My advise is don't order from just eat cause honestly they r useless but the ppl in KFC, well great service. Will drive down to them and delete just eat for sure

The delivery time kept being extended and when the meal arrived it was all cold. Not even warm, cold. I followed the driver on the map and he went to a different village before coming back into Rustington. Wont use Just Eat again

We ordered only ONE ORDER for £15.60 but they sent 2 £15.60X2 and charged us £31.20

pre-ordered @16:17 for delivery @18:00 too avoid the busy ordering period. food was finally delivered @19.30 and the order was incomplete. really not impressed with your service

Driver was not the issue. It took the delivery around 10 minutes door to door (about average geographically) but the restaurant kept putting the delivery time further and further back. I understand the weather is bad and it's a Saturday evening (probably the busiest trading period of the week) but if I had originally known the order was going to take an hour to be delivered, I would have gone and picked it up myself. Food was of acceptable quality when it eventually arrived.

Just don’t like getting two drumsticks every time! One breast one drumstick was an old law wasn’t it at Kentucky .. or delivery easy gob off to get rid of

2pc meal absolute waste of time – a drumstick and a wing, chips were inedible, cold (both meals) covered in an awful seasoning that can't be disguised by sauce. The value of both meals is a rip off. Ended up cooking dinner – waste of time and money

Colonel's 4 pc Meal: 2 tiny wings 2 shoulder pieces no drumsticks no breast Very dry over cooked. Very poor value for money poor quality cooking. Not happy.

Delivery man was quick and kind but the restaurant took nearly a whole hour to make something that should only take 10 minutes to put together

spent ages waiting for my order (40 minutes )when I received it I had to ask for.drinks that were missing, when I got home I found that the food was cold and 3 of the meals had items missing

I placed the order about 2 hours before I needed the food to be delivered and it still came late. Shocking considering they had so much notice!

food was stone cold apart from the Coleslaw which was warm. apartently no refund for food temperature and only given £6.21, not even half of the bill, as a credit so have to use it on Just eat.

Chips cold and soggy, chicken breast in burger very thin and more coating than chicken almost and the chicken piece was all bone and skin 3 small mouthfuls of actual chicken I had the same meal yesterday I bought it in store & it was double the size

Food was well cooked and still piping hot upon arrival. Will order again if this level of quality can be maintained.

Even though it was on time, the time first given when ordered at 5.40pm was 6.05pm then constantly changes until finally it was delivered at 6.56pm, 1 hour and 16 mins after it was ordered, the food although tasted nice was warm and not hot.

Haven't had KFC in years due to it going massively downhill. Alot of the independent or other chain chicken shops have upped their game in recent years and are much better value and more tasty. Decided today to see what standard food unlucky fried kitten were now serving to the public and unfortunately not good at all. Cold crap chips, Very dark oily but dry chicken???? ( I think) burgers looked like someone had put them together with their feet. The only thing we enjoyed from our £35 order was the hot wings and the Pepsi. I will never eat another KFC for as long as I live which after that meal might not be very long.....

I had some missing items in my order

Delivery driver didn’t hold the food bag properly and food fell out of the bag and onto the floor and the was missing a bargin bucket from the order

usually very good in all aspects however the quality of the chicken was dreadful It was impossible to chew or even cut the chicken in the Tower part of the order.Disappointing. I have never had such tough chicken " Shoe leather" would be a good description .

Food was cold terrible won’t order again waste of money

Chicken was over cooked so hard I couldn’t bite into it fries were limp and lukewarm warm. Order took longer than expected but that was not the delivery drivers fault.

I just ordered a burger, nothing fancy, have had chips from kfc before and they were uninspiring, just warm, not hot, and not great, so i decided not to go for chips. The burger was warm. Not hot, not nicely warm, but warm, tasteless, very little sauce, some lumps of lettuice, and that was it. Total waste of time and money. I don't think any care was taken with the preparation of this burger at all. My Chicken shop burger in London for £3 FAR outdoes this offering from kfc. It's a shame. I don't eat out much because i am always amazed at how poor the food really is and am mostly disappointed, mcdonalds in crossbush is the same, luke warm food, oil that needs changing coz the chips taste odd. Anyhow, there you go. Better to get a takeout from the indian in Wick - that is ALWAYS GOOD!

Good quality food and delivery time as usual but unfortunately today, the 2 regular signature fries with 2 dips (to be included with the 2 Twister Wraps) WERE MISSING FROM THE ORDER! Perhaps we could get a small refund for the oversight?

I had a very bad experience at KFC. I ordered a bucket of chicken, but the service was slow, and the staff were unfriendly. When I finally got my food, the chicken was cold and dry. The fries were soggy, and the coleslaw was watery. The restaurant was not clean, with dirty tables and trash on the floor. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, and I don't think I will be going back to that KFC again. It was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had.

Chips cold and black. Must have been sat on counter for 40 minutes as order took an hour to arrive Chicken just warm had to microwave in case any germs lurked. This is the second time ordering that things where missing.no sweet chills dipped bites or Kansas bbq dipped bites both costing £3.99 each someone went without their food. Total cost of £7.98 ripped off. Plus you can’t even get though to them on the phone. Absolutely disgusting.

Good service, food was fine. A Just Eat Delivery Person was shouting verbal obscenities at another delivery person while a pleasant young lady stood back. Another man came down, possibly the manager and did nothing. No attempt made to sort out the problem. Meanwhile I stood there amazed as did a lady staff member. After this I vowed never to arrange a delivery from kfc to my home if this is the staff they enplpy
