I spent 50 pound for paratha, I order paratha thali, I received paratha but there is no paratha inside this is second time happen, I m not happy for you service. For me last time I use your restaurant, thanks

The taste of the food was good, but the bhatura were mostly burnt from beneath

I called the restaurant but they said no drive has been allocated to pick up the order. They said there's nothing they can do.

I tried onion paneer kulcha & it was delicious 😋, the kulcha were crunchy & buttery, while the chhole had right amount of spice and flavour .

Please change delivery package! The current packaging ruins the entire experience. Food is amazing.

We ordered the food at 7.20pm for delivery by 8.30pm. The restaurant states that they received the order only at 8. 10pm and then they took 50 min to prepare and then deliver. This is totally unacceotable. Why the restaurant was given order so late.

Just eats your app is unfit for purpose! I have complained about this on many occasions. The restaurant told me when the driver left the restaurant, which was nearly 20 minutes before at the time of my call to the restaurant, yet your app showed "courier at the restaurant". when the courier was literally seconds away it changed to " the driver is closed"! Really just eats!!!!!!!

Disappointed as loved this place and kulchas. Often used to do take away but off late found the packaging really difficult to open way it’s sealed! Today kulchas were wrapped in aluminium foil that was almost opening and wait was longer than expected. Found the boondi raita too watery, kulcha were okay and channa not flavoursome just spicy. Hope we get back to how it used to be!

The food is out of the world. We have been going there from last few years and the quality is consistent at very reasonable price. It’s a must visit if you are in harrow.

We have been taking away from the place but had stopped due to lack of taste. But this time we went to eat in. Surprisingly there is a massive improvement in the taste and quality.

I went kulcha express today. I order mix veg. Kulcha thali and panner onions partha. The food was delicious 😋 proper amritsar style. Next time I will definitely come. Must go.

I today with family. The service was horrible, when we entered restaurant there was no customer sitting. We waited for our food for 45 mins and other customers who came after start getting their food. The service for everyone was so slow. The food was not tasty, I ordered mooli pranthi, that had very little stuffing and served as it is without any butter or anything. Three of us went here and none of us got food at same time. First I finished, then my husband's order came. After 15 mins my daughter food came. This restaurant is going to be my last option now.

Pathetic food, meagre quantity, extortionate pricing. Just a small portion of chana curry was 9.99, much higher than the fine dining restaurant and for the horrible ambience. The naan bread was disgusting, much thicker than the menu card and full of uncooked stuff. Shahi paneer was nothing but tomato puree with poor quality paneer chunks and loads of food colour. Veg Manchuria was tangy and horrible. Not worth a penny! Not sure how people end up going there and how they get their ratings.

I love chole Bhatura from here and the best part is they give unlimited pickle

Always good experience and great taste

Sonu recommended me Halwa and man o man was it good. Taste of pure desi ghee in every bite, wasn’t too sweet nor too bland. A perfection to say the least. Have been a regular here and they never disappoint.

Excellent quality food, pipping hot, Paneer burger, Chole bhature are a must try.

This place served such good food. I was really impressed by their veggie wrap, however, today the wrap was sooo bad that I threw half away. The half I ate because I was so hungry and had paid money for it. They added some sweet chilly sauce to the wrap and OMG it was the worst veg wrap I ever tasted, in-fact it was one of the worst dishes I have ever eaten! Goshhhh that ruined my day. I hope they serve tasty food as before!

The food is amazing especially the chole....as well as the staff is very courteous.

While having our lunch we were discussing how we could go to this place more often. But the service was so terrible that we left there without even completing our meal. Our adjoining tables were served even though they came well after us. Even the request for tap water was not completed. Simply put they had no intention of serving us. We will never step foot in this place again.

Food tastes good but service was very poor. We waited so long to be served that we had to leave without getting part of the order. As we were only 2 people and our order was smaller then others, our order was completely ignored and other people who ordered much after us were servered while we were left awaiting. I will never go there again. I felt so insulted by such service.

Used to love this place but seems like things have changed and not for the better. The price is not worth the food The kucha seemed to be overcooked and hard The filling has too much coriander seed and ajwain so the taste wasn't balanced. The filling was not as smooth as it used to be. The yogurt was thinned down. The chana masala however was nice. But overall not the best experience.

Very nic punjabi food and great service

Ordered chilli paneer x 3 and it all went in the bin. It wasn’t even edible. Firstly, it was full of peppers and onions, paneer tasted sour, and no flavour whatsoever. Very disappointed. Take away order.

Kulcha Express is a great choice for North Indian food, particularly Delhi and Punjab. There are plenty of options from Aaloo Paratha/Kulcha to Paneer Kulcha. Some sweets are also available to choose from. The service is a little slot which can be improved. But, food is good 👍 Also, the space is limited to accommodate only a few customers at a time. There are some 1-hour free street parking options available. The location is good, just outside the North Harrow station. Recommended to try Kulcha in Harrow, London.
