Honestly paid £7 for medium chips chicken few chips in a small box not worth the cost. shocking the wait I had to wait for three items half hour.

£7 for medium kebab meat and chips as soon as I saw it was being served up in a square shaped polystyrene container. I knew this was going to be a pathetic sized portion. Just glad I opted for the medium sized portion and not the small I direct to think how rubbish that would have been after all the £7 meal was lousy topped off with a can of Coke for £1.30. I was not impressed it would seem the business is now under new ownership as The last time I came the portion was huge piping hot and nowhere near £7 and I add that was after Covid.

Delicious food, generous prices and great owners. Service is kept concise despite busy times

Ordered tonight via uber eats . Was missing a large battery sauage and chips. This place is getting beyond a joke now. This is not the 1st time a item has been missing. Think we will use a different chip shop

Ordered on Just Eat, at around 8pm, waited until 10pm and food never arrived, asked for a refund but apparently food had already been delivered?

Had fish and chips from them for the past couple of weeks. Fish cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. Both the chips and the fish tasted excellent, and their curry sauce is yummy.

Food was cold and chips were hard

got the food wrong then extremely arrogant on the phone, when wanting the correct items we ordered

Ordered before never had a bad service before. But last nights doner meat was horrible, chips and nuggets soggy as they had been sat waiting for a driver I assume as delivery time kept getting pushed back. Hope its just a one off. Probs will try agai

didn't get our chips then when tried to speak to them the bloke couldn't even understand us. he said he was bring more chips but half of our food is cold. awful service!

Absolutely shocking customer service. All the money I spend with these and then our order got sent to someone else. who then decided to take half the food out for the driver to then come to us all opened up cold and soggy. For the manager to then say it’s not his problem so now I’m 36 quid down with 3 kids absolutely starving who was expecting something. Would have thought they looked after very often returning customers better if honest. Won’t be returning anymore

Food never arrived contacted them and manager said ok and then hung up first time. Then called back for them to say they will send fresh food. This never happened and received nothing at all

Fish and chips was nice but my husband had the kebab and he said it was the worst doner kebab he’s ever had, delivery time was 50 minutes just for 1 fish 1 kebab and a portion of chips which seemed very long

Notes not read AGAIN … also rang to confirm what I wanted and never got it AGAIN 3rd time this has happened food is nice but never seem to get the order right which is annoying

I asked for cabbage lettuce and onion. All I got was onion a a tiny bit of soggy wet lettuce. Also the smallest portion of chips I’ve ever seen, and cold.

the mushy peas are a green i have never seen before and tataste sooooooo salty will not be ordering them again 2 large chips are the size of 2 smalls, crazy... I feel I will go back to Royal chippy as the quality of the food is much better

Ordered on just eat kebab missing so rang the shop who were rude and saying the item was in the bag but I can assure you it was not they asked for order number and address and said they will look for it and hung the phone up on me . No surprise with how rude they were on the phone but no kebab sent or any contacts back from them. This is the second time items missing from my order from them.

ordered a few times and never had an issue. food is always great only thing is need a tad more salt and vinegar. next time order I'll write on note but overall can't complain its decent chippy. Will continue to order

Absolutely shocking service we ordered our food online and hour before we wanted to collect went to collect and still had to wait another 35minutes for our order it's not good at all no apologies either

Delivery took 2 hours to arrive. Poor customer service when i rang up as no information was given about delivery time. Then they hung up when i was mid conversation. When food did eventually arrive the fish was very soggy

Absolutely no problems . Used this Chip Shop a lot and they cook the fish fresh and the chips. And everything I've had so far has been spot on. Service good.

This place has gone downhill since being taken over. They had time to decorate my delivery bag, but couldn’t deliver warm food. Doner meat is inedible. Bloke on the phone can’t understand much English to listen to any issues.

When ringing up to find out the delivery time, the member of staff cancelled my call and repeatedly did so after my order took so long as i rang again to chase. I have ordered from here before but after such a disgraceful way of dealing with their customers, i will not be ordering or visiting here again.

Delivery time over 90 mins. Food arrived cold, tasted like they had dropped the whole salt pot onto the chips, and I love salt. Not edible at all. Now I see why they don't put a contact number on.

Ordered a chicken nuggets special and pita bread ( for delivery). When my order arrived my chips were missing! All that arrived was chicken nuggets and a pita bread, the tray of chips was not there. I tried to ring you to ask where my food was however there was no answer for the 30 minutes that I tried to ring! What’s the point in called yourself a chip shop when you forget to send the chips! I will not be using you again!

Ordered 2 special meals. One was plain sausage and chips other was battered sausage and chips. Received 2 plain sausages. The receipt confirmed I had ordered a battered sausage. Disappointed but just eat refunded the cost of the incorrect meal
