Latte Lounge in Doncaster

Esta fue la segunda visita para mi amigo y yo. Estábamos deseando una gran rebanada de tarta de queso. No nos decepcionaron. El pastel estaba delicioso, el té y el café perfectos y el servicio excepcional. Hay un ambiente tan agradable.

Hermoso ambiente cálido con alimentos frescos de alta calidad. El personal va más allá para ayudar con mi familiar discapacitado y son muy amables y atentos. Volví aquí una y otra vez y no puedo imaginar ir a Doncaster sin una visita.

¡Éramos como niños mirando a través de la ventana llena de golosinas hermosas! Entramos y nos encontramos siendo bienvenidos por todo el personal, hicimos nuestros pedidos y chico no nos decepcionó. Las bebidas y pasteles eran increíbles! ¡Nos llevó a mí y a mi otra mitad a la fábrica de tartas de queso en San Francisco, en la parte superior de la tienda Macy’s! Ve, no te decepcionarás...

Lugar encantador para el almuerzo o simplemente café y pastel. El mejor lugar en Doncaster. El personal es excelente y muy agradable. Marcas completas para todos. La comida es excelente y las porciones son grandes.

Llamé para bebidas calientes y pastel. El servicio fue rápido y eficiente. El té era excelente werving la esposa de té descafeinado como se ordenó. Los pasteles eran magníficos. Buena visita.

The cakes attracted us - oh so many delicious looking ones on display. Had lunch - a refreshing elderflower lemonade (highly recommend on a warm day) and a BBQ pulled pork and cheese toastie - very tasty. Friendly helpful staff, very clean inside

3 amazing gf cakes in amongst a huge selection . Allergy aware . Big portions. Friendly staff Nice environment . Strongly recomended

It's a beautiful place to stop by. I came here for my birthday with my mum and sister, I had a wonderful time. Nice atmosphere, very kind and friendly staff. The cakes are beautifully designed at The Latte Lounge and are very delicious. I would highly recommend this place.

Always excellent service and top quality food with seasonal treats. The cauliflower and chestnut soup is superb.

Wow what a gem on the ground floor of The Frenchgate. Fabulous. Mouthwatering cakes. Friendly staff. Amanda looked after us really well. Thank you. Offering a box to put my cake in as the portion was too much to eat in one go. My friend however had no trouble eating hers. Highly recommend this fabulous place. We will be returning on our next visit to Donny.

Absolutely brilliant place to visit with a large selection of food and cakes very pleasant staff clean and a cosy atmosphere enjoyed every minute of our visit

Came here for coffee and cake. Both were delicious, in an ideal world the elephant foot would have fresh cream but it was nice. Husband had fruit cake and cheese, massive portions. Coffee was Black Forest flavour and just lovely. But have to mention how lovely and friendly the staff were, they are a credit to you. The lady that served us was really chattty and friendly. Well done all of you, a very nice experience x

Came today for a slice of cake and a cuppa and a treat for my little boy. He loves going to coffee shops. Ordered our drinks and cake. For the man taking the order not listening literally repeated my order 4 times and then ordered my little boys and same happened again then ordered my mum's tea cake no problem which I thought. Our cake came mine thankfully fine my little boys wrong. I said I'm sorry this the wrong cake I ordered normal cake not cheese cake I repeated numerous times like I did for my cake. She went ok no worries I will sort it really sorry. I'm guessing manager came up and apologised and asked. I explained I repeated numerous times my order and my little boys and still got it wrong. She said it will be sorted and apologised again. Which I said it's ok no worries. Suddenly the man server came up and argued with me saying I ordered cheesecake I said no I repeated numerous times my order and he stormed away without apologising. Then to find out when asking a different server cos this server avoiding us now that he didn't put in my mum's teacake in! Then when paying for my order the man should have changed the order and he didn't! When ready to leave the lady said was everything ok in the end. I was polite and said yeah cake was nice but clearly I made the man mad with how he approached me and stormed off. She said not to worry and apologises and apparently he does this all the time. Clearly this man is in the wrong job and needs help with delivering customer service skills. This was meant to be a nice treat and given I suffer with anxiety this was not a nice experience and was constantly on edge. As well as given how expensive it is here you expect to be given much better service from staff. The lady was lovely who dealt with me, couldn't have dealt with it any better. However this has put me off coming again and won't be coming in again!

Called in yesterday morning for coffee, and the place was so nice that we called back again in the afternoon for tea. Good coffee, excellent tea, very friendly staff and spotlessly clean toilets. Recommended.

Very nice venue with great staff. Food was fantastic (millions hot chocolate with bacon, cranberry and Brie tostie ). Great portions and tasted great, quick but very good service. We will definitely be returning to try out the cake selection which looked fantastic.

Can I just say what an amazing place this is ! Been in twice now ! Within 5 mins you are greeted with a lovely hot drink on nice clean little tables! The atmosphere is great everyone chatting away ! The staff were efficient and could move unlike some young of today! The food was top notch as I watched it all coming out so well presented! It’s a credit to the management there !! Well done and we’ll run!! There’s no need to give this place any negative reviews cos they certainly don’t deserve it !!! It gets a ten me

Latte Lounge is an excellent place to visit. Whether you just want a drink, a cake or something more substantial, the food is always excellent and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. I have introduced a number of people to Latte lounge and will continue to do so.

Stopped off here while visiting Doncaster and really enjoyed my pot of coffee for one - though quite expensive, it was worth the money as the coffee was mellow and flavoursome, and I got 3 cups of coffee out of the pot. My hubby had a pot of tea for one, and said it was a good quality tea - he is a tea aficionado so knows a good cuppa when he tastes it,

I am a new customer of LATTE LOUNGE, 20 St Sepulchre Gate, FrenchGate shopping centre, Doncaster, DN1 1SR. The Staff are Hostile and Unprofessionl, in their behaviour towards new Customers and do NOT welcome someone who has been shopping and therefore, seeks something to eat. The LATTE LOUNGE Staff are Unpleasant. The Area Manager should employ new Staff.

We paid a quick stop off at this coffee shop whilst having time to kill between trains. The service was attentive and friendly with a large selection of goodies available to eat in or take away.
