London Velo in Lewisham

In London for work and the best breakfast we could have asked for! We both ordered the breakfast bagel deal and it was clear it was cooked fresh - very balanced breakfast which is rare when working away really helped set us up for the day. Friendly staff and great atmosphere- 100% will be back whenever in the area.

Me encantan los bagels de aquí. Son deliciosos. Todos ellos. El café también es bueno. Definitivamente un lugar para probar para el desayuno o el almuerzo si estás en Deptford. El equipo de la tienda de bicicletas también es una de las personas más agradables y los he usado varias veces para reparar bicicletas.

Great food. I order flat white but was not warm enough. The bagel is amazing. Price on point but not happy with the resident dog roaming around. It's ok doesn't cause any harm but not a fan

Went to get my rust-bucket of a bike looked at (it's a old monster most shops have turned away). Staff were welcoming, cafe was buzzing and warm. Waited patiently and was rewarded with honest feedback on my bike - the staff definitely knew their stuff. And the hot chocolate was amazing

Staff were cold, not overly helpful but ultimately rude. Service was poor, said they would turn around in less time than they did and I had to ring them to find out that my bike was ready... Work completed was ok however there was significant damage to spokes causing both structural as well as cosmetic damage!

we came here just for a quick coffee and it was super nice. The foam on the macchiato was well done. it's a very nice and cosy place and very cleaned. the staff is nice and friendly I won't give them 5 stars because we wanted a banana bread which was among the other cakes but they told us it was already sold! next time keep it on the side

Happy to always go there. A good combination of a cafe and a bike shop. A coffee included in the price while your bike gets fixed. I'd prefer if they put saucers under the cups though. I prefer the sound when you put the cup on it - it completes the experience. A small price to pay, admittedly on the fussy side of things. I bet most people don't give a toss about saucers

De los dos días que estuvimos en la zona, fuimos a este sitio tan peculiar, aprovechan el local para arreglar y vender bicicletas, de ahí “velo”. Nos encantaron tanto el desayuno con bagres como el plato con varias cosas, como salmón, espinacas, tomates, humus, huevos revueltos, tostada, falafel.... después de un desayuno como estos no vuelves a tener hambre hasta las 5 de la tarde. 100% RECOMENDABLE.

Place looks pretty cool. I asked the young lady what time it opens. She did reply but didn’t seem very pleased. That’s okay, I’ll stick with The Coffee Room.

Found this place yesterday. Will be going back for breakfast today as well. Top quality coffee and fresh, interesting food. An oasis of calm in a busy place.

自転車屋さんとカフェが一緒になった不思議なお店ですが、居心地よく、老若男女問わず人気のお店です。しかし混み合っているわけ ではなく、ゆったり本を読んだり、パソコンを開いたり、子供達とお喋りしながら食事をしたり、楽しみ方は人それぞれで、とても落ち着く空間です。ヴィーガンランチのファラフェルと、抹茶ラテが甘すぎず美味しかったです。

Great spot for breakfast, excellent chorizo and spinach cooked option and my wife loved the granola and yoghurt. Great company showed up under the table with the cafes resident pooch!

Popped in here because I was peckish and had the best Bagel I've ever had. Bacon and avocado.... absolutely delicious. My husband had an oat milk latte and said it was equally good. We'll definitely be back with friends to enjoy coffee and perhaps lunch. Thank you.

I was taken there by my friends. Lovely and healthy breakfast. We had sandwiches with humus, avocado and sun dried tomatoes on a sour dough bread, yogurt and goat cheese, humus and dates on a ciabatta and great coffees. The staff was helpful and friendly. Will come again

Looking to open my own place and so visiting lots of coffee houses particularly cycling focused. Very understated yet balanced offering and environment. My new fav place to sup coffee. Chapeau all at London Velo

I love this place! Was in the middle of my commute this morning and gears were sloppy. They sorted me out straight away and are so friendly. The food looks amazing and they serve Union coffee. This is the kind of place we need more...

Great place to relax and drink amazing coffee. Lovely smiling staff and nice deals on the bike stuff. I was watching the mechanic servicing a bike and was impressed with his job. I will definitely service my bike in this workshop next time.

Really cool vibe. Stopped by the cafe on a Saturday morning and grabbed a bacon and avocado bagel (sublime) and a cappuccino. The layout is really quirky and I could take my bike in without having to lock outside. Definitely recommend a visit!
