This is an edit to my previous review. Sadly I found several long strands of hair in most of my chicken. Now I will never go here again as I will always have this image. Not recommended, ever.

David is always helpful and provides excellent service. I have gotten the hot wings from this place multiple times and everytime they are hot crispy and fresh. If you want wings and you are in the immediate area I implore you to go here.

As i first entered in, the atmosphere was very fresh and good for me, the food quality was top tier and the staffs very very gentle and polite! A big Welcome to Wahaj who was the manager, he treated me really nicely and made sure that everything was fine with my order!

At first when I entered in the restaurant I thought it was an ordinary one by my expectations were wrong, the food was fried really good and it was very fresh! All the staffs were polite and the manager Wahaj kept everything in control and made sure everything was going well.

The food is really finger-licking one and customer service is great.

The service was good and decent at KFC, and we went with our family and friends circle. The ambiance and the arrangements were comfortable, especially for the people having kids. A high shout out to the food of course served there. One big applause goes to the people serving, who were gentle and kind enough to treat the customers out there.

This is a very poor example of a KFC. Server was pleasant and helpful but the food was well below par.

This 1 star review is solely for cashier Nicola. Friday afternoon I get it’s busy. I wait patiently for 5 minutes to give my order (again I get it’s busy) but for two people to walk in straight to the counter and for the cashier to serve them over those waiting a considerably long time. I was furious! Was there something about me she did not like? 1 star Nicola because I can not give you 0

Purchased 10pc bucket meal today, chicken had no flavor & only received dark meat. What happened to the 11 herbs & spices KFC is known for...not impressed......

Took our family of 4 there tonight for a treat, but ended up all being sick later this evening. Can't describe how disappointed we are. We had Burgers, wings and the kids popcorn chicken. Within a couple of hours my wife brought it all back, then me and then our 4yo woke up at 2am and did the same. I will speak to the management tomorrow as this can't be right. The only positive we can give was the young man who served us who was delightful and helpful.

Ordered in store. Somehow still get my meal wrong every time. I’ve been to this location 3 times. Every single time some part of my meal is wrong. Before you leave…. Check your order.

Don't know what has happened to this store or even KFC in general! Next time I'm going to try the new chicken shop that's opened round the corner, Top Wings - highly disappointed in KFC!
