Very good place to try typical Polish food. You can order some typical starters yourself while you wait for the dishes, the only bad thing is that they came first and seconds all together. Looking forward to returning to try more dishes.

Messed up my order for pierogi, ordered onions and bacon, dish came with loads of onions (great!) and soured cream. When i handed my dish back its like they scraped the dish contents off as your would do throwing food into a bin onto a new plate, and sent it back out this time with bacon but now almost all onions had disappeared, 1/10 for presentation of the "fixed" dish and most of the pierogi still had blotches of sour cream on them which tasted rank. I also ordered beef cheeks, something tasted weird about the beef and my stomach was off the next morning, the mash potato's as well where lumpy and it put me off finishing the very expensive dish. For the price i was expecting this to blow away any sort of polish food i had grown up on eating, coming from a polish family, the place itself is nice but food was a disappointment

Held an event here for nearly 50 people, amazing location and space in the arches! Food was delicious, service was fantastic, we were so well looked after! Everyone loved it! Highly recommend.

Wrong drinks and very slow service

Came on a quiet Tuesday night on my own while staying at a nearby hotel with work. Food was lovely and the service was good, recommending good non-alcoholic options and coming attentively without me having to ask for a waiter. Got 10 pierogi’s (all veggie) and was stuffed so probs don’t need to order all that - but glad I sat in rather than getting delivery!

Although this is a nice spot to come and get a Polish vibe if you’re homesick, it is not the place to go unless you want to get service charge added without knowledge onto your bill. Me and my friend have been overcharged almost double! We only realised after when we looked at the menu that the price for a vodka and soda should be less. We also ordered a bottle and had to ask for the cooler - why am I paying service charge to ask these things and open my own bottle of wine at the bar? When we asked about the student discount, we have been told that they don’t do it on Saturday, even if the sign outside does state that student discount is everyday. I will also mention the way the staff reply in these reviews is plain rude and unprofessional. This is not a place I’d want to return to anytime soon.

I highly recommend that place if you wanna try some polish dishes without the “need” to travel to Poland. Big thanks to Błażej, Klara and Martin for being so patient with us. All the best for you guys!

Food was really good, especially the pierogis and stew. I think the salad bar can be replaced more often for fresher salads though.

Came here around 15:00pm not busy, the food, amazing and everything we wanted from polish classics, drinks and polish beer amazing. Mostly the service was great. Good job team

This is a great Polish restaurant in London. The food and drinks menu has so many options to choose from. The food is really good. The only thing I didn't like was smietana (sour cream). The consistency and the taste were nothing like polish smetana that I buy regularly. The servers were attentive and helpful. The prices are a bit too high. I rate this place 5 stars 🌟 because they support Ukraine. I have been there twice and will definitely come again.

Volvimos al día siguiente, el último de nuestro reciente viaje a Londres. Un restaurante de aspecto moderno construido en un arco ferroviario de la estación de Waterloo. Más como un comedor que un restaurante, pero todavía muy bueno. Los menús están en un periódico diario, un poco diferente. Muchos recuerdos polacos repartidos por el lugar. No soy un experto en comida polaca, pero me pareció que era polaco, similar a lo que he tenido en viajes al país. Precio razonable y muy sabroso. Apuesto a que el lugar estaba bastante ocupado en las noches antes de Navidad. Volveré cuando pueda.

The worst food I've ever eaten. I do not recommend it at all, unless someone wants to spend 2 hours in the toilet because of a stomach ache.

It's a pity for a really nice restaurant, which can be seen from the very infantile responses of the restaurant manager. We were a group in Mamuśka, a dozen or so people. Reservation a few weeks before the visit. The owners must have made some changes, because now any available waiter comes to the table. This causes the so-called Czech film, no one knows what is happening. One waiter takes the order, another brings it, the third asks about the quality, the fourth answers when the food will be ready, and so on ad infinitum. Our dinner ended disastrously. One person left the premises early because the kitchen and waiters simply forgot about her and did not serve her food, despite placing an order and asking for it several times. At the very end, when there were only a few people left, the waiters forgot about another person who was not served beer (where leaving a guest with a so-called dry mouth is shameful in Polish culture). After receiving the bill, it turned out that the beer that the person did not receive was charged to the bill. After remarking to waiter number fifty, the waiter took the beer off the bill. However, we felt that this time the Mamuśka crew did not deserve the automatic tip and asked for it to be removed from the bill. The waiter started arguing with us and offered to mark us down rather than take a tip, apparently in order to get a tip despite the terrible level of service. Ultimately, we had our way and asked to take a picture of the tip. I'm very sorry, because despite its quite high prices (and let's face it, £8 for 5 frozen dumplings is a damn high price), I really liked going to Mamuśka because of the good food, atmosphere and Cydr Lubelski, which is very hard to get anywhere else in the UK . However, the way I was treated as a customer definitely alienated me from Mamuśka and the current way of managing the restaurant.

Young staff with atitude. Only a guy was nice an proffesional. We have asked for a plate for a salad bar. We didn't get it. When we asked for a bill and we mentioned about the plate, the waitress said she can still bring it. We have asked for a coffe. After half an our we have to ask again. Nice place and food but staff could have better customers service.

Very good Polish cuisine in the center of London. Affordable prices, large variety of dishes, I recommend a set for two that allows you to try some of the most popular Polish dishes without having to decide on just one.

Difficult to pinpoint but although the service was polite and friendly, it was extremely slow. Perhaps partially due to being short staffed but also quite chaotic and forgetful. We were a table of nine, ordered drinks, after ten minutes most arrived except three which we waited twenty minutes for. Then around forty minutes for food and I personally had to ask twice for cutlery as had nothing to eat with in the meantime the food was getting cold. And of course, on top of that 12.5% service charge. For.......? Overall, food delicious but the whole experience disappointing.

Had an excellent team Christmas lunch here. The food was lovely and crowd pleasing. Everything was super well organised and service was excellent - the print outs with everyone's order on was a really good idea! And the huge Christmas tree made it really special. Thank you Mamuska!

Recently I was waiting this place just to enjoy some polish cuisine. W was told a legendary story about some of the dishes. I need to admit it was even better food that I expected. Unfortunately my visit wasn't without a problem. This appear with a tick dust on the edge of my plate. In the minute I pointed out any concern about the plate lovely waitress imidetly fix the problem by serving exactly the same amazing tasty dish on the spotless plate. Service is just stunning and extremely accommodating. Person in charge on that day suprise me with a pice of most delicious cake and kind smile for inconvenience. Thank you for making an effort to do a delicious food and amazing service.

One of the worst restaurants I've been to in London with my boyfriend I drove for an hour and a half to eat nice and tasty food. The food is edible but the service is terrible, it makes you not want to eat. The mix race waiter was very unpleasant We left faster than we went there. TRAGEDY. I don't recommend it.

They have typical traditional Polish food here I ordered some dumpings and bigos which were good but oscypek (smoked goats cheese) wasn't good at all it didn't feel authentic but the rest was quite okay. Might visit this place once more in the future.

Food is expensive, taste is not there… We tried pierogi and potato pancakes with sour cream. Flavour is non-existent and pierogis felt like just boiled doughs with nothing inside.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mamuska, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambience is very cool set under the station arches.The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed without being intrusive. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Now, onto the food – it was simply outstanding! We had a selection of dishes and every one was full of flavour. My favourite dishes has to be the slow roasted beef cheeks and Kielbasa sausage(hot dog) which both juicy, tender, and bursting with flavour and left me wanting more. Finishing the night off with flavoured vodkas was the perfect end to a great evening. The combination of excellent food, superb service, and the atmosphere makes it a must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone.

It is a lovely place for meat lovers, especially those people who are from Eastern Europe, such as Poland and Romania. If you are not from this area, it's still a lovely place to go if you fancy a different dish. You have your typical stew you can find in Eastern Europe, (tocăniță). The meat was basically melting in your mouth. I did not require a knife to cut the beef. This is the best stew I had in all the places I've been, Eastern style. Such a rich full taste. I have been with a number of friends and we all had different dishes. All of us tried those dishes, and all of them were lovely. You can help yourself with salad and can be generous in portion size.

At the beginning we were greeted by a nice waitress. We sat down at the table and ordered. he accepted from us. the waiter Martin, served us the entire time we spent. The food was amazing, I am a chef myself, so with full responsibility I can recommend the local cuisine with the highest rating, Pork Chop. a set of salads made in lard that you serve yourself, you can choose from several typical sets and those just like your mother's. So if you are in London, I recommend the Mamuśka restaurant located at 9 Addington St. Affordable prices, 200% satisfaction. They have a 20% discount for students we will definitely come back

Amazing food, i don’t usually like food in restaurants in poland but the food here tasted like it came from my own mother! Placki with pork gulasz were absolutely out of this world and all the drinks were super exciting like the szarlotka vodka slush and monte shots. The service charge at the end was a bit unexpected and unnecessary but i had a really great experience regardless and i love the vibe of the whole restaurant it’s like a little bunker and had great service from our waiter Martin 😁 salad bar is free too! Definitely recommend if you want to try something a bit more out there and unique 😁

Disappointing experience… I was looking forward to this as all Polish restaurants in my area are closed down. Staff were not very attentive, I had to wait for ages for someone to attend to my drinks order. After waiting for a long time, my main meal was brought to me at the same time as my starter which is not the correct etiquette. I ended up with a cold main meal by the time I came around to eating it. The main meal menu is very limited, disappointing for someone who e.g. was looking forward to silesian dinner. The manager, Lala, came to speak to me and was very friendly, otherwise I would be rating it much lower. Thanks

First time eating polish food. Three of us came to have lunch- husband discovered this place where he came for drinks before. Quirky, friendly place under the Waterloo arches- you can hear the trains overhead. Menu looks like a tabloid newspaper which was a fun. The draft beers were good and I liked my kompot. The mad dog looked funky and the husband enjoyed downing it in one. We opted for the set menus for 2 although there were 3 of us. It gave us an insight into polish food- we got to try out a few specialities. The salad bar was probably the only vegetables on the menu- basically slaw based and my personal favourites were the carrot one and the gherkins. The fries they serve here are really good. And there is a fair amount of potato- no complaints on that score from my fellow eaters!! Food- not a fan of beetroot soup but the other two ate it- not for us. The food is brought to the table in stages and all the waiters who served us were friendly and happy to tell us what is what. The smalec has bits of bacon and tastes good on the bread- a little goes a long way. The Jarzynowa is like a Russian salad uses vegan mayo and is nice. The mixed pierogies were really good-all three of us had personal favourites. We could have ended our meal here! Next the mains- I loved the dill in the mashed potato. The pork cutlet was well seasoned, the stew and the bigos were interesting. We couldn’t finish the food and ‘doggie bag’ boxes were kindly provided. The cheesecake was polished off. Personally I would come back just for the dumplings and the atmosphere- good place to come to have drinks and some bites. The mains are a bit heavy and I am glad we got the smaller portions ( which we still could not finish!!) to taste food we had never tried before.

Went there with my work colleagues for a dinner. Loved the food and atmosphere. Special Shout out to Cindy (I hope I remember her name correctly) the girl that was servicing our table, for recommending me to get the most bizarre none alcoholic drink I have ever heard - Cinderella. Thanks woman, the word salad I’ll have to listen from my amazing work buddies for few weeks will be phenomenal. Can’t wait to come again

This is not a place for a quiet meal but ideal for group dining. The servers are helpful and very patient. The food is above average but I don't know how authentic Polish it is. I liked the apple mint juice. Nobody in our group drank the beer but I'd like to try that in the future. The location is close to Waterloo station.
