Stopped on Sunday afternoon for a drink. Lovely spot by the canal and the best hot choclate I've had in a long time. Nice to find somewhere at the end of a walk down the canal, has a good selection of food on the menu, previously tried the breakfast which was tasty will be going back to try for lunch 😊

Stamford Street CentralAfter searching on-line within our area of Oldham for a place to have breakfast out for a change, we chose Lilly's Bistro In Ashton u Lyne, located a 10 minute drive away. Really happy with our choice. My wife is gluten intolerant and she'd brought her own GF bread with her in the hope they may agree to toast it, which they kindly did. The breakfast itself was every bit as good as my wife's usual full English ( I'm beingcareful!), with good quality sausages, bacon & black pudding, choice of eggs and crispy, croquet style hash browns, nice toast etc. The cappuccino was one of the best I've ever had. All told 10/10. Definitely our new go to place for a breakfast out treat.
