I love Las Iguanas, their unique selling point of two for one happy hour all hours of the day is genius. I've notice thought recently you have brought up your prices, fair enough your a bossiness you need to make money. My birthday was two weeks ago tomorrow and I remember a few years ago I came on my birthday an got offered a Caipirinha but I didn't take it as the time I was young like eighteen and didn't have an adventures pallet however now it has matured a few days before my birthday I asked at the bar if on your birthday you can still get a free Caipirinha the bartenders says yes just bring ID makes sense fair enough. I come here on my birthday now just for the bar "manager" Andre to give a rude remark regarding my refused for the free birthday drink, yet online it says on your birthday your that you can get a Caipirinha on the house. He didn't have to be rude to me on my birthday and it is a thing Las Iguanas does do, had I had known I would have gone online and shown Andrie he also should know what the polices are before opening is mouth, I made my way to the O2 las Iguanas and they too denied me, please retrain all your staff.

Such slow service, never seem to get seated or food under 1 hour. My family and friends are put off so none of us want to go back.

Zsanett was amazing. The system had allowed us to book our table for 1hr before the restaurant opened. With 2 children this was devastating to our plans but she spoke with the kitchen and was able to get us seated and served. Above and beyond, excellent service

I came here with my husband and boys to celebrate my birthday, Carmen and Kushi served us and they were both really helpful and patient with us. I enjoyed the food, bottomless cocktails and atmosphere. My husband and son had a problem with their food and there was no issue with changing their order. For desert I was given free brownie ice cream for my birthday 😊 I will be back again with my friends, I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and I would say this is one restaurant where I felt relaxed and the staff was great and welcoming.

Very bad service, waited 15 minutes to order and the mojitos were full with ice, and not tasty, not specified with alcohol or without but we had to order one without and it was a lot of difference in fact it tasked like iced water, the corona beers as well had a very strange taste! very BAD COMMUNICATION FROM STAFF AND A VERY RUDE ATTITUDE OVERALL!!!

Been to las iguanas many times, never had an issue before however i went for New Year Eve celebrations on the 31st. Restraunts wasn't busy, only had one section opened. Took well over 40 minutes to get our first drinks. We then moved to the bar section as we thought this be quicker and again, bar was mostly empty. At the bar, the Bartender was making a cocktail for another customer and when he saw me he turned around and said "Not gonna lie, this is the last cocktail I'm making, I will only be serving beers and shots after this" it was only 08:20pm.. won't be returning unfortunately. I found the staff to be so rude and it was new year eve!!! What a waste of time.

Terrible service right from the start. If i could rate this 0 stars I would. Waited 20 minutes to order for brunch before a waiter begrudgingly took our order after walking past us twice to serve tables will full plates of food and drink. They gave us the wrong menu also. 4/5 of the table wanted to do bottomless brunch, as one was underage (17). Waiter mid taking our order (we had ordered 4 drinks by then), got their manager to confirm if this was allowed. Manager came and started making up excuses saying people have been sneaking drinks to others on the table and it’s company policy everyone have alcohol. We assured them this would not happen but he refused to believe us. He stated the 17 year old would have to sit on a table by himself if we wanted bottomless but we are all siblings??? He also stated if we wanted brunch everyone on the table had to have an alcohol-free version. Checked on the las iguanas website and it shows this is in fact false and you can choose an alcohol free option at a reduced price if one of the party members does not want alcohol. Dare I say this was racism, as this treatment did not happen with any of the other (white) people at the restaurant. We left the restaurant without ordering anything, as the manager was very uncooperative to us. Terrible place and will NOT be coming back.

What a wonderful experience! The service was truly exceptional, thanks to Zsanett, who made the experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond by recommending some excellent dishes that turned out to be spot-on. The atmosphere was pleasant, while the food and ambiance were fantastic, it was really the service that stood out for me. Zsanett’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Kudos to the team for doing such a great job, especially Zsanett she’s a true asset to the restaurant! I’ll definitely be coming back.

My experience at las iguana Stratford Westfield has totally traumatised me. 😭I was verbally attacked by one of the staff members who started yelling at me and calling me the b word repeatedly in front of all other customers and later resulted to kick me on my leg and ranching to fight me. The restaurant was merely empty only around 5 people the space is huge by way, and we asked to be sat on a much bigger table because we had shopping and no one was sat around and he wouldn’t allow it in a rude way and wanted to put me and my friend on a dirty small table then started yelling very stressed Me and my friend have always been going to this branch we love the drinks and food and happy hour. But we experienced slow service in past but nothing like what I experienced last week in this branch by one of the staff. I went to report this to the manager about the incident and he wasn’t caring or paying attention to my concerns nor understanding what happened he wouldn’t give the name of the staff who attacked me nor his own name. He later went to the back room and started laughing and joking about me to other members of staff there it’s was so unprofessional what he did. A few days went me and my friend went past Ia iguana to see that the same staff member is still working there!!! Is this how they treat all customers? I feel so hard done by and not taken care of as a customer worse experience in a restaurant I have ever had. 😞 0 stars fast forward I reported this incident with head office by email I even tried to contact them on phone no one answered and they didn’t acknowledge what had happened to me that day and nothing was done about this! I have attached video and photos of the day it happened that staff was very rude and abusive towards two females wanting to enjoy a meal and drinks we never did. I wish the team took this matter abit seriously and staffing because this isn’t ok and evidence is there. Sad for this company 😔😞

We booked in for the bottomless brunch and Carmen was our server. She was very friendly, attentive and gave good advice about drinks order. Food service was quick and the brunch options were good - including for veggies. Food came quickly, was hot and tasty. Carmen offered to take photos of our group which was lovely. She made us feel very welcome and special (as we were celebrating a friend's 50th birthday). We all had a great experience.

My husband and I went in las iguanas in Westfield Stratford for lunch on Sunday. The place is very big but only the main space was open. It was pretty much empty. The guy with attitude barely welcomed us. He brought us to a very small table and we gently asked if it was possible to have another table in the corner cause we were full of bags after shopping and it was literally no space. He answered that in a bit they would have been busy so that was the only solution he could give us. Of course, we left. We went to have lunch in another place. And guess what? When we finish our lunch the place was still empty. I think he was just lazy and annoyed. We will never go back there.

Hmm... I'm sure it was a one off... But we had a less than good experience tonight. Can't fault the food... It was delicious. But the service left a lot to be desired... Took ages for someone to take our order, then when the food came, we had to chase our drinks. After our plates were cleared, we asked for the dessert menu... Which didn't arrive. I ordered dessert via the QR code, and 35 minutes later...I had to chase it! Once I had, it was brought straight to us. Clearly it had been sitting under the hot lamp for some time! Just all felt a bit lacklustre. Sorry!

This restaurant is run completely shambolic. No organisation, never enough staff even on busy days. The hygiene is poor and the treatment of staff is awful with lazy managers just walking around on their phone or with a nasty attitude. Would not recommend

‘Las’ iguanas was my favourite place but Its disappoints me at this time i ordered starters while having some drinks with my friends but it didn’t showed up to the table I have waited 20 min for the starters and the waiters says my starters went to another table and kitchen was closed and she says she gonna refund me the money but the bad thing was i have waited nearly 25min its very disappointing

Absolutely disgusting service today. We were ignored for over 45 mins by the staff when we tried to order their ordering QR system was not working. Despite asking for a waiter to attend to us they kept brushing it off and speak to other colleagues instead. Shambolic behaviour tbh!

I haven't been to Las iguanas in a long time but I must say I was very very impressed with the service we had from Carman for me and my group. Very professional and gave great recommendations to order which definitely hit the spot. We all as a group of three agree.

Best meal I’ve ever had, the taste sublime, the flavours sublime, unbelievable. Drinks, wowza, had loads, kept coming, did someone say bottomless. Service amazing, Carmen was great, so nice and she made sure we had the most amazing time, couldn’t thank her enough, I would definitely recommend. Definitely be coming back.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with our experience at Las Iguanas Stratford Westfield. We wanted to order the Taco Sharing Board (£25.50), only to be told they couldn’t serve it because they didn’t have the correct crockery. This seems ridiculous – surely the food could still be served on a different plate rather than turning customers away? When we questioned this, Brittany, our server, was dismissive and quite rude. For the price and the location, I expected much better service. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Terrible service and an extremely RUDE manager. The first food I received was the wrong order. It was sent back they brought half the order back out by the time I’d finished my main my sides then arrived and were cold. They told me they would take off my main course from the bill. I went to pay and it hadn’t been removed they re calculated and worked out the bill was even more than the first one they populated! A complete stand off between myself and the manager who was very very rude. I would not recommend.

Our team have visited here twice after finding the great value lunchtime deal. A fancy drink alongside a substantial meal for only £9.95! Good ambience and very convenient too.

Avoid on Sunday, slow service, some food does not get delivered and when you ask where food is you are avoided like the plague. That said when the food came it was awesome

We really enjoyed our meal here. The service was excellent, the food quality superb, drinks excellent and the prices were very good. The duty manager, Sabrina was fantastic in assisting us with nut alergy questions, and helping us use our discount codes within the Las Iguanas app. The biggest concern I had was delays in service and this is simply due to the restaurant not having enough staff. The staff simply do not stop for a second and they cannot cope with the number of tables they are trying to serve. They need more staff and then this would easily be a 5* review.

Food: - Was nice however portions extremely small - We paid £8.50 x 3 for 2 small tacos, no sides or anything - Cheese and bacon burger contained mystery spice, however was nice and good portion size - Drinks small and overpriced, £3.90 for less than half pint - Half the menu unavailable Service: - Absolutely appalled. - The servers themselves seemed lovely, however all of the service was done through an app, which charged us an £8 service fee - not optional. - All the servers did was bring food, drinks and sauces, no one checked if everything was okay - No napkins at all on the table Atmosphere: - We were sat outside the main seating of the restaurant so was quiet - Inside seemed a bit hectic, but again wasnt in there Extras: - Toilets were rank - Lots of steps to toilet - Chef was seen playing on his phone with no gloves as the kitchen was open

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday brunch at the Stratford branch. Laura, our server, was absolutely incredible and very attentive. She made sure we had ample amounts of cocktails and food for the duration of our booking, and ensured we had a wonderful experience.

The place completely lacked atmosphere, the staff are overworked, management are clearly terrible. Most menu items out of stock. Gluten free items especially. We ordered starters and mains butmi was told 25 mins after ordering that my starter was out of stock (gluten free option). The tables around us were a mess, full of dishes and glasses. It was clearly understaffed. Won't visit again.

Myself and family was not treated by member of lady staff today at15:26 pm at startford las iguanas Lady staff was very rude and very unapproachable She was taken the order in unprofessional manner with impolite attitude moreover I asked her to drain my water bottle in the sink she said she can’t touch the bottle if you want go and use the kitchen I asked the nearby restaurant she helped me straight away. This is the first bad experience for me and family from Stratford las iguanas!
