Focus on delivery drivers over actual customers and take forever to get food ready had to wait 20 minutes after arriving for a meal I preordered 10 minutes before arriving

missing an item from the meal so someone was left without mash potato.

i usually eat out off kfc and there portion sizes are terrible. i got a snack box bundle and there was hardly any chips for a £20 order. The staff serving me and the lady are very nice but unfortunately portion sizes are an absolute scam. I asked for a breast and i got back and there was two legs. We also asked for well done chips but then they completely ignored us and continued to give us dusty chips. however staff are very nice! especially the indian lady and the indian young guy serving ke

Food was warm not hot, add on items missing from order, was given 2 chicken legs within meal no thigh. Being refused a partial refund by Just Eat. App being deleted. Disappointed, disgusted and out of pocket for the price paid for below average meal.

Cold food. I appreciate it’s a cold night but insulated bags and boxes should keep it warmer.

I thought that leaving a message saying that I would send my food back if it was cold would improve your service . BUT NO . It was also later than the time that you / kfc said . On tracking the rider he seemed to be taking the long way around . Presumably doing another drop off . I could have gone with you rival UBER . But decided to try yourselves again ☹️

Stone cold fries and popcorn chicken and slightly warmish chicken burger. Again!

Order was wrong chips missing wrong burger

Food was cold as was delivered on bicycle. Driver had nowhere to stand bicycle so made me hold it up for him whilst delivering. Took one hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Driver had to be hailed from our door as drove past property. Was unable to track him as location off. Shocking.

Alway have somthing missing won’t be ordering no more

Ordered meals, 3 piece came with chips and no Pepsi can. The burger came, no chips or Pepsi. I don’t why it’s so hard to get a small order right. I use this restaurant a lot and now rethinking of going elsewhere

The food was almost cold, I had to microwave it

Management, please have Rhys’ name spelt correctly and make this change as soon as possible! The food came freezing coke and very late

prices gone up but quantity down - just 13 chips received in a portion and less than normal pop corn chicken in the box. food cold.

Driver just dropped the food on the doormat, with just a knock and walking away, it's not hygienic putting food on the floor. Delivery time was alright but the driver service was very poor.

I never get my full order from this place. I don't know how or why, but there is always at least one item missing

timing kept on changing, food arrived was quite soggy and had no flavour, chips stuck to the paper bags - very disappointing

Went to the branch in Sidcup to find out where the order was, to be told it left the restaurant at 8:21pm, was ordered at 8:09pm, didn’t arrive until 9pm and was cold obviously. Very poor standards and was given coleslaw which had exploded in the bag

the time kept getting moved so it ended up from the time it was ordered and the time given it was at least 45 minutes. Also it was cold everything needed reheating and I ordered gravy and that was not with the order so that item will need to be refunded. absolutely disgusted

Every order has had missing items. This has happened so many times over the past year that I'll stop ordering from them. Even in person they get it wrong so be sure to check before leaving. Just ordered a meal and extra burger and burger is missing. I love kfc but won't be ordering from them again. Maybe I can get some refund from uber eats but it doesn't help now when 2 people have to share one meal.

What can you say? I wasn't waiting long and you know what you're getting. No complaints.......... I'll edit my review now, after my earlier experience ..... On the last three occasions, I have arrived home and had something wrong with my order. Tonight was surprising busy at about 20.30, but there should be no excuses. After a three hour drive and a raging hunger, I decided to stop off for a 'quick' KFC take away......bad move. Half an hour wait, nowhere to park, parking ticket and to top it all, my order was not fulfilled. Could I be bothered to go back and complain? No I couldn't. Could I pick the phone up and try to complain? Yes I could..... If only they had picked up one of my subsequent 4 phone calls!!!! I wonder why they didn't pick up??!! My long journey, my long wait, my parking ticket, my incorrect order, my unanswered phone calls...........will I go back in the near future? .......I don't think so!!! 17/10/24 - yet again, and item missed when bagging my order !!! Why can't they get it right 🤷

The courier took two orders on opposite sides of town, then showed up 20 minutes after we were expecting it, and the food was stone cold. Hugely disappointing. And happened more than once. Second time was enough though. No More!

Food was cold, chicken was overdone and beans were drier than my Grandmothers heals and she’s been dead 12 years! Forget my dip and don’t know the difference between corn on the cob or fries! Food has always been ok from Sidcup KFC but in the last year the food has got boarder line inedible and never seem to be able the get the full order of what I have asked for.

Pre ordered for 9.30pn a large meal two hours in advance but didn’t arrive until nearly 10pm by which time we were starving

The food was over 1.30 minutes late. This is unacceptable. The app said delivery was between 15- 25 mins, it was dinner for my younger kids and it arrived way too late . There was no way to cancel the order and they won’t pick up my calls either. I want a REFUND

I needed to warm the food in the microwave and air fryer, no way that this should be necessary. Didn’t supply my popcorn chicken and I’m not sure but think I was due 4 corn on the cobs but only 2 arrived. Not the first time KFC have messed up the order. Won’t use this service again, very disappointed

Items were not delivered by just eat, after 2 hour wait abs stuck on preparing I drove to restaurant, orders stacked behind counter. Items cold, some items missing. Unable to cancel the order or contact anyone to discuss. Credited a very small partial refund which is not acceptable aa does not cover charge let alone missing items and cold uneatable food!

There was no greens in my hamburger only the has brown and meat. I also received less than 150g of chips. Very disappointing!

After a 2 hour wait and no show we were left to organise something else, dinner was ordered at 6pm and at 8.15pm it was changed to delivered yet no food was received awful service wont be choosing kfc again

Good delivery courier only issue is that I didn’t get my drink that was ordered which was a shame but the food was piping hot.

Avoid - Food took an 1hr and 29mins to arrive, changed delivery driver x4 times and once arrived food was cold and Ropey. Store doesn’t even answer telephone for complaints should have read existing reviews first I think that tells you to avoid!

I have not received my food. It says delivered. But no-one has delivered or came to Urgent Care reception like I asked.

My chicken burger wasn’t cooked properly and was all pink. Just eat refused to send a replacement or offer refund.

I watched on the map as the driver stopped on his way to deliver my food, picked food up from another takeaway, and then drove in the opposite direction to deliver that first. When my food arrived, it was all cold, and I expect a full refund.

Looking at the tracker, could see the rider stopping at other places on the high st, with my delivery on his bike, o expected it to be cold on arrival, which it was. food quality from this particular KFC is usually disappointing, clearly they get the turn over, so probably not that concerned about guest experience

Always forget to add correct items. Never had an order that didn't have missing items. Ordering through the app has been problematic as they don't do ice cream (apparently) substitution offer was a cookie with a refund not being possible.
