amazing service from Candy, she took care of us so well. the food was delicious and the drinks were non-stop!!! great atmosphere.

I brought the family for a birthday celebration, it was our first visit, and we loved the atmosphere, the friendly welcome and the delicious food.

Candy our waitress made us feel very special for our friends birthday. Couldn’t reccomend her enough!

Went for the bottomless tapas dinner, and while the food quality was nice, the overall experience was disappointing. Due to a clear shortage of staff, we could only manage about three rounds of orders within the 90-minute limit. There was a lot of waiting – both for the food and the staff. To make matters worse, some of the orders were wrong or missing. And when the bill came – it was incorrect, overcharging one person. We then had to wait another 25 minutes just to settle the payment.

We had a great experience enjoying tapas with friends at Las Iguanas. The atmosphere was lively, and the food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that kept us all satisfied. Ellie and Erin looked after us throughout the evening, and they were fantastic. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

My first visit and I was really impressed. Great decor and atmosphere, food was affordable and good portion size - but best of all was the service. The manager, Candy, was extremely warm and friendly - providing great customer service throughout.

Love the food, drinks and the service isn't bad either.

Came for brothers 30th for bottomless brunch. Sanya was great, good and quick service, lovely food and drinks, even brought a brownie for his birthday!!

Absolutely APPALLING experience at the Las Iguanas restaurant in Ealing last night for our NYE bottomless brunch. My friend and I will most certainly NEVER be returning to dine again. The lack of service was utterly unbelievable. Every question we asked had to be double or triple checked; no staff member knew what they were doing. Drinks were slow to be made and brought over. And finally when it came to the bill, it was wrong THREE TIMES. We were over charged massively and every item was charged incorrectly. An absolute scam of a place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I was there yesterday (21/12/2024), the food was great, the first waitress was great. But from the moment we were placing our orders, the waitress was super dry, and when it came to paying, she should have given us £5 change back (we had already paid the service charge) when she said they didn't give change back. We didn't understand ANYTHING! I thought it was absurd. I mean, if I had given a £50 note for £5, I wouldn't have got any change???

Went for my birthday, the staff were lovely, even got a surprise happy birthday song. Thanks to everyone and Merry Christmas

Faith, our server was absolutely amazing, she asked us about our food, she was efficient quick and friendly. We said to the manager she should get our full service charge, she's THE ONE who deserved it!

I highly recommend visiting "Las Iguanas" in Ealing Broadway. Wonderful atmosphere, incredible food and service beyond expectations. I want to highlight specially the professional service and performance delivered by waiter Mr Jamal , who went the extra mile on his duties since we arrived and sat on the table.

What a great pit stop. We came in got foe a cheeky coctail for Ambers birthday, and were treated like VIPs. Candy and Abdul are brilliant and gave a b'day cake and interactive cocktail session for th4 birthday girl. A must visit for food and drinks

Bhar Bart Bart, this guy is amazing I can’t praise him enough he is one of the best bar tenders I’ve come across in 2024, he’s attentive, kind and goes that extra mile to make you feel comfortable . 10/10

The lovely staff trying to please you at all times. Typical Mexican food, very delicious. Super lively music and spectacular eye-catching desserts. I will return without a doubt!

Great service from Ellie, who was busy at the bar, greeting customers and furthermore bring food over to tables for diners, I noticed she was on her own whilst a manager I believe named Candy was sat upstairs doing whatever she was doing, however leaving a member on their own in the restaurant to meet/greet customers, serve drinks from the bar, and furthermore deliver food to the customers' tables isn't great practice, especially from a health and safety point of view, what would have happen if something was to happen to Ellie on her own? What if she slipped and fell, why if there was a fire, what if there was an abusive customer who got violent? There are lots of if's with this situation, although Ellie's service and her warmth was absolutely impeccable, I feel as though your general manager has a duty of care towards the member of staff being on their own. Really disappointed to see Ellie running around on her own doing everything. Great service for Ellie and will always return because of her, I noticed candy turned up magically when it was time to clear the tables...... Not setting a very good example at all, she should be leading from the front. I too work I'm management but I will never leave my team members on their own at all due to health and safety reason.

I booked the bottomless brunch for my boyfriend’s birthday. We definitely feel we got the most of the deal due to attentive staff. Jamal made sure we were topped up and kept checking up on us. The food was exceptional and the drinks were just as good. Highly recommend the bottomless brunch for anyone wanting a great value bundle deal - and brunch is essentially all day we did it in the evening which was perfect

I haven't been to Las Iguanas in Ealing as much as I should have considering, it's so local to me. I have been a handful of times in the last few years with hubby and every time we have had a really enjoyable time. The service is always great, the staff are so friendly and efficient, the cocktails are lovely and always 2 for 1 and we've always enjoyed the food here too! Full marks for providing all round good experiences and the music is always just perfect to add to the lovely atmosphere here too!

Good casual place. Nice vibe and two for 1 cocktails did set the mood. Saturday night was peak and they did have troubles getting the food out, but @jamal made it friendly and even threw in the nachos for free - for food taking long. Good vibe, nice family crowd.

I stopped coming here 2 years ago due to poor service received from a male manager when handling my bill and discount. I hesitated, but came back with a friend for drinks and decided to give it a try again as I was in the area, I am so glad I did and as that awful manager had left and there was and awesome supervisor Bart who was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be returning and tell my friends (and I have a lot) it’s okay to go back. Thank you Bart for being so friendly and providing excellent customer service! Cocktails were amazing!

Service, food, taste, quality, staff who treated you as a friend and almost like family. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, from the guy who took our order sitting down with us to explain things, the guy who explained the process for the sweet potato fries, the girl who brought, and amended our receipt. I had a great experience at Las Iguanas. Me and my friends went to have a few drinks and the bartender Mou was very friendly and helpful and the cocktails were delicious. He had a great sense of humour and created such a fun atmosphere. Overall, I had an amazing time and would recommend it!

Work colleagues, evening meal, leaving do. Wonderful manager and servers, pleasant, not too intrusive. Cocktails for phenomenally presented, proper sized and you can actually taste the alcohol unlike other 2 for 1 offers I have had in Ealing :)

The food was completly bland. No flavour at all. Honestly the worst burritos I have ever had. I had to drown it in hot sauce to give any semblance of flavour. What they lack in flavour they make up with decorations. Over-hyped an inauthentic.

That was the reason to not order anything else and just leave, although the food was decent When asking for a copy of the receipt, he just raises his shoulders with the excuse "there is no paper in the machine". We had a wonderful member of the team named Jamal, you gave me and my party, a smooth, humorous and easy-to-conduct service. Due to that the drinks were amazing and the food was top gear. My previous experience wasn't too great but Jamal brought my faith back to Las Iguanas. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend using Jamal as your server.

Really nice and cozy restaurant. I particularly like the Latin American interior style. Great selection of Mexican and Brazilian dishes. The service was first class, Bart and Caly did a great job.

My family and I had a really good experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the margaritas we had were excellent. Our server was Bart and he couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. He was very knowledgeable about cocktails and gave us some great reccomendations for bars around London, something that we really appreciated. We would definitely come back again!

Worst experience in a long time today! Thursday 26th September so you know exactly who I am referring to! My friend arrived 10 minutes before me. Once I’d arrived we waited 45 minutes and nobody came to ask us to ask if we were okay or if they can take an order. The manager poor excuse for a manager anyway, came to our table with somebody else’s drinks and we said no we haven’t even ordered yet and she said oh and walked off. I spoke to a waiter to order and he said she will be with you shortly. She didn’t even look in our direction. Sorry 45 minutes and nothing? I myself work in hospitality as management and front of house. Absolutely appalling. When I went to speak to her before we decided to leave, she said it was her first time there, and she thought it was a bar section. It was relatively busy but not at all unmanageable. She claimed she didn’t have time to come to us, what in 45 minutes?! As a manager you should prompt your staff to check on tables or at the very least do it yourself. She didn’t even apologise, she was just saying okay. Pathetic she needs to be retrained as a waiter and a manager so she understands how to do her job. So disappointing. Do better.

The food here is not good. Unless it's children's food. The drinks are okay. You have to wait a long time to order before someone shows up because online ordering doesn't always work. The service won't come to you on its own forever, you have to ask if someone can serve you. As for the added service, it shouldn't be like that. If someone wants to give a tip, that's ok, but don't squeeze the extra service into the receipt, that's not how it's done, maybe someone doesn't want it to be added. I encountered a situation there where a blonde took a tip and charged them extra service, there were two different receipts
