Latchford Kebab House in Warrington

Its been a while since anyone reviewed this pizza & kebab takeaway. I started using this place a year ago and as a takeaway its good. Friendly, fast service and well cooked tasty food. Not tried the pizza but very happy with the kebabs!. The kebabs are well cooked, tender moist chicken and usual tasty donners. The menu is extensive with various kebab options and extras. Overall, reporting as I find, this is a good takeaway, never had a bad experience so happy to recommend.

Never again. We have ordered from here for a couple of years (wife’s choice, definitely not mine) the Donna meat is “usually edible” but the chicken is awful (dark brown inside) once again tonight the order was wrong, missing food selection Then they delivered an alternative meal that wasn’t cooked enough and wrong sauce ..... it went in the bin..... waste of money and still hungry.

Absolutely awful!!! We called tonight for a takeaway we ordered 2 dinner in nan breads, they did our box of meat , then sat them on the side to go cold and then warmed pitta breads !! We both then said we told you twice nan bread!! The fella serving said you said pitta bread , we said no we told you nan , the manager then came to us and said we are only human and shouted at the fella for apologising to us !! And was extremely rude to us !! Hence never ever going there again plus when we got home the food was inedible and disgusting, we also had a deliverance few months ago from them when it took a couple of hours to arrive and completely the wrong order when I rang them !! Again very rude obnoxious manger /Proprietor was rude and arrogant!! Please don’t waste your money avoid them !! I’m so angry and annoyed that they were so rude !! Wouldn’t have been so bad if food was decent!!

Tried a kebab yesterday about 17.20 at a cost of £4.80 , the man who served me was actually just lighting the heater what sits behind the donor meat as though he was just starting to cook the donor meat , He passed on my order to another younger looking employee about a minute later my order was ready but where he got the meat from I have no idea . Anyway 5 minutes later back home I opened the plastic cover and saw what looked like old kebab meat and salad but not in the pitta bread this was on top . I took a bite and it was stone cold so it ended up in the microwave for 40 seconds , when I reached the salad the sauce mild chilli had made the salad a sickly sweet taste and the kebab meat was still inedible as though it was yesterday's kebab meat . Needless to say it ended up in the bin so this was a shocking and awful experience from this shop .

Really wouldn’t bother. Busy week wanting a simple, indulgent takeaway. Turned up after several phone calls 2 hours later after having succumbed already to egg on toast. Rubbishness and totally off the list.

We use them at least twice a week , best food ever. From the kebab's to the garlic mushrooms to the pizza. And best customer service always friendly. Food arrives always on time if not before time, plus piping fresh hot food. 😊

waited over an hour and food never came!!! wouldn’t answer calls! terrible had to get just eat to cancel my order and they couldn’t get through either. now we’re stuck waiting another hour for food from a different restaurant..will never order again that’s for sure!!!! idiots!!👎🏻

Chips were warm ups, tepid temperature very dry and dark brown. The chicken kebab was more like pulled pork, very dry and burnt meat. Will not be ordering from here again

Took 1hr 20mins to arrive and was like eating cardboard.... definitely won’t go again

very disappointed. usually ok here, but our delivery was totally wrong. shortchanged us with what was actually delivered. but was so late on couldn't wait for further delivery time to get it potentially resolved. just disappointing that can't get such a simple thing right

We placed an order at half 9. we were told there was a 20 minute delivery time. After an hour we received two wrong orders. We then called to complain and were told it would be 15 minutes. Another hour later and still nothing. Terrible service.

Ordered via Just Eat! Seems they now have Service Charge of .50p for no reason at all!!!! Wether you pay via cash or card. Better to order directly off the takeaway website, it they have one that is! Just Eat is a con! Making .50p off every order for no reason at all! Plus they make money off the takeaway too!!! Was also charged £1:00 for delivery with no delivery after an hour and a half! Had to collect. So was charged an extra £1.50 for sod all!! The two chaps in the shop where rushed off their feet though apologised. Two hours later.... : /

Chicken was rock hard, Chips were dreadful and flavourless, kebab was swimming in grease that that leaked into the bag and made the burger soggy On the plus side the can of Dr Pepper was nice

ordered a chicken & donner kebab for £6.90, what came was not breast or kebab meat. It was basically what was left all scraped into a tray. i had a few mouthfuls and it was full of bones. i couldnt tell what was donner and what was chicken. normally the chicken kebabs are ok but this time it was mostly skin, slimy red meat and hard balls of donner. disgusting.

Hi, Always good, only (minor) complaint is that the chilli sauce could do with being pepped up a bit. Must recommend the Garlic bread with doner, really nice.

Pizza was good, wrap was stale and crispy....not nice. Chips were poor.

We love the kebabs from here but disappointing when they read the orders comments and do half the requests but not the other half and send the kebab out without any sauce!

Little disappointed the food was all open and looked like it had been used in a rugby match . probably doesn't help being swung round upside down. can't complain about the food once we had sorted it out .

Another fantastic couple of pizzas. Although one was a few inches short. Nobody can justify losing a few inches. I had the £2 difference returned which was pleasing!

Although the food was ok they clearly did not read the notes asking for a receipt and a fork, also got the address wrong and no pitta bread !!!

I was that hungry I could of eaten a scabby donkey and this food certainly hit the spot.

I just ordered a 14 inch ham and mushroom what I actually got was a 14 inch mushroom tomato and onion and sweetcorn I'll be using Pizza Hut next door from now on

Food is normally great but tonight I ordered a Calzone with no cheese (yes, weird I know) I put a note in CAPS with **'s to highlight NO CHEESE but low and behold, when I come to tuck in, the stringy devil's ingredient was evident. I called the restaurant to state this fact and I was told that despite reading the note, they couldn't believe I didn't want cheese and so added it anyway!??! Thankfully I am not lactose intolerant and sat here like Professor Klump.. After a heated discussion the restaurant offered to send me a CHEESE FREE replacement but I was passed it by then. If you have any dietary or personal requirements I would recommend calling this place after you order even if you add a note. #nocheese #cheesgate

Sometimes brilliant sometimes just alright but we regularly use them as I love their chilli sauce, their fries and their onion rings! Donner is usually good and garlic bread is a bit hit and miss. I would recommend for a kebab it is my local and my fave. Reasonable price and fast service.

Firstly i didnt get what i ordered, you missed out my portion of chips and also gave me 2 pitta breads instead of 2 naan breads. Secondly you gave me a garlic bread when i didnt order it. Now about the food, well what can i say the food was cooked to a poor standard, donner meat was uncooked. My order was way too overpriced and the food did not reflect what i paid for it no way! Im sorry but you need to either reduce the prices on your menu or learn how to cook.
