I ordered from Deliveroo. Main: kebab meat, rice, salad and sauce. All to be served seperately as specified on the menu. Side: Humous and Pitta Bread Recieved. Main: kebab, salad and chips with no sauce served mixed Side: Humous no Pitta bread. Called the restaurant to resolve issue got barked at aggressively that they don't to Pitta Bread and always served it mixed and its been like this for two years. Maybe a good idea would be to liase with Deliveroo and not write things that they can't offer. Due to the aggressive nature of response and no attempt whatsoever to resolve the issue. I requested and got my refund back. Bottom line is a kebab house that doesn't serve Pitta Bread atleast with umous is not a kebab house am I meant to use my finger. Also not serving what is specified on the menu is simply silly. Safe to day I will never order from here again and I wouldn't have even left a review if the gentlemen on the phone would have been slightly more helpful in the situation. Avoid this restaurant like the bubonic plague.

We had a very disappointing experience. We had chosen the restaurant to meet up with friends for lunch. When we arrived it seemed we were expected for tea - at 1230. Despite email confirmation for lunch and mentioning a menu choice. The lunch menu is light meals only, but even so the food was unappetising and poor. A big let down despite the smart grounds.

5 out of 5! First visit, lively and friendly. Fantastic, tasty, hot fresh food. Starters, calamari, and chicken wings were delicious. Mains, kofte kebab, and pork kebab are also excellent. Buffalo fries were stunning. The two veggies with us had superfood salad and a sweet potato dish, which I was assured were really good!!! Good choice of beer and wine and delightful staff!! Cost us about £72 per couple, including drinks and gratuity, which I considered very acceptable for the evening we had! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We will definitely be going back! 👍🏽

Horsham RoadWe were a mixed aged family group meeting for a celebration meal. Everyone at the Barn at Alfold went out of their way to make our experience special - the food was beautiful and the welcome and service was wonderful. Thank you xx

Hewett_s Kilns, Tongham Road The PackhouseWe came in a group of friends for an afternoon tea. Upon booking we were not given the choice of booking either a sweet or savoury afternoon tea. A call was made (but on a Sunday evening at 7pm) the night before to ask our preference. We missed the call and no message was left to call back. When coming in we were told only sweet had been made, despite both being printed on the menu making it seem as if we had a choice. Food was average and scones were overcooked. Service was very abrupt, when we stated that the water for the tea was lukewarm the waitress decided to argue back! Most unusual! Service should be optional without being made to feel awkward for an average experience. It is a shame because the decoration and building is nice. Let down by poor management.
