The milkshake available at this location is almost watery compared to other locations.. Pls fix it Ordered hot drink and cookie on the app... They didn't have the hot drink and had to settle for water... Stay away from this place

Phone number is showing as invalid when calling. In food apps, you do not allow customisation of food, e.g. without mayo. You copy and paste to give a fake response, saying you're "constantly looking to improve our food and work to deliver our customers the highest quality." But really, you people aren't. Fix your phone number then.

Freezing cold food the only thing that was hot was the chips good thing is that they gave us some more

The food was barely warm my son who is autistic couldn't eat it caused him to feel really upset but due to anxiety he doesn't like me to complain so as ever his food was wasted :( why can't they just check food is hot before serving?

I gone Kfc in Wembley high road. I was ordering 1 zinzer burger but Within 1 minute of ready my burger . When we brought it home and saw it, we did not see anything inside it, it was normal and I don't like this burger

When delivering fries that don’t stay hot for long, you should not put a bottle of cold water in the bag with them.

Worst experience ever, 😤 I ordered a double zinger meal, where firstly the fries were uncooked and had black spots on them. 🤢 And the burger is what pissed me off the most 😡 the double zinger had one chicken patty (was very small) and one potato patty. The staff who works there were so unhygienic, 😷 they weren't wearing any gloves while making the food, I saw them taking the wings for my meal and the patty in their bare hands. Please do not visit this place guys it's not worth a penny.

Ordered twice now both times something wrong. First order had items missing. Second order time beans just chucked in the bag and spilled all over the food.

Food was good, driver called and came to time. The only thing is it would be better to put cold drinks/water bottle separate from hot food. Cold drinks should ideally be in a separate bag from any hot food.

Cold food. Chips thrown into the bag. Chicken tenders used in wrap were awful - felt like they were dry and cooked yesterday. Specifically said no coleslaw in wrap and yet they still added coleslaw ?? A shambles
