Ordered a pizza and chips last night through justeat but the chips were cold and the pizza was not warm either not happy

Tasty food as always, fast delivery and the service is excellent. My favourite takeaway in Macc

Foods nice but the service is shocking ..I eat from here a lot but the last 3 deliveries have been over 2 hours wait an when I phone they tell me another 20 mins an then they ignore the calls but if I phone off another number they answer ....I won’t be ordering from here again

Just to summarize in few words, my friend had organized a family function inviting 25 people for a party with snacks and ensured and paid to the Takeaway for the order to be delivered sharp at 7:30pm. We expected them to arrive on time however ignored for first 30 mins calling them seeking 5 mins time on each call. As the situation kept worsening we decided to walk to the store to check the issue and here the chaos begins. (The takeaway shop to their house walking is 200 steps or 0.1mile which hardly takes 2 mins to reach) The owner was busy packing the pizzas and firm that it has just been 42 mins of delay and they did not have a driver to collect the items to get delivered. My friend was very unhappy with their behavior as apology would have helped to get things eased but the owner was on and on. At the end what made me write this as follows : 1. We provide you discount on orders. (Discount is a part of your business and you offer it on your convenience. It's not a mandate and you have every right to deny) 2. We are Asian and we thought you are brother and made every possible arrangement for you. (My friend, we are customer and you are business, you decide and we pay / yesterday apology mattered rather than these words). 3. We made efforts to deliver this order Hot and well cooked. (If I was in your place, I would have delivered 2-2 hot pizza's single time walking which would have saved the time, cost and would make a good impression as you were staffed for 3 at your shop and managing them for 240secs (4mins tü-ən-ˈfrō) would not be a challenge.) - My opinion completely personal. Overall this impacted you negatively as the guests were well aware about the place (Macc Flames) we ordered. Hope you take this positively to improve and think bit differently which could have saved this hassle. Regards, R

absolutely awful ordered at a park said it would take an hour and 20 minutes for delivery. ended up being almost three hours late by then already left the park.Then had the cheek to say they was in the right and i was wrong on phone call hoping to get a refund if not they should close down didn’t even end up getting the food .

Disgusting. They touch their dirty mobile then money then the bread that you are supposed to eat

Burger had alot of volume and taste but chips weren't doing it for me. Overall would come again for a late night snack.

One of the worst hotel in macclesfied, delivery was late by 45 mins and hotel owner was arguing and was not even saying sorry. never order anything from this man.worst hotel. He should read my review and must sorry for his gesture.

Shocking service. Ordered at 7.20pm just 1 kebab. After 2 phone calls asking where it was i was told their was a fault with the just eat system but i didnt order through just eat so that wasn't relvant to my order and was told it would be out next. 30mins later still no kebab called back its on the way I'm told food arrived at 9pm just after my call. So 1hr 35mins wait for a kebab that arrived and my husband wasnt happy with the size or quantity of meat. Free delivery or free food would of been a nice guesure in way of appology for the late delivery. I also received an email with someone else's address and order on asking for payment which I replied to to let them know it was wrong.

Absolutely awful kebab last night! Always had their fried chicken before and very nice but these kebabs were dreadful!

This is the worst place to eat in this area. They don't even understand their own menu. Get the order wrong. Rude. Arrogant. Take your money. Demand you pay in cash. Staff working cash only??? Have reported to HMRC and DWP and immigration services. Will also be reporting to Trading Standards for hygiene. They need to shut it DOWN!

They was very careful about my specific allergies and delivered a fantastic takeaway and its like they always seem to give decent and filling portions. Prices are great compared to some other places in mac. Would always recommend. Family loves it. I love it. 10 /10 on that Asian style pizza, absolutely bargain

Ordered a large donnor, wasn’t very big , £6:50 wasn’t a bad price but wasn’t very filling , nan bread was nice, over all I wouldn’t order that again , wish I had eaten at home

Went last night ordered mixed kebab on pitta, to be told no chicken available and no pitta available. I was told this after they had taken my payment, didn't mention no chicken/ pitta before I paid. They Offered nan instead of pitta and extra lamb as no chicken. On opening at home...I had 3 pieces of lamb!! If this was 'extra' I wonder how many pieces you get normally. There were 2 shami kebabs in stead of one I presumed. But that in my eyes doesn't compensate for no chicken. They stated I would be given extra lamb. Really poor and unimpressed.

Quick crowd pleaser food for the teens in the house but shame the sauce was put over everything (rather than separate) as meant fussy eater (who hates all sauce) wouldn’t eat anything (and it was her birthday :( )

Waited over 1.5hrs for below average pizza 🍕 Should have spent £23.40 elsewhere. Pricey for mediocre food!! (TESCO's finest pizza at £5.50 tastes far better) Won't use them again!!

The laziest people on earth. Who takes one hour in giving you wings and chips where you don't give any source with that or even sprinkle some salt.

1hr late, cold and missing items

Order came almost 2 hours late, but with it being a Saturday night I can understand they are always busy around that time. I did ask for BBQ sauce base but got tomato instead but I ain't a fussy person anyways. They refunded me in cash for the ice cream though which was good because the ice cream I ordered wasn't available. Pizza was still nice as always!! Still my favourite takeaway compared to the rest of the ones in Macclesfield.

Not even worth one star this place, ordered through JustEat and got an estimated time of 30 minutes, 25 minutes later, they updated the way time to an hour, that hour past, and a further 15 minutes before I started calling them but just got a messaging service, after the 10th time of trying I managed to get through and when I asked about my order, they unbelievably said that it was just about to go in the oven !!!!, they said it would be another 20 minutes or so I cancelled the order, if my pizza had not gone in the oven, then they must’ve known when I ordered it two hours previous that it was going to take that long. Therefore they are putting false delivery times on the app in the hope that you will not cancel, this place should be closed down, and also just realised they only have a mark of one for hygiene rating

When they get it right they’re great, but they take too long and mislead about when the order will arrive! When you initially order, just be honest!

First time ordering here , I’m not a fan of kebabs unlike my husband, it was absolutely delicious not covered in grease and came on time … will be ordering again!.

Just lately food taking way too long to be delivered, well over an hour, tried ringing but you can’t get through, last time was told a mobile number on site as problem with phone that was a lie. Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered my food at 11.40pm and have only just got it now(2am). What an absolute joke of a takeaway and my food is cold.

Tried to con me over the price and then didn't put my full order in. Food that I did get was good though

Got a box meal with a chicken piece and donner meat - the biggest chicken piece I have ever received in a box meal and it was damn tasty too 😂

Really bad. Waited over 2 hours for delivery after ordering at just after 5pm the food arrived after 3 phone calls at around 7:20. The food was just warm and was very disappointing. My partner found what looked like plastic parts in the cheesy chips and was put off without eating the rest. When ordering we should have been advised of a staff shortage as that’s what the driver blamed. Will not be using again as it’s not the first time we have had to wait over 2 hours for food to arrive.

Excellent food and a warm friendly atmosphere inside were generous with there portions too ,would recommend an after drink visit

Don't bother... Over 2 hrs waiting and food was so bad my dog turned his nose up at it, never again. Cold food and false delivery times.

Can't comment on the food as it never even appeared, but kept us waiting over 2 hours. We rang twice, first time after an hour and they it'd be 25 minutes. The second time, was 20 minutes after they'd said it would be there the first time, and they said it would be 20 minutes. It's a Tuesday night in October so unless it's some takeaway bonanza night I know nothing about, I can't work out why a couple of pizzas and some chips would take this long. Ended up cancelling and going elsewhere.

Got food poisoning from their chicken kebab, told the staff and they were rude and unhelpful.

Kebab and chips was such a big portion for the price. Mushroom Omelette was sublime. 10/10

Pick up in-store and all should be fine. We have used their delivery in the past and it takes an absolute age, which is why I am giving four stars. We usually get the meal deal 5, which is great value and always really tasty! Plus popcorn chicken with chips for our toddler (only occasionally).

Guys who work there are great guys, went in late and they were really friendly had a nice chat with them, food gorgeous as usual really nice pizza ordered 12" tropical shared with a friend and was spot on, keep up the good work guys see you soon 😉

Just called in to get something to eat as I’m working late in Macclesfield. Had a really, really delicious shish kebab. Quick service. Pleasant staff. I’ll definitely call again when I’m next in town.

I am BLOODY disgusted the owner came to drop of my pizza but it was colder than my freezer. his son was in the car and started having a tantrum in which he spat in my face and drop kicked my new born across macc

I nearly died eating my chicken.It took 3 hours to arrive. When the delivery guy turned up he tried to hit on me and eat me.Do not recommend.

Placed an order was told 45 mins 1hr 45 mins later still nothing rang them up and was told 5 or 10 mins and would chuck a bottle of fanta in tried to call kept going onto answer machine just before closing wont be ordering again we have ordered so much from there

We order from these all the time several times a week and never had issues but tonight is shocking. 1hr 45min later and still no food and not answering there phones. We spend £30 plus a time as well. Shocking wont be ordering again. Will be going else where!

Nearly 2 hour wait when advertised as 45 mins. No issue with a wait if the food is good. Turned up stone cold, raw dough on pizza and raw burger. Wouldn’t recommend. The excuse they gave is 1 delivery driver and short staffed kitchen. Why are you even offering delivery if you clearly don’t have the staff to deliver or cook properly. 1 delivery driver yet they can send him back to collect the food for refund……..

Prior to meeting my wife here, I’ve banged about 4 birds from here whilst waiting for my kebab. A truly great place to end the night. Food’s ok.

Had a very poor experience with macc flames ordered a chicken kebab large and normal chicken kebab both came with no salad or sauce and the same amount of meat on the normal as the large even with a £2.00 price difference. Such a shame because macc flame use to be the place to go.

Placed an order for delivery. Pizza, donner meat and chips. I received the pizza and chips. I complained and still waiting for a response.

Pizza and chicken kebab was beautiful

Terrible, they were disorganised with two teenagers working asking questions what to do next. They got one order wrong and had to redo it. Had to wait 30mins, and in the end had the worst kebabs we've ever had. Not going back.

Ordered off just eat and left in the comments to not put certain toppings on the pizza and even rang up to make sure, they put the toppings on still and messed up other parts of our order. Do not recommend ordering from here.

The man from mac flames came to my door - not the delivery driver, a man from in store, after I had made a little complain about my order. He was shouting in my face and then stepped foot INSIDE my house without invitation, forcefully made his way into my house. I'm a vulnerable pregnant woman and this grown man even when I asked him to step out of my house he said 'no im showing you something' and refused to leave my property. I'm calling the police as I feel violated and unsafe in my own home after he gave himself access to my house. Absolutely disgusted. This is what happens when a minor complaint is made.
