I honestly don’t know why they have a poor review rating. We have found this the best kebab house in Warrington. The food is fresh, hot and always on time. I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt I had to for this. Defo order u won’t be disappointed.

Ordered food at 22.20 - order accepted. Order cancelled by Zennys at 23.00 (40 mins later when the order should have been delivered). Order shouldn't have been taken if they couldn't complete - I could have ordered from elsewhere.

Ordered online 18.15, email received stating delivery 19.52, chased at store 19.00 to be told it’s leaving soon, arrived 19.35 order received was wrong as well, called to say this and I had the correct food delivered in 25 mins??? Delivery driver very polite and apologetic, shop staff are not interested. Staff explained it’s the website that’s wrong and they have tried to fix it. They’re always having this issue! They only received the order at 19.50. The address on the website is wrong the shop is no longer in Thelwall.
