The food in this place is good however the service not so much. Walked in and was waiting for over 10min they advised after buying a large meal which I spent over 14£ was told if I want another cardboard empty bowl there is an extra charge for 50p for the sake of 50p for a carboard bowl think it’s disgusting wouldn’t come back again

Always order from here. They gave me a call to say they didn't have the drink I wanted, instead gave me a different flavour. Not necessary for me as I'm not a whiny git, but I definitely appreciate it. Always get the Katsu and Rice, can never go wrong with it.

Best take away in Sevenoaks by far. Value for money, fill to the top and the crispy chilli chicken is amazing! Great as you can mix flavours

Honestly the worse restaurant I’ve been to there was hair in my food and the chicken was undercooked

there was hair in the food and you made me wait 5minutes whilst you tried not to give my money back. but ofcourse i got it back. think im gonna pay for food with hair in it. also the display of food is always messy, clean it up the food is actually nice if you wear hair nets and clean the display my good god.

Love the food from kokoro, but this doesn't hit as others do (still good food) also let down by the portion sizes, other kokoro places fill the bowl to the brim and can barely shut the lid, this one is a bit too stingy with their portions

Disappointed, Instead of yakisoba noodles they gave me 35p thin ones.

Having been to the first one in Sevenoaks I was expecting the same standard but unfortunately not. Chicken has been Luke warm now for the third time (visit) and the seating is dirty floors are dirty generally disappointing.

food was okay, probs would return because fast and pretty tasty. however, their chicken katsu udon bowl wasn’t great because they had clearly poured the soup on top of the crispy chicken which meant i was eating soggy chicken. portion could’ve been more for the price

Food and service very good. Small shop so can easily end up taking away if no more chairs. But was good. Will be coming back

Fast efficient service and excellent Sushi

Good service, they hooked us up with huge portions. Good quality for the price. Easy grab & go place, esp in a rainy day. We had the hot rice bowls, kimchi, & seaweed salad. Everything tasted great & authentic.

Very poor quality sushi, for quite an expensive price Rice is hard and clearly old (been left overnight) Would recommend chef undergo training to make edible sushi!

Good food and good quality. Rice and chicken curry was tasty. Noodles and chilly chicken also was good. I never tried tofu curry+ rice, its surprisingly good.

Great food everytime. Prefer it to places like Wagamamas. Hot and Cold food available with reasonably priced sushi options. Small seating area.

Possibly the best fast food place I’ve ever eaten at. How have I never heard of this chain before?! A sophisticated Wasabi - simple, fresh ingredients, generous portions and all at a very reasonable price.

Not great. In my experience its the worst Kokoro from the ones I've been to. The food is tasteless and greasy.

Hot food is too greasy, too much sugar and salt added in all the meat dishes, shame, I like their sushi and rolls, but fish also shrinking in size every time I bought it, smaller and smaller. Please reduce your salt and sugar and oil used in your hot food, and please cook the onion don’t serve uncooked onions!

Fast service, and hot tasty food, couldn't ask for more. Popped in after a few people from my work got this for lunch so decided to give it a go as it always smells great. Ordered a mixed pit of Kastsu chicken, and spicy pork, with noodles, and got a red bean dorayaki for after. For once the spicy pork was actually spicy, and caught me a little unprepared so make sure you are aware it is hot when going for it. The Kastsu was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The noodles soaked up all the flavours of both. Just over £12 for my meal which is more than I would normally pay for lunch, but worth it as a treat. In and out of the shop in three minutes so really quick if you are in a rush.

The salmon teriyaki was very tasty and at a very reasonable price
