We weren't crazy about the food: it wasn't that it was bad, but it certainly couldn't be compared to the average quality level found in Italy, especially with regard to some ingredients. The pasta, in particular, was not particularly tasty. The waiting time was very long, the service was kind. I don't think the location (really low mezzanine, with drafts) justifies the price paid (around 35 euros each). In conclusion, not bad, but I don't feel like recommending it or saying that the dishes offered are equivalent to the average standards of an Italian restaurant.

The food was very delicious. The wine list is also diverse, and there is something for everyone. Our waiter Poli was very attentive and fulfilled every wish of ours. Overall, it was a successful evening.

The Franklin Restaurant by Alfredo Russo is an absolute delight! If you’re looking for an Italian restaurant that’s stylish and oriented to the finest details, this is the place to go. We started with the burrata and shrimp—an absolute dream. The flavors were perfectly balanced, fresh, and incredibly delicious. The rest of the food was equally exceptional, and the service was flawless—attentive, friendly, and professional. Make sure to save room for dessert because their tiramisu is simply a must-try! For anyone who loves Italian cuisine with a touch of elegance, The Franklin Restaurant should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend!

Small and cozy place, we ordered a chicken pizza and a garlic bread with mozzarella and we loved it, the thin and crispy dough, highly recommended
