We popped in for a few after a dog walk, gentlemen servings was amazing service was amazing however after a short while a female bartender came on and she was so rude and disrespectful to us all and really ruined the mood and made the atmosphere very uncomfortable!

Friendly welcome by staff as we entered. We were shown to our table and our order for drinks was taken. They gave us plenty of time to ponder over the menu. I ordered Rump steak which was cooked to my requirements medium rare which just seem to melt in your mouth. (if I can say its probably one of the best steaks I have had) price was reasonable £19.95 but we'll worth the money. Then for desert menu plenty of choice I decided to have my favourite chocolate fudge cake with sauce and ice cream. By they end of eating my food I enjoyed.Feeling it was money well spent. Another place that is well worth a visit

41 Manor RoadWhat a great Sunday Lunch we had in the Miners. Ample amounts of every constituent contained in the meal. The chicken was succulent with an amazing stuffing mix which is a meal in itself. Delicious. The veggies were very well cooked. They were fresh and with the few roasted potatoes and a lovely mashed potato included also, it made for a exemplary lunch. A nice team of waiting on staff were evident, working well around the many diners. The place itself is cosy, tradional , warming and comfortable. We had a very nice , relaxing time in there. It is worth visiting as I am sure you will like it if you give it a try.
