Every time we order from this restaurant they always say it’s been delivered when it’s not just to get the stats up, food is usually good but DO NOT expect it to be on time

Soup, special fried rice & lotus buns including delivery came to roughly £20. Nice for a treat, especially crab soup

My third order tonight - great food and always cooked within 10minutes, even on a Saturday night (I always collect it). I’m vegan and not every Chinese takeaway caters well or has tofu, but the tofu & vegetable chow mein I get from Lotus is delicious and it’s a great portion size too. The lady at the counter is really welcoming too. I’ll be back again soon!

probably the best chinese takeaway I've had in years....not over flavoured or seasoned...not full of msg...just right.

Food was great and restaurant accommodated a request without question. Was allowed to opt for a time and it came about 20-30 minutes later so would suggest to allow extra time

For some reason paid by card but did not go through despite having the money in the account. Food was average at best considering last time it was lovely i was very disappointed this time.

Foot was hot but that’s as good as it gets. BBQ sauce was tasteless and su mai were the worse I’ve tasted. Very poor, won’t be using again 👎

Salt and pepper chips were far too salty! I didn’t realise you already did them proper salted or wouldn’t have asked for more, overall nice. But chips were too overwhelming.

Ordered from here a few times now and haven’t been disappointed yet. Their spring rolls are some of the nicest I’ve had and their Salt and Pepper chips have the perfect amount of seasoning. Every time I’ve ordered they’ve been early or on time. Really recommend!

Absolutely terrible would not order again from there. Salt and pepper box, full of chips hardly no chicken in it or anything. Sausage was re cooked or re heated as you could smash a window with it, absolutely horrified

Really nice hot and sour soup and really nice char sui fried rice. wings had too much sauce so put them in the air fryer for 10 mins out of the sauce and they was great 👍

Our go to Chinese, always lovely food! I ordered ribs for the first time tonight- sauce was nice but I personally wasn’t a fan (there was nothing wrong with them, just my taste), we had a big order and we enjoyed every thing else.

Waiting nearly 2hrs and only got sent out when chased up? To add the food was dry and lacking any quality. I ordered special fried rice and honestly it was dry egg fried rice with only chicken and some prawns in it. Not the special fried rice I normally get from other places. I will not be ordering from here again as it was not good in any way.

Our food was absolutely delicious, very authentic. Tastes reminded me of my grandmas cooking who was Chinese. If congee is ever put on the menu I’ll definitely try it! Food was piping hot and a little late, worth the wait though and we did order a lot. Definitely ordering again. Maybe other English options as there wasn’t much choice for the fussy eaters. And more seafood :-)

Food arrived cold, chips were as though they’d been sitting there for some time. Overall disappointing.

absolutely spot on food was nice full of flavour free bottle of pepsi and spring rolls only bad point the chicken and sweetcorn soup was missing the sweetcorn slightly wasn't enough of it so lacked flavour other than that was perfect will order again

The chicken is slimy and doesn’t look like any chicken I’ve seen before - it is inedible. A waste of a takeaway as we had to leave the chicken - a meal of boiled rice and noodles - great 🤬 To the owners- use real chicken not whatever this is.
