check orders properly before sending out to customers. Each time I've contacted restaurant regarding missing items they expect for you to pick up (after you've paid delivery charges) Can't complain regarding the food but when it comes to staff, it looks like they have no idea what they're doing.

I ask for no lettuce on my wrap and it still came with lettuce so I could not eat it and it went to waste!

My hot wings had hair on them!!!🤢🤢🤢 next to nothing chicken on them and basically black . Soggy chips and the 3 pieces of lettuce on the burger. Love kfc but it’s just getting worse and worse . Absolutely discusting and disappointed

Worst kfc visited. Get the order wrong constantly and then try to say you’re lying. Tables always dirty and bins overflowing.

Went via the drive through, placed our order, although they got it wrong, my husband went in to ask them to rectify it, they shouted at him and kept saying that we had got what we ordered, what a joke....they eventually did correct the order but only after one of the girls who was being very rude stormed off and got the manager out of the office...total joke, thought they may have stepped up a gear or two with the new shopfitting obviously not, oh one positive atleast the ice cream was working this time lol

She ordered a two piece meal and a small gravy omg £8.88 for two pieces off sparrow with about 9 fries 🍟 the size of the chicken served was a joke it honestly was the size of a sparrow.gravy was like water £2 pound for that xtra .this is the second time now I've been here and it will deffently be my last what a rip off .at least harpurhey KFC give you good portion .😡

Everytime there's something wrong! £20 boneless bucket through drive through. Had to park in bay n wait.Asks what drink and what dips I want ....didn't get either. Never left a bad review for anywhere but had to. Definitely not going back

Took way over an hour for delivery, when it then said was being delivered didn’t leave the shop for 10 minutes, food was completely wrong and all was freezing even the gravy!!!!

First of all the delivery driver was very polite and he done his job so no issues there as for kfc Middleton I dont know why they are using just eat when they have incompetent staff who cannot read the orders correctly and don't put food in what you orderedSo having to go down to the store to collect rest of my order which is ridiculous. I'm not happy with there service and if you call that person we spoke to at kfc the so called assistant manager he really needs training on customer services

the food was ordered at 12:47 I collected it myself at 13:50 after calling the restaurant as it time on the app just kept being put back and found that my food had beeen sat there for 40 min.

I was waiting for 5 minutes to order while the store was not busy. I order 10 hot wings as a meal and the guy charged me for 6 hot wings and 2 extra portions of two wings each. When I asked him why he did that, he called a lady who refunded me the first order and I re ordered again. At the end, they gave me my bag and they forgot to give me the drink from the meal I had paid. I'm not going there never again!
