Luke warm even the salad 🥗 absolute joke the waiting time food has gone down the pan 😕

Said food had left had to wait 35 min from shop to delivery food was cold

only thing I don't like is the pineapple on a veg pizza but good overall

Cold food, ordered a Hawaiian , got a margarita, was over an hour late, called to ask where it was was, staff were rude and put the phone down

Ordered the mega kebab for the 2nd time amazing again the chicken tastes unreal. We can never finish it and the the low price is great for how much you get.

Not great, my colleague just threw up from having the parmo wrap... Pizza was cold.. Ordered a Fanta and got a tango... I dislike tango

Cant fault this pizza shop at all - they always read the notes I leave them and foods always delivered warm and never late - spot on 👍

Waited 30 mins more than I should have for the food being delivered, also when the pizza and kebab were delivered, the pizza was cold and most of the chips were hard and inedible. Kebab was nice however there was far too much garlic sauce on it, so you couldn’t taste the kebab at alll.

It’s good and the food it was nice so I recommend you should eat here at this good takeaway

This place was terrible 10 years ago and it’s still terrible today, how does a place remain open so long when they sell food that’s about as appetising as the contents of a sink after washing up and pouring the water out of the tub? Food half an hour late and not only terrible but cold as well. This place needs shutting down, why I gave it another chance after having a bad experience here years ago I’ll never know. Shocking

didn't even turn up. if you are going to open on new years eve make sure you can deliver on the day. food didn't turn up and I can only imagine if it did it would be cold. terrible service

We ordered our takeaway way before closing time. Had not received an update regarding whether it was out for delivery. Then revieved an update stating ‘enjoy your food’

Drinks that we paid for didn’t come

Ordered food over two hours ago. Rang to be told it had left the shop and wouldn’t be long. Rang again half an hour later and asked for a refund. States it will be 5 minutes. Still waiting. No online update. No text message update.

Still not arrived - waiting just under 3 hours. Rang 3 times within an hour and the first time advised it’s on way. Still not arrived.

Took forever to get delivered - and the delivery driver was just sat in his car on his phone didn’t both getting out until I went out after ringing the shop 3 times and getting told ‘it’s nearly 3’ we waited 3 hours for our food and on the last phone call he said the delivery driver was ‘at my door’ he wasn’t at my door he was just sat in his car !! Will definitely not be ordering from here again absolutely FUMING!!!

ordered 7pm arrived at 9.30pm. rang shop twice to be told on first call it would be 15mins as juat leaving shop then 30mins later rang to be told 5mins as they had just taken pizza out of oven....waited a futher 30mins before it arrived

Got given the wrong order (mushroom pizza???) and a box of soggy wet kebab. Called the shop, they couldn’t find my order, said they’ll resend it back out… order never turned up shock. Would not recommend, minging.

This was an expensive mistake. Fyi to anyone ordering a kebab.. the sauce comes on top of the kebab not separate they just don't tell you. They also put the meat on top of your salad mmm warm salad. The London Garlic was not nice at all, The pizza was over cooked on top and left to cool before the chips were put on so the chips fell off when you took slice (the chips are supposed to sink into hot gooey cheese) but there was no gooey cheese (sigh). Quality of food doesn't match the price.

I ordered a two kids meals,one was a parmesan with chips,one was a pizza,however no chips with pizza,food was really nice and hot on delivery and delivery driver pleasant,very disappointed being let down with no chips with kids pizza.

Absolutely disgusting. We ordered last night. My partner got the chicken tikka wrap and has got food poising. These people obviously don't care about what food they are serving us. Only care about the money. We will be reporting them. Please don't order from here

food was nice but customer service was poor. I had selected a specific time for delivery but the order was 45mins, they prepared the food after I rang up.

Delivery was 1hr late, ordere food at 7.05pm for delivery for 8.05pm but was not delivered till 9pm. After ringing and asking an update they had forgot about order, then said 10mins but still 20mins later no sign, so I rang back and they said it was outside but still no sign food arrived 1hr late which was ordered 2hrs in advance. Absolutely poor customer service, I will not be ordering again as this is the 2nd time this has happened to me from this takeaway.

Called 4 times wasn’t delivered until 9:20 after being told it was 2 mins away nearly an hour before they had put on just eat it had already been deliver last call we told them to cancel food and give us a refund they said they would refund and deliver it no refund and came cold.
