The food was great and the server was so polite when my 5 year old broke a glass dish with ice cream in it he gave him another ice cream for free and didn’t charge for the broken dish 5/5 amazing will be back.

Food was amazing! Went with my friends and good prices too. Definitely one of the best chicken fillet burgers I've had 😋😋 Chicken was juicy and will definitely be back! Really nice music, top service and manners!

Great food at a reasonable price per portion. The burger and fries tasted fresh, which I found to be tasty and I didn’t have to wait long for it. The milkshake was delicious. Overall good experience for service, food and the environment.

Fantastic smash burgers but the worst Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. Looked like war food. Definitely needs switching up!

I don't quite understand the hype around this place. Normally, I don't like to criticize food, but when you're paying a premium, you expect at least decent quality. The smash burger was just average, and the onions weren’t properly caramelized. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming, especially the guy at the counter with the beard and earring—he had a bit of a bad attitude. The sauce on the grilled chicken was pretty basic, and the chicken fillet itself was lacking flavor. The fries were undercooked, and to top it off, the entire meal was cold when it arrived.

Ordered takeout, food was nice but it wasn’t the burgers i ordered. Ordered a “proper burger” which read as a 6oz patty, in English to me that is one patty that weighs 6oz. I got 2 smash burgers instead, i don’t like smash burgers.

Mac no cheese , a bowl is not a platter i felt scammed

The corn on the cob smelt awful it was like it was made a few days before and just warmed ans same with the wings. There were no knife and folks either.

The mega fried share platter is absolutely great value for money. You get a lot of food for your money. You get 2 burgers, chips, chicken strips, a pot of chicken gravy and 2 drinks for under £15 which is an absolute bargain. The burgers are quite big, taste fresh and the seeded buns are good quality. The chicken is well seasoned and crispy and the gravy is something else. Better than kfc gravy in my opinion. Will be eating here again.

Unfortunately, I won't be ordering again. The chips were dry and not fresh, and the chicken burger was also very dry. The portion size was much smaller than expected, and I paid extra for a beef burger with gherkins, but they weren't included. Overall, I am very disappointed and won't be a returning customer.

I'll get the negative out of the way first I did NOT enjoy the macaroni cheese one bit. I'm not saying this was the case, but it was reminiscent of something you might get from a tin HOWEVER, the rest of the food - the chops and the mash, were great

A great family friendly diner! Really impressed with the food here! We ordered a variety of foods. From steak, to chicken platters. The chips are buttery. The steak is good and the peppercorn sauce elevates the flavour! The chicken platter, lime and herb was delicious! The macaroni was light, could do with some grilled cheese on top but definitely one for kids who eat beige foods only. Easy to access with parking on the side of the building. Large portions, I’d highly recommend!!

Food was great. Upgraded fries to loaded fries and was a small portion in comparison to last time I had it but was all really tasty and good delivery.

Bossman didn’t read the notes but came early with warm food

Normally have no issue with orders, always get correct food, however this evening, recieved Chili Cheese bites instead of chicken nuggets, no chicken gravy with one of the meals and note wasn't followed with reference to the sauce on the burger.

Never had a bad meal from Luckys! Their hot sauce is outrageous, needs to be added to the dips section! 😂

I ordered the chicken burger and my friend had the Route 66 burger and I can honestly say they were the worst I’ve ever had from Luckys. My friend was up all night throwing up, and the chips were so awful I barely managed to eat more than 6 of them.

I used to visit Lucky's a lot before I moved away from the area, and it did get a bit hit and miss with the food. However on this visit the food was on point, very tasty and compared to where I live now amazing value too !

Mashallah amazing food, its halal value for money portions are great, amazing staff very friendly and helpful. Lets start with the delicious Angus Beef Burgers the patty was juicy and tender, the sauces in the burger were delicious. The loaded fries, very cheesy and delicious. BBQ wings and BBQ tenders again very delicious. The staff very happy go lucky and very helpful. I am definitely going here again and soon.

Ordered from here one time and it was amazing , so I decided to order again . Ordered barbecue wings and this time the wings didint have much barbecue sauce , there was only barbecue in one side , it wasn’t tossed in barbecue sauce as usual , the spicy wings had no flavour at all just tasted bland, tomato and spicy Knowing that we paid extra for flavours it’s really disappointing, 28£ for 2 meals of wings basically DO BETTER PLEASE , our money it’s not a joke , you only had one job …

burger wasn't same as normally

Absolutely love Lucky's, we go once a fortnight and we all have a favourite. Amazing value for money and everything is fresh and full of flavour.

Not how it used to be. Chicken is always nice. But the meat isn’t great taste abit mushy. Plus I’ve woke up with the worst cramps. Used to love Luckys to the point we was obsessed how amazing it used to be

absolutely blown away recieved my order within 15 minutes and the food was immense. Well worth the price for the portion size.

Cleanest, freshest and tastiest food. And we got 40% off! Platters were exceptional. Only thing I’d say is the platter was advertised as with large fries but I’d say they were medium. Other than that sauces , drinks, packaging, delivery time everything was on point. Best food ever. Will be ordering regularly. We usually go in but will be ordering delivery aswell. Thanks!

First time trying this place and it’s 10/10. Steak Mac n cheese was absolutely lovely

The meals were nice but we ordered cake with custard and I feel the custard should have been in a separate pot because the cake was soggy by the time it got here

Lamb chops were cooked perfectly very tasty. Smash burger was juicy and fresh, chicken was hot and fresh my only note is possibly wrap the chicken separately from the chips with the meal. Since both were stuffed in a tiny box they were soggy instead of crispy

Burger meal was standard and loaded fries was ok. Nothing special. The mango mocktail was really nice and i would recommend that. I would go again to try out the other items on the menu. On this occasion it deserves 3 stars.

Deliveries are always a bit late. The food is always great but something has been missing almost every time we have ordered, fries missing from burger meals, drinks missing and a full wrap missing. Tasty but won't be ordering again!

One of the best takeaways in the area! Food cooked really well, hot fresh crispy chips, quick delivery and received everything I ordered. Order through their own website! Only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the jam roly poly. It was more of a swiss roll, it was cakey. But it still tasted good 👍

Good delivery time but as a waffle connoisseur, definitely not the best waffles I’ve had. They weren’t fluffy all the way through, felt like they needed more time to cook. I requested no strawberries on my waffles, so imagine my surprise when I open my order and there’s a load of strawberries??
