La Campagna Restaurant & Bar in North Somerset

What a find I would give it more stars if I could. Excellent food not one thing we could fault and there were 4 of us. We all chose different starters, mains and shared a cheeseboard. Don’t drive by this little gem I highly recommend.

Great lunch, lovely restaurant with wonderful staff, special mention to Summer, Gracie and sorry a gentleman i did not catch his name, wonderful service with a smile nothing was to much trouble, food was fabulous.

Stayed near BristolAirport night before flight. Got here 9pm and all other restaurants had stopped serving then found this place. Glad we did. The staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming. Food was really good too and service quick. Would definitely go here again when staying near the airport.

Extremely disappointed. 3 weeks previously had great service and great food. This time, ordered the same dish (Fritto Misto). Took so long to come out, I went in to cancel the order, by then it was ready. I wish it wasn’t. After one bite, what ever was in the batter fell out leaving stodgy, sickly batter. The artichoke was inedible. Our friends ordered 5 minutes after us and were finished long before ours arrived. Upon questioning this, I was told different dishes take different times. Ok, but my wife had the same dish as them, a mundane Caesar salad, with no Caesar dressing. A bowl of chips, ordered with one meal arrived 10 minutes after the meal was finished. I loved this place, but regret I will not be eating here again

We have visited this restaurant 4 times over the past 2 weeks. We've always had very warm welcome and excellent service from all of the staff. The food has been top quality, perfectly cooked and presented - always arriving hot. We discovered this restaurant after a chance stop at their restaurant near Chard . Since then we have also visited their restaurant in Paulton. Their food is equally as good in all their restaurants. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Went for lunch with my family. Had the lunch menu which was good value for money. All food served hot & freshly cooked. Staff were very pleasant.

Found the food disappointing. I ordered the lasagna and it couldn’t be any smaller if it tried. Not one layer. Just a hot bubbling mess. No substance to it and quite tasteless. Friends ordered pasta but just looked like something you’d do at home. Coffees were warm so they were sent back.

It was our second year having Christmas dinner at La campagna Winford and once again we had the best day . The food was excellent all 5 courses a big thank you to the chefs. The service from start to finish was brilliant , nothing was ever to much thank you to Amber and her team who worked so hard to make sure everyone was happy.

We booked for an early evening meal before an early night in readiness for a very early start at the airport. The food was spot on and the service was warm and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. And will definitely do it again.

Had an amazing meal here, first time since the refit. Lovely surrounding and décor. Food was hot and tasted great, will definitely be going again and highly recommend. Service from Amber was great really friendly and helpful and recommend great menu options.

Went with family & friends. Starters were impressive - the whitebait was huge and the bruschetta fungi was really tasty but the adult mains were a disappointment. Cannelloni was dry & burnt, my steak was bland, over cooked (I asked for medium rare and it came out fully cooked) & the cheese sauce had no flavour. My friends steak had garlic coated all over it which was too overpowering & the chicken pizza my partner had, the stone cooked base was nice but the topping was also tasteless. Kids meals were better than the adults and they just had margarita Pizza’s! Chunky chips tasted like fat. We won’t be returning unfortunately.

Our first visit for my daughters birthday. Went on recommendations. The food was exceptional, came out hot & as a party of 9 all together. We all swapped different meals & all were of a very high standard. Service was first rate & the staff were friendly & there was no rush to move us from our table. Can't wait to return.

I had cannelloni it was dry and burnt around the edge. Obviously been microwaved to long. Calzonie burnt on top and returned. Sunday roast ok. Very hit and miss have had good meals here but this was a disaster. All they say is will let the chef know

What A Find. We visited thus restaurant today in the way to Bristol Airport. It was exceptional. The food was great, service friendly and you couldn't fault the price. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this restaurant

We had a great meal here. Food was excellent, all managed to find something to enjoy even two vegetarians in our party one of who has certain food intolerances and so has to be careful what they eat. Restaurant were very attentive to this!
