Service was very quick. Food was very good. Our waiter Jihad was very efficient and friendly!

First time visiting london, i visited this restaurant as it was recommended by a friend, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great ngl !! And a big thanks to the servers they were truly nice especially the moroccan guy Houssam, was kind and helpful 🫶🏻 Great place 🫶🏻

Good place, however the only thing I would change would be the time limit they set for the shisha. The boy who helped us was not very attentive, however there was a girl who helped us and was very friendly.

Sasha and Ahmed were fantastic. The service was very fast and all staff had a welcoming face and very polite.

A good meal! Service was attentive to our needs and all the food came in order very quickly, which was perfect since we were starving, Sam and Sasha were on top of everything and were happy to answer any question about the food. we had 3 mezze and 2 mains and it proved to be a bit too much as the portions were quite generous, flavours were nice and rich. Good place to bring friends.

Wonderful place with very gorgeous interior decor (the white deers with red ribbons were adorable), food was flawless and some of them reminded me of my grandmas cooking and brought me back to my childhood (especially the vine leaves). sam and sasha were doing an amazing job taking care of us the entire evening, would definitely recommend this place!

I recently dined at Mandaloun Westfield and was disappointed. I ordered the Sea Bass, expecting a well-prepared, flavourful dish, but it missed the mark. The fish was tough, undercooked and the skin was wet instead of crispy or barbecued. And, it was just a fillet—not a whole fish—despite the £24 price tag. The Sea Bass came with a bland portion of rice and an overwhelming amount of vegetables, leaving the dish unbalanced and unsatisfying. While the restaurant's decor is stylish and inviting, this doesn't the high price or poor quality of the meal. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Mandaloun ever again and can’t recommend it based on this experience.

Excellent food, and excellent service from Sasha who was looking after me. I had the lamb burger and the milk pudding, I would definitely recommend both of them!

We told the waitress about one of our group who has a cinnamon allergy, so she checked with the kitchen staff and they told us that the dish was safe to eat so my friend ordered it but when they brought the lamb and rice dish and she tried it, she straight away tasted cinnamon in the rice and then they didn’t even offer to take it off the bill at the end! The service was so slow even though the restaurant was practically empty. The atmosphere terrible. Toilets also dirty- never a good sign! It was like eating out at a glorified kebab shop- do not recommend.

The food was quite average overall. We got the mixed grill, spring rolls and calamari. It wasn’t really anything special we didn’t leave feeling satisfied and we were still hungry. I’d say it wasn’t worth the visit to satisfy the hunger and cravings!

Great spot at Westfield mall. Only place that has shisha. Service by Sasha was amazing, she was very friendly and sweet. The shisha prepared by Issa was also very food. White peach and blueberry mix is my favorite. Their fatoish salad was great, so was the mixed grill. I highly recommend it, ask for Sasha and her beautiful smile 😍 😊

Great place to get some Lebanese food and if you like to smoke shisha there is seating outside to enjoy this also. The portions of the food are good and it is fairly priced. I will be back for sure!

Came here with my best friend visiting from South Africa, for dinner. Ordered the lamb schwarma, brought us a naked schwarma instead. Server took it back and brought us the proper one in the wrap. Ordered a bottle of Chenin Blanc, Server said out of stock. Our waiter did not once check in on us. Asked for the bill and waited over 5mins for it whilst he was chatting to other customers. Service pathetic. Won't go here again.

Just had shisha and drinks today this evening around 19:00 to 22:00 The Lebanese lady and the Egyptian man (waiters) were very rude and unapproachable, ignoring us when we called and unwelcoming; underestimation when asking about the available desserts and drinks. Totally would not recommend.
