Absolutely appalling service! The place was packed to the rafters, yet we were utterly neglected by a skeletal staff of four. Two stuck in the kitchen, one glued to the bar, and a measly two trying to wrangle the entire floor. We couldn't endure it any longer. After a soul-crushing 50-minute wait for drinks that never materialized, we simply stormed out in disgust. Their 'unlimited Tapas' promotion is a laughable joke. You have a mere 90 minutes to devour as much as humanly possible, but how on earth are you supposed to do that when the food takes an eternity to arrive? This 'promotion' is nothing more than a cynical ploy to lure customers in with false promises."

Came here during January for the bottomless Tapas! We a Sunday and family quite. Tom our server was amazing! Drinks and food came very quickly and he was conscious of when we had finished dishes and wanted to order more. Great value for money and a good experience over all!

When an offer looks too good to be true, it usually is. We wish we'd considered this, rather than be taken in by the unlimited tapas for £15 deal. The restaurant was in chaos. We arrived at 8pm, didn't get our drinks till after 9 and didn't get our food until well past 10pm, and even then several plates were missing. The only saving grace was our waiter, Rocky who was apologetic and trying his best to manage a lot of disgruntled customers, when it wasn't his fault the food wasn't ready. He was very professional and a credit to the place. The restaurant had the good grace to give us a hefty discount, which is what the extra star is for.

It was crazy evening. I had to wait so long for my drinks, so long for my food. Everything was chaotic.

Like an alternative to Nando’s - slightly more average food but insane cocktails

We ordered tacos & drinks (happy hour). Drinks were good, atmosphere was good and interior was amazing. We were gonna order more food but tacos put us off. The filling was dry, we didn’t like it at all and asked for a manager. Instead she started arguing and said “you ordered you should know how it tastes” I mean I have never heard anything like that before.

I recently attended a work function at this venue, which has consistently impressed with its ambiance. While the atmosphere remains as inviting as ever, the overall service experience left much to be desired. Despite the food being well-prepared and of high quality once it arrived, we endured a prolonged wait of over three hours for all our courses to be served. Additionally, some orders were incorrect, and securing table service proved to be a challenge throughout the evening. That said, one of the managers -Jesse demonstrated exemplary service recovery skills, offering sincere apologies and attempting to address the issues as best as possible. While the staff were courteous, a more streamlined and efficient service would have significantly enhanced the experience.

Friendly welcome, super yummy food and good atmosphere. Huge thank you to Tom for being such a good, professional host and putting up with our clownery. Really made the night for us. X

Greeted friendly and found us a table when we hadn’t booked. There’s was lots of food and drink to choose from and one of the team recommended one of the main dishes. Food was hot and tasty and good portion sizes. Drinks were great, overall we had a great time and will definitely be coming back and recommending

We had a celebration family dinner here on 21st November 2024 at 6pm , there were six of us. The food, starters and mains were all delicious, especially the Nachos and Prawns and chicken wings, the service was excellent, the waiter who was new that day was friendly, professional, efficient and accommodating which made our celebration all the more special. The restaurant is well fitted out and has great atmosphere a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
