Waste of money. Not worth it and food did not arrive as should. Ordered a bucket and received a bag, Ordered Zinder burger and received normal burgers thrown in a bag with saggy chips. People pay for their food, they don’t get them for free. Not worth the money and will never order again from KFC.

I ordered hot wings and I got none, 3 coleslaw , corn on the cob, popcorn chicken 4 chips but no chicken wings

The chicken wasn't fresh, it looked like leftovers and terrible pieces, we ordered a wicked bucket, and out of the 6 pieces of chicken, they were all drumsticks and wings, no breast or thighs. It looked it was fried more than one, it was very dry.

Edit - A fine customer service response; pushing the blame onto Uber Eats, when it was their staff incompetence who caused the issue. For clarification; Uber Eats did as much as they could and were kind enough to offer vouchers, but when a restaurant confirms a delivery instead of cancelling it, and then refuses to make the food when the delivery driver questions it, there's not much in the way Uber can help. I'll say again - scummy behaviour. Beware - Don't order via Uber Eats!! They scammed £20 off me last night by leaving an order on for over an hour - food was never even made or delivered. They told my driver it was cancelled even though it was left on the app, and I ended up being forced to pay for it still. Tried to ring them and they hung up without speaking. Horrible customer service and kind of scummy behaviour to accept an order on the app but cancel it in person. Uber can't refund in full if the restaurant accepts the order, and my second driver waited there over 30 minutes before they told him they'd cancelled it.

The food was hot and fresh, we was at the local hospital so had to travel with it. I asked the staff to double the bag, which they were more than happy to do. Time I parked up, walked to the ward, I was concerned the food would be cold. However the wife said how hot it was, and wish our local KFC was still as hot when getting home

Our kFC food was not edible! The chicken was very dry and if we hadn’t ordered to dip our food in we could not have eaten anything ! And your chips were undercooked soggy and not nice to eat ! We are pensioners who like to treat ourselves now and again, but sadly we will NOT be ordering food from you ever again ! Our saved up money for a treat from you would have been better spent elsewhere !!!Mr and Mrs Moore .

This is a rather repulsive and shambolic branch of KFC. I have visited many branches of KFC in the UK and all of them are far superior to this one. The Asian/Indian female member of staff behind the counter (with the plaster on their nose) can only be described in the following terms: unprofessional, rude, idiotic, badly trained and extremely ill mannered. This individual should not be serving customers in a face to face capacity as they possess embarrassingly bad customer service skills. This pathetic excuse for a staff member has no clue on how to communicate with customers and judging by the perpetually miserable expression on their face they clearly hate working at KFC. Are KFC's standards that low that they would place an ill-mannered, miserable, badly trained idiot like this behind the counter to interact with customers? Several other customers have noted the foul attitude of this member of staff, so KFC management need to be proactive and ensure that this idiot is not in a face to face customer service position. If customers are paying hard earned money, then they deserve to be treated with respect at the very least and this basic concept is apparently too difficult for this moronic member of staff to understand. I would strongly suggest the following: take this person off the counter and make sure they are properly trained. Basic customer service skills include using words such as 'please' and 'thank you' and this is something that anyone with any level of intelligence would understand. This member of staff clearly lacks basic intelligence judging by their pathetically bad conduct and complete lack of manners. Other members of staff have also displayed poor customer service skills and a general bad attitude (though none of them are as embarrassingly bad as the Asian/Indian woman with the plaster on their nose). So I would strongly suggest that management conduct an overall review of staff morale and attitude in this establishment. Also there are concerning issues with the quality of the food in this place. I can state with confidence that out of the many KFC branches I have visited, this particular branch has the worst food in terms of the quality, packaging and presentation. The combination of the sloppy food, poor packaging and embarrassingly bad customer service is exceedingly repulsive. Giving this place one star is being generous.

Missed half my order I called and was told to go pick up the rest my food that I payed for, not good enough

Was stood outside front door for 7 minutes and driver was just in the car, food was freezing cold when it arrived

As the delivery driver handed me the bag of chicken it all fell on the floor as the chicken wasn't in a bucket, but instead in paper bags. The delivery driver picked it up off the floor and tried to get me to accept the order. Emailed KFC Care Squad but they gave me a copy/paste response basically saying they don't care. Won't be shopping here again. Uploaded a photo of the delivery driver handing me the chicken that was on the floor.

This disgraceful, shambolic, and hopeless franchise should, for the sake of KFC's reputation, be shut down ASAP. The food prep is dreadful and the staff are lazy, moronic, and surly. When I visited, yesterday evening, one member of staff was willing to openly swear (to people who were obviously his friends) in front of all other customers waiting (interminably) for their food. As a consequence of this experience I will NEVER visit this particular KFC franchise EVER again and it will be a long time before I visit any other KFC.

Very Bad Experience with food which we take out, in one word let say that go to some other outlets .

Food never turned up. Even stood on roadside when msg said driver was nearly here. Then msg received saying delivered.

Driver went to wrong place claiming it’s where postcode sends yet that’s never happened and he was rude. We had to walk all over to locate him

Delivery times kept changing and it was over an hour from ordering for delivery. They also did not provide the free popcorn chicken which we should of got for spending over £21

Refund requested, ordered at 5pm, updates stopped after 90minutes. So we gave up and cooked our own dinner before a random incorrect cold order turned up

Okay KFC branch in Sheffield. Has reduced in size with takeout only. Ordering now only via electronic kiosks. Food is decent in fairness. Unfortunately, no way to scan KFC Rewards account to get extra discounts. Unless you live near to Ecclesall Road, I would recommend visiting other branches in South Sheffield.

Food was cramed in to a tiny package. Batter was stuck to the side of the packets they came in so half of it ended up wasted.

Absolutely disgusting service. Have complained to Just Eat three times now and heard nothing after multiple emails. The delivery driver was extremely rude and kept accusing me of having the wrong address which is why he couldn’t find my house. When it finally arrived it was stone cold and the driver was again rude to me. The chicken was also absolutely disgusting, the batter had barely been cooked and was still floury. I have contacted many times for a resolution but had nothing back.

Fries freezing cold,gravy missing from order

The food was tepid, which given the KFC is 5 mins away isn't great. The chicken was dry and over cooked. Both mentioned this. Chips were tasteless and flaccid. Mash and gravy sides were OK. The BBQ chicken side was 3.99, this was for 4 very small pieces of popcorn chicken. All in all, we'll not be visiting Berkeley precinct KFC again. Disappointing, how hard is fried chicken and chips?

Made our order. Waited around 30mins to have the wrong items delivered. Driver left to sort it out and never came back. Left it an hour before trying to cancel through Just Eat. Terrible service from this KFC.

Good staff. Chicken portions have shrunk generally at KFC over the years though (the chocolate bar model). The KFC fries have 'for years' been AWFUL. Please change the recipe.

Wrong drink. Pepsi Max instead of Tango. Wrong side. Gravy instead of mash. I don’t like gravy. No coleslaw. 50p Sweet chilli sauce delivered instead of £2.49 coleslaw. No original recipe chicken. Mini fillets delivered instead. Said they called to explain changes but rang once and then hung up. Completely hopeless - won’t order again.

Order took over 2 hours to arrive. By that time I had sorted other food. I sent the order back to the restaurant but was still marked as delivered and I was still charged. I want my money back. There is no way to contact the restaurant or justeat customer service.

Order was missing a portion of fries

We have ordered delivery a few times, every times they have managed to NOT put any ketchup or mayonnaise in the pack. In one of the order they even forgot an item and then suggested we should go and pick it up ourselves when we called.

Nasty, argumentative and obnoxious staff who take great delight in using your order and takeout bag as target practice as they throw your food around. I would have written this review on the kfc site using the code on my receipt but alas, the order point was out of paper. The food was cold too. Avoid this place like the plague. Very disappointing

I've ordered from here a few times and you get what you expect from KFC excellent chicken, rubbish chips (like all KFCs) I accept that as I love the chicken so much and have returned here several times. Tonight however I was more than cheesed off by getting a chicken wing instead of a drumstick, plus it was very dry. I ate it first, then ate the rest to balance my upset. Chips were still terrible. Excellent delivery as always! 15mins early.

Disgusted. Order got stuck at courier stage. An hour later I went food shopping, came back, cooked, ate - then it turns up? I expect a full refund or I will never use this platform again. Not impressed.

The chicken tenders were missing and the other chicken smelled really bad so I didn’t risk eating it, missing basically all the meal. The chips were really cold so all I could eat was the bbq chicken

Sadly, the last 4 or 5 orders have been wrong. In fact, last time the chicken took 30 minutes and was so badly burned it was inedible. On the upside I got one free bottle of pepsi to make up for having to drive back again for replacement chicken.

Had their Boneless Box and ended up getting bad food poisoning from them. The staff seem under trained (not their fault) and the manager/supervisor seems more concerned with messing around and looking "cool" then actually caring about his job or letting/making sure the workers do their jobs

Long wait times, rarely any food left in later hours of the evening. Been multiple times and been told there is no chicken left or there is a 30+ minute wait for it, with no one actually being there waiting or ordering.

Number of times I've picked up an order from this branch and got home only to find it is missing one or more side dishes is unbelievable. Kids always like a KFC but even they are getting tired of this happening....

I am never ordering from here again. We ordered tonight for our family meal and they missed off my order. Not only that it was late and an order update wasn't available for 15 minutes. I also could not contact the restaurant or driver, there is no number available. The only option was to request a refund. They even have the cheek to put a service charge on. Appalling, will never have business from me again.

Not only was it well over an hour late, the food was cold and the chicken was completely overcooked and very dry!

I ate a whole 10 piece chicken strips and 2 fries gravy and corn because the food was so good... And I say that even though I've never really been a fan of kfc. Sooooooo tasty

Delivery driver delivered food on time only issue I have is that the chicken was over cooked to the point where it was a dark brown colour.
