Came here with friends for a birthday and was really disappointed. Totally overpriced cocktails with miminum alcohol in them. The music was awful, dodgy 80s & 90s far too load its distorted. The decor isn't great and the service at the bar is slow. For what this place is charging its a joke and just not worth it Good views of Bournemouth though, all be it of the city not the sea

We went here for drinks after some lunch. The decor in the bar is lovely! We had PLENTY of cocktails each one was very delicious. The lady who was making the cocktails was really nice and even noticed when she forgot to give me a straw and bought one over (in tongs which I was impressed with after having a bad experience in the restaurant) all the staff were friendly. Would come back here!

We visited as a group of 7 for a birthday celebration, as were arrived early for lunch we were quickly shown to our table and drinks orders taken. Part of the group arrived a bit later and by this time the restaurant was getting busy - The lady was trying her best, but they were woefully understaffed for a Saturday lunchtime.Drinks were particularly slow arriving, but the food wasn't exactly speedy either. The starters were very nice (I can recommend the Chorizo & Sweet Potato Croquettes, the Banana Blossom Croquettes were nice, but probably not worth the cost (£7) and I wouldn't go for them again). After such good starters the mains were a bit disappointing - I went for the BBQ chicken melt. It was nice, but it wasn't amazing. There are a LOT of possible combinations of food so anyone could find a meal to suit their preferences.I would visit again, but I hope the short staffing was a one-off situation during our visit and not a normal occurrence.

We popped in for a mid-afternoon snack. Service was great, a lovely lady behind the counter, friendly and welcoming. Two of us had apple pie, delicious, one of the best apple pies I have tasted. The coffee however, wasn't great. it couldn't really be called coffee to be honest, it was worst than an instant coffee. I would return just for the apple pie.

We visited Toby for a carvery. We were so impressed that I had to leave a review . Our waitress Gilly was superb. She was so bubbly, helpful, polite and very efficient with great advice, over and above her job. The chef at the carvery Mitch, was also very helpful and smiley . The meat was moist and tasty and the veg was hot and tasty, although the sprouts were a little underdone. My mother in law, a very good cook herself, said the apple pie was the best she had eaten. We will definitely be going back and gave no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.
