Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in Bristol, City of

Lo visité con mi hija esta tarde. Creo que al entrar en una tienda sería bueno ser recibido, especialmente cuando entras en una tienda vacía y los dos tipos que sirven no están ocupados. Las rosquillas y el café estaban deliciosos.

I have been here a few times for these excellent but expensive donuts. As good as any I have had. Near closing, the choices a very limited.

Terrible service by a member of ur staff brought a dozen mixed krispy kremes ask for a dozen glazed kremes was told they only had 8 on the shelf ! Really rude and unhelpful , wouldn’t sell us the 8 glazed kremes ! Wouldn’t go back

Called in after work and asked if happy hour deal of free warm doughnut with any purchase was still on. Was told yes but then the member of staff then proceeded to try charge me for it. When I pointed out it should be free the member of staff could only star at me blankly. Not worth the hastle.

My 14 year brother in law was refused service due to needing to pay with card to purchase a donut. How are children expected to carry a credit card with them? I ended up buying my brother in law the donut but when I brought up how I thought this was unacceptable with the staff member they gave me the excuse it’s because they get really busy for the reason they do not handle cash. I said this was unacceptable due to this being a store a child would like to go to get a donut and how bizarre they cannot use their own pocket money to purchase a donut does not make any sense. A Colleague then butted in to say they do not make the decisions so I responded they should bring it up with management and by the body language they could not care less… terrible customer service. Otherwise the donuts are lovely as all Krispy Kremes are but I was left very disappointed with this store and think it’s very wrong that my younger brother in law had to experience such awkwardness. Lugar para desayunar con unos donuts muy ricos. Si te compras cajas de donuts variados te sale más barato.

The doughnuts are very tasty and there is a big variety to choose from. Staff are very friendly too and help you get the best flavour for you. My only concern is that sometimes the filled doughnuts.. arent very filled (not so must filling). So Krispy Kreme needs to understand that customers aren't stupid :)

Bought doughnuts for the children on opening the box when we got home large hole no filling reported it to there customer service and asked for a refund to be sent a voucher we live over 25 miles to the nearest store disguised will never use this company again mr p

It seems wrong to pass by a Krispy Kreme without popping in. There were some specials on offer and the staff made sure we got the best price for our choices. Super clean and tidy - as all Krispy Kreme's have been.

Whilst out shopping popped in for a quick snack. A little wait. Staff ok. Choice plentiful. Toilet sink had no tap head? Not entirely sure if will visit again as plenty of other alternatives nearby.

Well I have to say on the plus side coffee is fresh smooth the dounut was ok but Jees Louise the music so loud seriously I know young kids working behind the counter but so loud I couldn't hear myself think turn the volume down or provide ear muffs!!!

I hype and hype about these doughnuts. They are amazing - they're little round bundles of joy. Not this time... The doughnut was horrible. Something or nothing so I left unimpressed and for the first time ever, didn't win around my partner who was looking forward to trying them. For £1.70 a pop I would think again before getting sucked in. The staff were nice though!

Normal dinner type of place, like an old 60s dinner but modern. Doughnuts are always ace, and there coffee isn't too bad.

Got the guys in work a load of donuts from here and everyone couldnt get enough, lol, as this was my first time here i thought it was expensive, but when i ate them it changed my mind, you get what you pay for

All the KK flavours in one place with some decent coffee as well! The decor is a little worn and probably needs replacing soon before it looks too bad but it's a nice quick stop for a snack.

We always nip in here for a treat before going to the cinema. Love the doughnuts and great coffee. Staff are always friendly

Love it love it love it Great coffee Smooth not to strong,great fresh dounuts and not expensive like the Costa rip off. Friendly staff spotless toilets relaxed and chilled again love it .....

Lovely fresh doughnuts, so much choice. Get them instead of a birthday cake now, favourite one is strawberry and creme flavour.

Thank you America, for reminding us what gluttons is. It's a strawberries and cream doughnut with icing and all sorts of glazed goodness, topped off with an ice cream shake. Just drooooool

Popped in after declining dessert in another restaurant because of the poor service. The gentleman who served us (Joseph) exemplified quality service in all parts of the customer interaction. Well done KK for employing and training great staff. Oh and the donuts are delicious!!
